My aunt has had her Hot Spring Sovereign for over 20 years, so my husband & I bought one too. It is, by far, the best money that we've ever spent on ourselves! We love it & cannot imagine life without it! FIVE STARS ☆☆☆☆☆

We had a 2014 Sovereign model that tore up and we invested in another sovereign 2024 model. ( maybe it’s a 23, I’m not sure.) furthermore., We are disappointed in the Jets that are connected. It appears that only the left side of the tub with the Moto massage, or the right side of the tub, the opposite seats, work independently..
it’s just my husband and I and we were always able to share the Jets, with the massage and the seat to the left of the Moto massage at the same time. That doesn’t seem to be the case with the new one. It’s either Moto massage gets full power, or the other side gets full power. Not both at the same time. Very disappointing with the money that was spent. .

What a relief

After a day's work there is nothing better than relaxing in our hot tub. The built in massage offers relief to those lower back muscles. We always feel refreshed after a session in our hot tub.

Go BIGGER you won’t regret it!

OK, so I knew I wanted a spa, did my research and decided a salt water system was the right choice for me. I’m a bachelor, and 6’4”. My first choice was the two person Jetsetter. My very knowledgeable sales rep was savvy enough to get me to sit inside the empty Jetsetter tub. Guess what? I knew in an instant the Jetsetter was too small for me. So long story short, I bought the 5 person Sovereign spa and couldn’t be more happy. It has a lounger that was a “must have” for me but in every seat I can completely stretch out my long frame. And as I said I’m a bachelor so the extra seating comes in handy. HotSpring spas are top qualify, the fit and finish is second to none. At night the lighting in the unit can really set the mood and I opted for the built-in WiFi speaker system which I’m very glad I did. Bottom line, I couldn’t be happier and I’m so glad I went bigger in my section, you won’t regret it either. WARNING! After buying my spa and seeing I live in Florida, I decided I wanted to house the spa in a “birdcage”, then I bough a waterproof TV and soundbar and now lighting and plants to create my personal exotic retreat area. And it’s worth every penny!

For two older adults at the end of a work day, nothing beats the soothing hot water, along with massaging jets. We are so thankful for our Sovereign Spa, and encourage others to invest in such an enjoyable, therapeutic escape. It has also brought hours of fun to our grandchildren!

Best spa for the money, I love this spa I had my first Sovergn for 22 years and that proved my point. The newer Spa has alot more and stronger jets
and still low in Maintenace and Energy cost. In back yard under a beautifully built Amish Gazebo !!!!!

Love the brand, like older models

We have been in a Hot Springs tub since 2000, with first Sovreign tub lasting 23 years and we are now on our second Sovreign. We were initially drawn to Hot Springs by their quality, which after maintaining a tub for over two decades is a testament to their quality. When it came time to get a replacement we naturally went with Hot Springs. Our local dealer has a great selection of tubs to review, and based on our overall likes and needs we went with another Sovreign.
We really like our new tub, especially the filtration and freshwater salt system. A nice step up from chlorine. The size and overall quality is just what we wanted, all the jets feel great, and our dealer has provided great service. Our one issue is we prefer the older model's layout. One half of the new model works fine but we discovered we need to be several inches taller to really enjoy the lounger. The lumbar, leg and foot massage jets are wonderful, but a bit of floating navigation is needed order to individually enjoy each one.
I highly recommend Hot Springs for their quality and performance, and recommend the Sovereign if you're the right size or don't mind a bit of floating between jets.

Our muscles and joints love our spa

Love our HotSpring Sovereign hot tub!

This is our first quality hot tub purchase and we could not be happier! I built an outdoor enclosed gazebo for the hot tub. As the weather gets colder, it's a great little walk in the cold to the gazebo and the wonderful feeling of climbing into the warm water! The variety of jets are great and we love the Bluetooth speaker system. The Fresh Water Salt System makes treatment of the water effortless. We purchased our Sovereign hot tub through Mainely Tubs and there delivery, installation and support have been excellent! I consider one of the best investments I have made over many years!

