We work in the construction industry. At the end of the day, with a glass of wine, we sit in the hot tub and review our day, make plans, and enjoy each others company. It is getting rare to have time to be together that phones aren't ringing. Our hot tub allows us to reconnect with each other.

We purchased the ACE Salt Water Sanitizing System and have had to replace the cell twice and have had to have it serviced at least four times since we purchased the tub four years Ago.
It is no longer under warranty and has once again stopped working.
While we like our tub and ease of use when the Salt Water Sanitizing System was working I would not recommend the Salt Water Sanitizing System.
The tub itself is comfortable and the warranty service when we have called has been timely and professional.

I've owned my Sovereign going on 4 years. To this day I still get in it at least 4 times a week. When I'm having a rough day at work the first thing I do when I get home is jump in the spa for a spell. If you are thinking about buying one: DO IT! You won't regret it. Hotsprings customer service is also the best in the industry.

We will own our Sovereign hot tub 11 years this fall. We purchased it mainly for therapeutic reasons. We have had minimal repairs, it cost minimal to run (chemicals and electricity) and have received MORE than our money worth out of this tub. When our granddaughter visits, it's the first thing she wants to do when she comes. She loves it as much as we do. I don't think we will EVER be without a Hot Springs tub! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!

This is actually the third HotSpring Sovereign that I have owned. The previous two Sovereign's were left at homes that I sold, when moving across country. In total, I have have had this model for 18 years. Love the product and still would not consider anything else. Buy the best, and only cry once!!

Over the years, I have purchased a couple of Hot Spring Spas! Clearly, they are above and beyond the best spa on the market. Each time, I purchased the Soverign Spa. They are reliable. Just set it and forget it! Hot Spring Spas are always ready when you are. Set the desired temperature and it is ready when you need it, 24-7! My spa is so easy to take care of and uses very little chemicals! I have it sitting outside under a covered canopy and it looks wonderful. My guests that visit are always complementing me on my Hot Spring Spa! Due to various sports related surgeries and life's aches and pains, I use my spa 2-3 times a day and it always leaves me recharged/refreshed. For me, I even use less pain medication as a result of my daily use of my spa! Treat yourself to a little therapy and relaxation and purchase your own Hot Spring Spa today, you won't regret it! Its the purchase that keeps on giving. Here's wishing you a relaxing time in your own Hot Spring Spa today! Once you experience the difference of a Hot Spring Spa, you will settle for no other. Do not recommend the salt system, it sounds good and was nice when it worked but in 2 years we had gone thru three of them finally took it out and it has been fine ever since

I am on my second Hot Spring Spa. I have osteo arthritis in my lumbar and it is my saving grace. I take a daily plunge in my spa and it relieves so much of the pain that my arthritis gives me. The ease of maintaining the spa is amazing. Trust me, this spa rocks.

This is our second Hot Springs, we love the energy efficiency of them. We live in the high desert of Central Oregon, the temps vary greatly. Our spa maintains the temperature we set and it's very cheap to run, and no freezing problems!

There is nothing like my Hot Tub to ease an aching back after some strenuous activity such as shoveling snow on a cold winters day. We have our Hot Tub running all year round. Very relaxing especially with an adult beverage nearby. As far as I'm concerned Medicare should cover the cost for all senior citizens because it is a must have.

We bought a Sovereign model tub with the hot water system we had to replace the hot water system once due to a malfunction. It was covered by warranty. Unfortunately the replacement system is not much better. The new system worked for a short period of time before failing. We have not looked at replacement of this system. We use our tub without the salt water system and enjoy using it. I would not recommend the salt system.

Still Disappointed in the 2014 sovereign

Last August I wrote a review indicating that I owned a 2013 which I liked very much, but found my new 2014 Sovereign severely lacking in various respects. The response from Hot Spring was basically to contact my dealer as (and I quote) "we do have a fix for the issues you mentioned". In reality they had solutions to NONE of the problems. The suggestion to glue on the screw covers didn't even work for very long, as they all popped off again.
In separate correspondence with Customer Service I was assured that their Engineering Department was aware of the noise problem with the diverter valve and they hoped to have a fix by May 2015 when I was to fire it up for the tub for the summer. Well as of May 2015, their tech support people aren't even fully aware that their is a problem and thus, of course, have no solution or help to provide. I remain deeply disappointed in the performance of this spa and, especially, in their customer service responsiveness and concern.
