We have had a continuing problem with the FLO error and the tub not heating. When turning the power off and then on to try to fix it the low jets don't come on as they are suppose to. WE have replaced the filter, had the company come here several times. They replaced the heater which did nothing. I feel this hot tub I got from you is a lemon and I'm going to complain till it gets fixed. I first started having the problem after about 7 months from purchase. They told me to replace the filter even though your web site says the filter lasts 3 years. So I did that.

I am just learning how to keep the water in line with the desired metrics for all the chemical levels. This has been a little challenging, but we love the hot tub. The cover lift is very easy to use and the hot tub is easy to set up for relaxing in it. I'm still learning the control panel so I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable when I learn more.

The spa is comfortable. We had to obtain a seat cushion for my wife who is 5’ 4” to enjoy some is the deeper seat positions including the lounger. With the jets on high speed it is a bit noisy, and when the jet air is on full it can be a bit intense. Obviously this is adjustable. The temperature control works great and it is relatively easy to maintain the chemistry and cleanliness. The system uses more energy than I expected during the winter months. I wish the second jet had two speeds like the first jet does. Also a Wi-Fi communication would be nice so I could change temperature settings while away from home.

I have only had it for four months. I have struggled with green water and chlorination lock multiple times. I even changed water and cleaned whole tub. Still happened again a month later. Very frustrating and not relaxing in any way

We absolutely love our spa. The only negative thing is getting the chemicals balanced. We continue to have issues with foam. It’s been hard to get the chlorine, pH and alkaline correct. Thankfully the folks at the spa store are very helpful.

A little overpriced for what you get.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good spa. But for the money, I feel like it could be better insulated and have a better control panel.
I'm not just guessing on the insulation. Using a thermal imaging camera (FLIR) I can see that heat leaks out from the top corners, the front panel, and parts of the cover badly.
As for the control panel... It's just a 5 button panel with a simple display. But the buttons are those membrane buttons like on your parents 1980s microwave. You know, the ones that fall apart after pushing the same buttons are few hundred times.

Water Leak within the first 2 years - a VERY EXPENSIVE TUB

This VERY EXPENSIVE Hot Tub has sprung a Leak within the first 2 years of ownership. It has been professionally maintained and cared for (at my expense) since the time of purchase. How a Leak is possible even at the start of its life is beyond me.
Furthermore even though this happened 1 month shy of Warranty Expiration, because Dealer is located 2.5 hours away I am still required to pay a 'co-pay' to have them fix it (even though they are the ones I was advised to use because they are the ones who sold me the Hot Tub and are under legal contract with the Warranty company).
Warranty period for an item like this should be greater than 2 years.

Great Jets, Comfortable, but Tricky to Get In

This is our second spa purchase. Rhythm’s jets are much better than our previous hot tub, and the seats are very comfortable. My only issue is getting in and out. We didn’t buy the available handrail as we thought it was ugly but are reconsidering now. Also the outer edge of the hot tub is very narrow and difficult to sit on to cool off or to get in/out.

My Rhythm Hot Spring Spa has been my greatest investment yet! The only issue that I had was the SmartChlor cartridge was gone within two weeks and my water started turning green. Also, with the Frog Ease system, supposedly, as long as your test strip defects chlorine, there shouldn’t be anything bad in the water. This strip could be measuring total combined chlorine and no free, available chlorine. After I figured out the water chemistry issues, I have no regrets! I believe everyone would love a Hot Spring Spa! I love mine! Thank you, Kathy!! Also, the delivery guys rocked it!!!

Very nice hottub. Had for 2 months and no problems. Would rate higher but the headrest are not comfortable and the ease of water care can't get any easier but the chemicals are expensive. The jets are very powerful and very relaxing. My aches in my shoulders and neck area have disappeared! We use this product 5 nights a week.

We were considering a few different models when we decided to purchase a hot tub. This one came in at the price point we were looking for and had all the features we were looking for. Now having owned it for over 2 months I am even happier with it knowing that it's so energy efficient that it only increased our electric bill by 8 dollars a month. The inline frog system makes it extremely easy to maintain . My family truly enjoys nights out in our hot tub.

Good looks and nice features. Really appreciate the heavy duty cover and the configuration of pumps, jets and related controls. Less enthusiastic about the Frog @Ease cartridge system - it seems like we're always having to add chlorine and other chemicals to raise pH anyway. Disappointed with the inability to program a schedule or set a timer for water temperature, especially since there's a pretty sophisticated scheduling system for filtration - i.e., 2 cycles 12 hours apart. The spa has driven our monthly electrical consumption up substantially (+40 to 50%) and appears to use significantly more energy than the estimates presented in the product brochure.

You bring up a couple of great comments I would love to address; the first being some challenges with your Frog @ease cartridge system. With a new spa, water regulation can sometimes be tricky in the beginning. I'm curious to know why you are needing to add pH and chlorine. I'm sure a minor adjustment will resolve this issue.
I see that you are disappointed with the inability to set a timer for your water temperature. Our spas are designed to run at a consistent temperature set by the spa owner. When frequent temperature adjustments happen, energy consumption can spike. Our control functions are tailor-made to foster an amazing hot tub experience. I've included a link below which has some great information on the costs of running a hot tub.

As much as I enjoy this spa, there’s room for improvement. The panel attachment is not the best engineered “system” Expoxying the wedges onto a thin composite panel and expecting secure and simple removal is far reaching. I personally had 6 wedges become unattached due to the delivery. The glue and short screws were tore right off. I honestly thru-bolted my front panel wedges using 6mm hex bolts and locknuts. Even though the nuts were exposed it was not a terribly bad looking fix!! The spa does run perfectly and am very happy with the functionality of it!!

Great for muscle aches and pain due to osteoarthritis. Enjoy the quality time that I have with my husband and family. Rain, snow or sunshine. Love sitting and relaxing in it when it is snowing and enjoy the Bluetooth playing our favorite playlists. So far very economical to run and easy to maintain. Would definitely recommend a cover lifter, makes it effortless to open and close.

Enjoying the variety of jets in different corners of our spa. Low maintenance, easy to use. A timer to control run times and more detailed control of nighttime silence would be welcome. Make sure you have a dedicated 50A service installed not 30A as the manual seems to indicate either will work for the Rhythm spa; not true!
