Great tub, plumbing wise. Howevere I've had to have the service guys out here three times in two years for lights/electrical issues. Right now none of them lights work. The dealer has ordered the parts and will be here next week, but what happens after that? The lights have a two year warranty that expires in November.

I bought this spa because it's small - fits perfectly on my patio; the therapeutic jets that run up and down you back - little piece of heaven there; and the ease of caring for the water. You really can't beat cleaning the filters and putting in only two products per week. That's it! No testing. Easy, Breezy. The regulators could be a better quality - for the price, I expected more! The handles come off, and they don't control the full spectrum from off to high. Overall, a good concept in the working.

With fibromyalgia, working at a computer all day was miserable. My neck and shoulders were constantly in muscle spasms. I would get up to walk, and felt like a 89 year old instead of a 59 year old. Since my purchase of the JetSetter, I get up every morning and spend 20-30 minutes in the hot tub with the jets on my shoulders and back, and this has helped me immensely with my comfort level while at work. Then of course, a night or two a week, i have a soak, just to relax. Overall - on a scale of 1-10 -- I rate my tub a 10.

This hot tub was the perfect size for our screen porch. The cover is so easy to remove and recover that even my wife can do it. It uses very little electric and is so easy to take care of the water you don't need to be a chemist. The lighting at night is so inviting you want to jump right in. I would recommend this Hot to anyone.

The spa is great. Unfortunately I had some issues early on (eg the controls freezing) that I was told to "not worry about". Also had a leak due to faulty construction. I did manage to get the dealer out to fix the leak, however that was it. I now have what seems to be a dead ozone system and for sure the lighting color wheel is misaligned - very interesting effect of different colors everywhere. I'll try another service organization but to date have not been impressed.

I purchased my Jetsetter March 2013. The bartop lighting is also not working correctly. We were told it got wet? To date, we are still trying to get it fixed.

We had a Hot Spring Classic 24 years-Great Product . When we needed a replacement I knew it would have to be another Hot Spring. The Jet Setter fit into our Sunroom perfectly. The lounger, DX Motto Massage and Rotary Hydro-massage features are GREAT !

The unit was purchased new and installed in three weeks there was a water leak that has not been found as of 3 days of dismantling the bottom of the unit. Only owning the unit for a month or so tends to be unacceptable quality issues at the factory to allow this type of failure. The dealer is trying their best to rectfy the problem, but at the price level of this unit it should not have been released from the factory.

We chose the Jetsetter because of the size, comfort, and features. This is our third spa over the last 30 years. Our first spa was a Hot Springs and it lasted us 15 years. Our second spa was not a Hot Springs and it only lasted 10 years and during most of that time it was very loud. The best thing about our new spa is the digital controls. We were used to the old dial type setting. Our new Jetsetter is wired for 220 instead of 110 and remains within 2-3 degrees all the time compared to the 110 models that start to cool off after about 10 minutes. I stay in my spa for 20-30 minutes sometimes up to 3 times a day for my back. It has been the best investment we've made in a long time.

I've waited a few months to submit my review to be sure this hot tub kept up its outstanding performance. I use this hot tub daily and continue to be impressed with its quality and ease of care. I've owned other hot tubs and they can't compare. The Moto-Massage is wonderful and the most beneficial of any jets i have experienced. Ohio pools & Spas has been a tremendous dealer and I highly recommend them and their Hot Springs hot tubs. Hot Spring hot tubs are a premium unit and worth the price!

Perfect small tub for smaller backyards. It blends right in and we use it almost every night. Utility bills barely went up with the 220 wiring. we saw a $5.00 a month increase. Love the summer mode feature!! It is great after a long day at the office to come home and let the tub ease the tensions away.

Soar back and legs are at there best in warm ,bubbling water!!I really do enjoy the relaxing feeling of my tub. It's at it's best when I get home after a long day at the office. Kick back and relax. Set it lower in the summer and 102 in winter and you are all set.

I bought my Jetsetter spa new in June 2009.last August the Moto Massage quit working and the tub developed an intermittent leak in the Moto Massage area that went away for several months. And the cover started soaking up water. The foam is sealed in plastic! Well apparently not sealed very well. With the availability of modern technology and materials, why can't they design a cover that will last for more than three years? How about a hard cover? That would be nice.
Now, June 2013, the leak has returned full force and will practically drain the tub in a few days. Its very disappointing to pay that much for something that I can only enjoy for 4 years. There is no reason that the tub could not be build to remain water tight forever. If HotSpring would put a little more quality into the materials and workmanship, these things would not happen. But I guess if it works for a year (the warranty period) then why would they care. Repairs are dreadfully expensive and I'm sure are a major source of revenue.
Now I begin the process of ripping it apart to find and fix the source of the leak. It's gonna be a "fun" week.

I initially thought the warranty was only one year, but after I was informed that it was actually five years, I had the local Hot Spring dealer make the repairs. The tub works again, and it was all fixed under warranty. I'm happy again enjoying my spa!

Purchased my first hot tub this year and have had it in use this Spring. I enjoy gardening and an active outdoor life and have enjoyed relaxing in it after a busy day. How did I manage without one!

This is my third season with my hot tub. When I purchased it I was walking with a cane due to a knee injury. I found immediately improvement with just the hydrotherapy. I now do yoga positions in the tub and can assume positions that I could never do outside of being in the water. I love being able to kneel down again. I enjoy sharing my spa with family and friend and am sorry I did not buy one sooner. Don't wait until you are in your 70's. Enjoy good fun and health benefits now!
