A Most Excellent Hot Tub

I’ve had the Hot Springs, Rhythm hot tub for 30 months. I’ve been very pleased with it.
I started using the FrogEase cartridges again after previously using the floating FrogEase. Which when empty floats upside down to easily check the chlorine level. Downside is it’s annoying when one is in the tub unless it’s removed. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Very Nice spa

We have had and are enjoying this spa almost daily. We were very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of this spa. Even during some very cold weather i have not seen any significant increase in my energy costs.
The spa water stays at a constant temperature. We have had no trouble maintaining the water balance using the inline cartridges. After about a week of checking the chemicals in the water daily, we have found a good balance and only need to check every couple of weeks. The control panel is quite intuitive and easy to use even from inside the spa. We like that it can be adjusted even while soaking. Overall we are very pleased with our new spa and wonder why we waited so long to take the plunge! Soaking together after a long day brings us closer together and defiantly helps us unwind from our day.

This Hot Springs spa has been nothing short of an amazing hot tub. The level of hydro therapy it gives is unmatched from any other hot tub I’ve ever been in.
I would purchase another Hot Springs Spa in the future.

Hot Tub is a total lemon

Owned the Hot Tub for 8 years. We’ve had issues within a year and continue to have issues with all major equipment. Have had to replace the mother board, both pumps multiple times and light display parts. I would not recommend this hot tub at all. We have put thousands of extra dollars into all the replacement parts. Watkins refuses to honor anything outside of their limited parts warranty which is a year.

However, since you have had your spa for eight years, the warranty no longer covers it.

What a difference from an inflatable hot tub

First, it’s a pleasure the quality of our new hot tub, nobody whats to leave !! our unit uses 10% less electricity, then our old unit, I compared the kilowatts on our electric bill very efficient!! August to August. It’s a game changer, very user-friendly. Our family chats state, can’t wait to get into the hot tub!! After work & school, so relaxing!!

This spa is a great entry lever spa. My wife and I wanted on that we could entertain with but still relax with. It had more than enough room. I wish the jets on the feet were placed better and stronger. This is overall a great spa.

We went from an inflatable, hot tub to the top-of-the-line rhythm hot tub. We made up our minds, and within 10minutes !
Walking into the Prisco, showroom in Greenwich Connecticut. They were also pleasant and and they really knew their products, they directed us to the rhythm, hot tub. and it was a blast!
we’ve been very pleased ever since ! we watched the Fourth of July fireworks in our hot tub ,it’s a great relaxing spa for all of us. People have to make appointments to get in !

Bought the rhythm hot tub right after covid lock downs in 2020. Since owning the hot tub the side panels keep falling off and warping. The service team has been out multiple times and replaced them. But the same panels keep falling off. When the panels are replaced it is taking at the least three months per panel to come in.

The ease of chemicals is so easy! Relaxing after a workout or a hard day, there is no comparison! The water is silky, hot and our view is sedating. Thank you Adrian for your help and speedy delivery, set up went perfectly, especially since it 6 feet in the air! Thank you again!

Very relaxing- very comfortable. Fantastic quality and service from our dealer. Spa can fit 7 adults but really comfortably 4. One and only constructive criticism is that it could be a little deeper. It’s deep enough to be fully submerged during winter but it would be perfect 3-6 inches deeper. No complaints great tub
