I didn’t buy from them but the advice I received was extremely informative, friendly and knowledgeable staff !! I’ve been back and purchased chemicals for my hot springs tub and will keep returning to buy more ! Hopefully one day upgrade to a newer tub big thank you to the Vicky at the Mappleborough Green Garden Centre , Studley, Warwickshire
We bought a sovereign hot tub years ago to help with my bad back and after visiting many different shops and trying ALL the different tubs available we found that the hot springs range beat the competition hands down ! When we moved house in 2013 we sold the tub with the house, and longed for a replacement so the only way to go was a hot springs tub , this time we chose a slightly smaller model and went for the Jetsetter perfect for us

I have now had my Jetsetter LX for about a month, and purchasers of this tub should be aware of a few facts:
1. The manufacturer has not given any thought to use of these tubs in places where the temperature gets well below freezing. The insulation seems woefully inadequate. I will find out this winter.
2. The interior surfaces are extremely slippery and there are no hand holds or other ways to secure yourself getting in and out of the tub and moving around inside of it.
3. The instructions provided are poorly written, and spread over two manuals - one general one and one dealing with the salt water version, which I have.
4. the removable control panel looks cool, but at least one screen on it has never worked at all.

Our spas confidentially operate in very cold temperatures. For the last 40 + years they have been enjoyed in Alaska and Canada, just to name a couple of places.
I am sure you will have a great time with your spa this winter.
The spas shell has an acrylic overlay. If you find it slippery, you can use water shoes to provide you with the grip to move around. We also have a rail that can assist you getting in and out of the spa.
I will pass along your feedback about the manuals. We are always working to make improvements and make the hot tub experience an enjoyable one.
The reason there are separate manuals for the salt system and the spa is because the salt system is an optional one. Not everyone will need both.
I hope this helps. Anything we can do to delivery a wonderful spa please let us know.

We bought our spa from Tampa Bay Hottubs in Florida from Jerry. This is our 4th spa but first Hot Spring spa. This difference in quality between the Hot Spring spa and other three is huge. We are extremely happy. Jerry and his staff were simply amazing to deal with. We will never own another brand, this spa is simply amazing.Thanks Tim & Wendy J.

Wouldn't consider another brand

This is my 3rd HotSpring spa in 20+ years. They have sold with my houses when I've moved. Due to ease of maintenance and water quality, I wouldn't consider another brand. The Jetsetter LX is perfect for the two of us. We couldn't be more pleased.

This is my 2nd HotSpring JetSetter tub , the first one last over 20 years . I don't believe there a better hot tub out there . Love the no maintance on this new 2012 model . First one had real redwood on it .

I love our new Jetsetter with Salt water system!
The 220V heater is AMAZING! The water heats up in no time!.
My wife and daughter now use it because the salt water system is so much gentler on their skin and no lingering chlorine odor!
We're looking forward to many years of relaxing in our spa.

Easiest Hot Tub To Take Care Of

I have the Jetsetter and the salt water care system is the easiest to take care of. Just check on it to make sure the water is clean and that's it. The system virtually takes care of itself. I can leave on vacation and not worry that my tub is going to turn funky. The only downside it that I'm short and the main seat is a little deep but that's my issue and not the tubs. I love it!

1st impressions

We had our new Jetsetter LX delivered just over a week ago and everyone understands the value of 1st impressions. Out of the gate our new spa did not function properly. After multiple telephone calls and 2 technician visits it seems to be working. We love the power of this unit and pray it continues to work. They were unable to link the remote to the unit. ‘No’ remote limits how you set up and manage the salt water electrode, etc. So instead of being pleased with our purchase we now worry about our decision. Ask again in 6 months nd hopefully the answer will be better. This is my 2nd Hot Springs spa. The initial one was a ‘tank’ and so far the new one has been a delicate flower. Not very happy at the moment.

Not a luxury, a necessity

This is my 7th Hot Springs Spa and my 2nd Jetsetter. Daily Hydrotherapy is a requirement for me following a horrific MVA in 1996. If it wasn't for my spa I would literally be in a world of hurt (more than usual) Hot Springs has the highest quality and best service of any Hot Tub manufacturer. I did the research and am a believer that you get what you pay for.

I have an older 2006 Jetsetter. It is a wonderful efficient and reliable spa. I have had very little maintenance to do in the 13 years I have owned it. Though the old 3 part water maintenance system is a bit tedious at times it does work. It is wonderful to come home from work and dive in and let my back relax along with my mind. It is a wonderful experience, especially on a snowy winter evening. Mine is under a patio so I can look out at the snow, safe and warm in the water. AHHHH! And it has not cost us that much on the electric bill even though it gets used every night.

Nice hot tub. Perfect size for my wife and I. The low side wall allows easy in easy out without the use of steps. We did purchase a handrail. Great for my wife. My wife can take the cover off and run the controls by herself. Perfect for us.

Perfect size for my patio

I had been looking for a SPA for my backyard since we moved to Naples, FL. We had a pool and SPA in California and I really missed the SPA. I was in the area and decided to visit the Recreational Warehouse. I saw the Jetsetter in Platinum on sale and had to have it. I live in an HOA community and the Jetsetter fit perfectly without any changes to my yard, so no approval required. And I love it, got a doctors note and got the tax back, plus I have seen dramatic improvement in my flexibility. It is easy to maintain with the chemical kit and easy access to the filters. It is great, and use it almost every day!

Really like the size and ease of care for this little unit. We chose to do the ozinator with chlorine and convert to 220 set up. Enjoy it daily. Nice small easy unit.

This is our 2nd Jetsetter; lost the 1st one in a fire... The new cartridge system for balancing the water quality is great—-foolproof and economical. Our only suggestion would be to build in a “pillow” for both seats. We bought one, but it would be nice to have it built in.
