If the control panel could be positioned to best fit the site specific installation it would be better.
I had to pay premium price as I bought the hot tub during low availability high demand COVID time frame. I get it but still have my nose out of joint from paying HotSprings big premium for my desire to buy your product during crisis environment.

I've owned other brand spas in the past. I've not had issues like this spa. We had two broken and leaking jets within the first two weeks. We had some challenges but we are overall very happy with this model spa. We love the two lounges and comfort of the spa. We are disappointed with the quality of workmanship and fixed jets.

We love our new spa! So nice to awake and hit the spa! So nice to wind down before bedtime! Grandkids love it, as well. Water quality is easy to maintain with the Salt system!

I had this hot about eight months and have already had three issues witj it. Waiting three weeks for a part that has not arrived yet. Tub leaks about 100 gallons of water a day.. super expensive tub and I can't even get the part to get it fixed.

Our Triumph Highlife Spa was just delivered from HotSpring spas in Daytona beach, Florida, two weeks ago.
We are really impressed by how quiet the spa is.
Delivery and set up was a breeze. So far everything is working well. Looking forward to being able to enjoy it.

New Hot Spring

After having a HotSpring tub for over 22 years, we moved last year and left it behind. We soon realized that we missed having a hot tub and so this spring we extended our patio and outliving space to make room for a new HotSpring tub. We are still getting use to the new model, but we are enjoying the pleasure of being able to soak and enjoy the hydrotherapy of the new tub.

We have four grandchildren who thoroughly enjoyed time in the old hot tub together. From babies and now entering adulthood they have fond memories of their hot tub experiences at grandma’s house and we are all happy that we will be able to continue to create those memories in our new HotSprings hot tub.

I received my hottub from the tent sale at Great Atlantic Pools & Spas. Kyle and Phillip came out and were very informative. They set everything up and we were ready to go that evening! A great experience! Would highly recommend.

Best big purchase we made last year. Love it. Easy to care for. Feels amazing. Heats up quickly. The only thing might be that if you actually put 4 adults in it is a bit crowded . Most of the time it's just my wife and I so it's perfect. We don't regret one cent! Highly recommend!

Pros: The spa is perfect in size and jets for our lifestyle. The interior and exterior lighting features are great. We also enjoy the ease of maintaining the saltwater system.

Cons: The value is rated as average due to the spa not including a variable jet speed setting. It would be a more pleasant and versatile experience with more than an off-or-on option for the jets.

Spa is GREAT, Controller is BAD

I love this spa. Great for just a few folks, mostly only me. Not a lot of water to fill it and therefore heats up quickly. Lots of seating and lounging options. The Salt Water system is easy to use and makes spa chemistry simple. What I feared when I bought the spa is that the wireless controller is the weak point. The first one was replace under warranty. I purchased a spare ($600+) because I live in remote Alaska. The second one failed, now the spare failed. Mine sit in the charger 99.99% of the time. My old school 1990 Hot Springs had buttons and knobs that ALWAYS worked. In my opinion Hot Springs listened to their Marketing Department instead of their Engineering Department.

Worth every penny!

After talking about getting a hot tub for many years,
Visiting Karen at our local hot tub dealer was amazing.
She was informative and very kind.
My order actually arrived earlier than expected.
A minor leak was corrected quickly.
For me, a nightly soak after dark brings on a relaxation that improves my sleep.

I enjoy my tub

I really love hot tubs and I especially love my saltwater hydrotherapeutic tub. One thing I would change about the design of this tub for convenience would be putting the filters and the controller on the same side of the tub. That would make it easier not to have to open both sides when you are only quickly adding salt/chemicals. Other than this, I love the tub!

I was lied to!

Low rating because the exterior colors are not at all like the images in the marketing materials. Mine is a uniform dull gray all over (see pic) and in the marketing materials it's got dark black corner pillars and beautiful light gray (weathered looking) paneling. So beautiful in the brochure - but what I have is really boring and ugly. I would return it if that was possible. I'm also very upset with the instructions: There are clear errors, and so many pages of complex steps and it's all written terribly confusingly and without any specifics for my particular tub. I can't believe the instructions are written so poorly from a company that's been making tubs for decades. And why is there not a website to consult, with a maintenance flow diagram one can follow?! And again, the marketing materials are misleading: They make the salt water system sound so simple and easy to work with and maintain.

Thanks for your feedback regarding your new spa. Keep in mind that, like with any product, photos of marking materials and websites are taken with professional studio lighting. Due to this, there can be some differences in how the colors look compared to outside in natural lighting. Page 19 of that brochure with the color options does state "Actual colors and products may vary from print representation. See dealer to verify."

We're sorry that you were disappointed by this difference. You also mentioned the instructions for your tub being confusing. I'd like to see if there is anything we can do to help ensure that you are getting the most out of your spa and that all your questions are answered. Please keep an eye out for an email from us.

Should have bought one sooner

Now that we have someone helping with the correct chemicals we are enjoying it just fine. However, I would recommend more training and set up instructions. After installation we were left to figure out what needed to be done. Especially since we had never had a spa before...we were given this "kit" with no idea how to use it and when.

We love our new Triumph model! It's very versatile & comfortable, with excellent seating options that allow great options for cool down from our preferred 104 deg setting. Our prior model was the Sovereign, which lasted 33 years in our Alaska climate! It would've lasted longer, but harder to get parts.... The double lounge in the Triumph is perfect for our creekside Alaska home!

Love our new spa

We love the layout and features of the Triumph. Haven't had it long enough to evaluate "energy efficiency" and "value." It was a big investment, but we wanted the capability to upgrade to a salt system in the future, so we bit the bullet. Time will only tell whether the investment was a value or not. Everything works exactly as it is supposed to and we love it.
