I have owned a Hot Springs Spa for over 30 years. My first was delivered Halloween Night 1988. It has been an awesome spa until recently it got undependable. So, we decided to step up and get a new one. We are so very happy we made the decision. We have used the spa more in the last month or so than we used my old one for several years. Had the grandkids out over the easter weekend and they loved the spa. Many more nights too come. Thanks for making such a great product.

Sovereign Lounger and leg jets for us old timers

This is the second Sovereign I own. One's in New York and one in South Carolina. The one in NY was used at least once, if not twice a day, 365 days a year until we became Snowbirds. Nothing feels better than jumping into the tub after a day in the woods deer hunting, on the ice , ice fishing, or after a brutal round of golf.
My wife loves relaxing in the tub with a floating glass of wine and quiet music. What more can a 70+ yr. old couple ask for.
Friends that have used them haven't hesitated to get get their own.

We recently purchased our 2nd Hot Spring spa (the 1st was purchased in 1994). We love the jets as well as the fresh water ACE system. Easy to use and feels so good on the skin. Excellent hydrotherapy and very relaxing/enjoyable! I expect this spa will allow me to work pain free for many more years!

Best investment for my home & health!

I purchased my Sovereign in 2001. I'ts had only minor issues that were repaired quickly and easily. As a chiropractic physician, its the only spa I recommend, as it's truly chlorine free, easy to maintain, and seems to last forever!

1994 Model Owner Loves his Sovereign Spa

I have never owned a spa before this one, and I got it when I purchased a home.
When I sold the home, I kept the spa.
In the last 10 years I've moved twice, and kept moving the spa with me.
I just moved it last night, plugged it in and it's warming up now.
I moved the spa 1800 miles to make sure I had good Winters with a fantastic hot soak, back massage and comfortable seating.
If this one ever breaks, it will be replaced with a Hot Springs Spa.

We Love Hot-tubbing 12 months a year outside even if we live in snow country! We were able to get our last HotSprings hot tub to last 18 years so we decided to buy the exact same model all over again this year. We love having all the jets working again and love the foot and back massage jets. We have been learning about our new tub. Make sure filters are clean. Ours shuts off occasionally and then we need a filter clean or rotation.

Love this hot tub! My husband and I were really busy and went a few months without using it and forgot to adjust the output. This resulted in a heater issue. Dennis from Hot Springs of Music City came out that night after he got off work to fix it for us! We have had no other issues in the two years we’ve owned this hot tub.

My husband and I bought our HotSpring Spa nearly 10 years ago and we use it daily. I am about to be sent on a 6 month job away from home. I will miss my son and husband but I can't imagine my day without my hot tub!!

I’m a hot tubber

We just got our hot tub installed and have enjoyed the first two days of use. All the chemical use is daunting and I am not sure I am doing it right. I am sure I will get comfortable with time. We
also had an installation of a pump which seems defective. It works on one jet setting but unreliable on the two jet setting. With winter here I am not sure we will be able to get it replaced as it requires draining the hot tub which cannot be done safely at low temperature. I think all this will get squared away eventually but it would have been nice to get it right the first time. We are also missing the stairs that should have been delivered with the spa. Despite these issues we are really excited to have a spa at home.

We have always had a spa,but only now upgraded to a HotSpring spa. It was a great move. The old saying you get what you pay for is very true. We thought we had a spa until we got our new HotSpring we realized we only had a bubble bath, LOL!! We now use our spa more often and feel the goodness of it everytime we use it. We highly recommend a HotSpring.
