Saved my joint pain.

I'm a nurse on a very busy CVICU unit. My joints have taken a beating over the years. No amount of rest or medication has helped. That is until we purchased the Pace Hot Spring spa for our new home. That spa has save me from debilitating joint pain. Not only is it therapeutic but so easy to care for. We've only had it for a few months, but its already made such a difference in my body pain. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing a Hot Spring spa......let me be the 1st one to encourage you. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Impossible to maintain

I can't maintain the water levels because this Spa does not have efficient filtering systems so I'm basically stuck with an inferior hot tub. DO NOT BUY

Lovely spa and well made. However, the controls get confusing. Seems like we are always scrolling through all the options just to either change the temperature or get to clean mode. I'm still a bit confused on how to confidently use the controls and the directions we received are very vague.
Overall, we are enjoying our spa.

Terrible Customer Service

I bought this spa from the local dealer. Local folks are nice. Delivery was good. Installation was good.

However, while installing the spa with the cabinet cover open, we noticed a few clear tubes laying inside the cabinet and not connected to anything.

We then filled the spa with water, powered it up and started testing the spa. Lights did not work. Jets did appear to be full strength.

The local dealer contacted HotSpring corporate offices and they stated they would replace the faulty spa.

It has been over 3 months and no word from the HotSpring corporate offices.

I guess they took my money and they are not in any hurry to deliver a working spa. These things ain't cheap for it not to work or not get replaced!

It is dangerous to use this spa at night with no lights!

What a Surprise

I was certainly concerned with what a spa would do to my electric bill. We had solar installed a year ago, and to my amazement, keeping the spa at 98 degrees, our energy usage is still going down! It doesn’t cost us anything to run the spa!
The ease of testing the water, and replacing the cartridges is so easy! A big shout out to The Energy House for a great install, answering questions etc.
we should have bought this spa years ago! We use it everyday, sometimes twice a day!!

My wife and I are brand new to the hot tub ownership world, and we are really happy with our choice of the Pace model! So far our new spa has been fantastic! It is comfortable, and sets the tone for a peaceful atmosphere with nice lighting, relaxing jets and of course a pretty fountain. Maintaining it so far has been pretty easy, and our dealer did a good job explaining everything. Haven't had it long enough to really know the energy efficiency just yet, but I'm sure it won't be too bad!

I love to soak in the hot tub because I could never sleep well at night due to an autoimmune joint condition. After soaking for 20 minutes I feel better and sleep better.
I also enjoy the time it gives my son and I to talk with no electronics!! Best family time!!

Retirement Relaxation

Retired from state service for over sixteen years now I decided to take the plunge and invest in a spa. Hired an architect to review my ideas and needed to build up my deck supports to handle the additional weight.
So very excited when the installation date arrived and watched in awe as the unit was lifted by crane over the garage to be set in place. Opted for the Frog Ease system and, so far, maintaining the correct chemical balance couldn’t be easier. We use the spa at least three times a week all through this winter at a relaxing temperature of 104 degrees. So glad I made the investment and would encourage anyone to seriously think about how they want to spend their years.

We are very pleased with our Pace Hot Tub and have used it almost every day since we bought it. It is comfortable and plenty big enough for our needs.
The only issues for me is to get the water quality to the required or recommend levels. It may just be my learning curve I have to overcome.

Great hot tub

I use my spa nearly every day, and love it! It replaces my old Tiger River hot tub if 20+ years…. Very nice, comfy, plenty of jets. It does seem to pull more power than my old spa… maybe it’s not insulated as well, not sure.. ( I live in an alpine village ). But overall I am very happy.