Best Spa on the market! Our old Hot Springs lasted 23 years!

I’m a Hot Springs fan and I’ll tell you why. In the late 90’s I bought my 1st Spa and lucky me it was a Hot Springs. You won’t believe it but that Spa lasted right up until the beginning of this year 2023! Let me tell you it got a lot of use and aside from needing to change some normal parts for wear & tear, we enjoyed the heck out of it. It was a Sovereign Model. When we needed to replace it, there wasn’t one doubt about which manufacturer we were going to choose. Who makes a Spa that lasts 23 years? We contacted our Hot Springs local dealer in T.O. and looked at the new models. A lot had changed and we were thrilled to see all the bells and whistles the new Sovereign had! The process of buying and working with the staff was easy — Launa Jones was our Sales Associate and she was knowledgeable and great. Delivery went smoothly and before we knew it we were enjoying our new purchase. It’s been about 8 months and we couldn’t be happier. Same amazing quality, beauty, power, and service. The jets and all the fancy massaging have only gotten better. Thanks Hot Springs for making a quality product designed for health and enjoyment and made to last!!

Loving our Hot Springs spa

This spa is everything and more than we hoped for! The Brandon, FL team was and continues to be amazing support to us…starting with selection, delivery and follow up. The service didn’t stop after the sale as most purchases go in the retail world. I would definitely recommend a lounger, LED lights and a little bigger than you think you need. We bought a 6 person, but is more comfortable with 4. But, 6 is definitely doable! Thank you Brandon Team!

Good not great

Lounge too long for short person. Lounge jets are great!
Not easy to move from one position to another.
Ingress and egress to hot tub are both difficult. Trying to get out, I slipped sideways, fell, and hit side of my head. As an athlete, I am normally not prone to instability or being clumsy.
Control for turning on jets from one side to another is at one end, so you have to get up from lounge or far corner to reach it in or to provide jets to new locations.

I have enjoyed my brothers Hotspring spa for over 20 years. Now I have my own. When I was younger I appreciated the hot tub aspects of the spa. As I get older, I appreciate the therapeutic aspects of it even more.

Very well made and thought out product. Super simple to use and maintain. My only thing to complain about is the steps should have come with a handrail and I would have loved to have the soundsystem installed in the tub. Overall though a great product

Best purchase ever!

I am on my second Sovereign Hotsprings hottub over 25 years and have loved them both. It is so relaxing to get in and feel the warm water after an arduous day. We have ours up in the mountains and at night I can see all the stars above and stay in the water without getting cold. It's marvelous.
I am a woman but I have always taken care of the hot tub myself, reading the directions and following them to the letter. If a problem pops up I can read up on what to do and correct it. Basically they are almost completely trouble free. I empty mine in the winter and put in anti freeze. In the spring there are many hours spent rinsing that out and refilling and rinsing again and then refilling for the months ahead. I have a salt water hot tub this time around; last time I used the ionizer system. The salt water seems to require a lot more work as I have to add a lot of salt and chlorine to balance it but it's ok. Either is fine.

This is the second Sovereign model I have owned, both were purchased from a hot springs store, these are not inexpensive. These were both indoor spas located in an addition on my home that was specifically built for the spa. First one started leaking after about 7 years, i was told it was out of warranty and the repair costs could not be determined until it was taken to their shop, insulation removed & leak area discovered, was told it could range into the thousands. Bought another instead, over 10 grand, thought maybe the first was a fluke, leaks after 8 years, no warranty coverage, got the same answer about service. The promotional video states they are built to last for decades, DON'T BELIEVE IT, NO COMPANY SUPPORT

I can understand how frustrating it must be to not have the best experience with your spa. Owning a spa is a special and unique experience, and having the support of both the manufacturer and dealer is significant throughout its lifetime. While we do our best to provide support by offering an extensive warranty and in-person product knowledge, it can still be disappointing when a spa service is needed outside the warranty period.
