We love our hot tub. It fits plenty of friends and is deep enough to swim around in. The filters are super easy to rinse out and the in-line cartridges keep the chemicals from having to float around in the tub while you’re in it. We rarely wait on the drain to drain all the water, we scoop it out and the sides wipe down very easily.

Great spa for a budget unit

I bought my spa at the start of COVID. The company did everything virtually, and I am pleased with the spa. The unit’s Ozonator is rather basic because the spa company did not sell me the one that hotsprings sells for the spa. This is not the fault of hotsprings, nor is it fair to review my spa based on the ozonator. Because the ozonator is not from hotsprings, I am not sure I can offer a truly unbiased review of my spa. Maintenance is low, thanks to the inline bromine and mineral cartridges. Power consumption is not as low as advertised, but that could easily be due to the aftermarket ozonator, and I have adjusted for it with custom cleaning cycles. Cleaning of the material is rather typical, but the smaller size requires replacing the water a little more frequently. I would certainly recommend the HotSprings line of spas. Just be sure you dealer uses only authentic HotSprings spa parts.

I absolutely love my hot tub. I don’t know what I would do without it now. My favorite thing to do is hopping in it in the morning after working night shift and sitting back listening to the Bluetooth speakers until I am fully relaxed and then I get out, put in my bromine on the clean cycle and go to bed with no pain and no struggle to fall asleep. My hot tub is now a lifelong friend of the family. Wherever life takes me it’s coming with.

While it took a lengthy amount of time for the spa to become available, it was worth the wait. The time in the tub has been valuable family time spent in discussion and often with laughter. The winter months were especially enjoyable, and the spa provided warmth and relaxation that carried through well after I was inside the house. I am hair when family comes over to enjoy our investment.

We have had our hot tub for a year. We purchased it during the peak of the COVID lockdown as a treat. We use it at least once a day if not more. The maintenance is a piece of cake. Whenever we are out of town we have our house sitter stay (typically a young adult friend of our kids) and they have zero issues keeping it clean and chemically stable. We love to hop in it after a long day at the computer to reset our brains! We even turned the heat way down this summer on some of the unbearable hot days to turn it into a “cool tub”. Love love love it

this spa isn't the top of the line but it works great. Its comfy, we haven't had too many issues with it. There are some minor things with construction that if I was designing/building it I might have made different choices, but it doesn't affect performance. The control is probably the weakpoint. In todays day and age you expect to be able to control everything from an app. And if you want to upgrade (maybe to say a salt system) its relatively simple. I get this isn't the high end model, but the control functions/features seem to be something out of the 90's. But hey it works great.

Works as designed. My outer panels keep warping and having to be replaced. The repair people put a new panel on and within 24 hours the panel is sagging. Another service call on a year old hot tube.

Bought my Rhythm from a Costco roadshow 3 years ago. Thought I was getting a good value trading from my 15 year old Dimension One spa. Overall value is okay. Efficiency seems okay but no timeclock to schedule run times for cheaper times of the day to run cycles. Now with peak electricity, I'm at the mercy of the spa. From a quality perspective, the LED light lenses have cracked as has the pearl shell (surface level, not structural). Attempts to get the lights fixed were met with "the chemicals were off" so no warranty. Ive used the @ease chlorine full time. My D1 spa did not have cracked lights or shell with 15 years of service...so that's all I can use as a comparison. So far no mechanical problems so that part is good.

Thank you for your spa feedback. I am glad to hear overall; you find your spa to be a good value. I am sorry to hear about your other concerns. As it turns out over chlorinating your spa can cause cracked light lenses. When using any water care product, you want to make sure that it matches your usage. Testing your water regularly will show you the chlorine level in the water, allowing you to adjust chemicals as needed. Additionally, the spa does have an adjustable filter cycle timer. Instructions are in the spas ower manual.

Love this spa. Perfect for 2 people. Jet configuration in terms of number, placement and pattern is perfect. Husband and I each have our favorite places to sit. I spend an average of 30 minutes in tub, which means I make one full revolution of the tub, about 5 minutes at each jet arrangement...some better for upper back and shoulders, others for lower back and neck. We start with jets off, enjoying the quiet, relaxing, and just letting go. Then we turn on jets. I go from one seat to the next. It's time to get out when i arrive back where I started. Do I have any complaints? Yes. It costs us more to run the Rhythm than it did our old Grande. Something about recirculating pump not being an option. Our spa runs a lot, which means $$$.

We purchased our hot tub in 2017 and enjoy it year round, rain, snow, or shine. We ran into a problem with the circuit board and the HotSpring technician came out and fixed it in less than one hour. The service is amazing. When I reported the problem to our local dealer, Misty sent a message to the service department and I received a call the same day. We change the water 2 or 3 times a year and it is very easy to clean. Great investment! I highly recommend that you ONLY use the HotSpring technician to service your spa.

Issues with tub cover

The tub’s mother board just show line when it is resting rather than the temperature which is fine because it is normal when it circulates. My major problem is the design of the tub cover. I purchased the tub with cover 6/6/19. December 2020 I found the Hinge Seal flowing. I sealed it to the Velcro after use and this continued for a month, then I went to see the dealer, Islander Pools and Spas Albany, NY. They order a generic Hinge Seal that is too long. They said this is happening to others as well. If that is true you need a better design. I have instructions which are complicated. So it sits on the floor until I figure it out and pray it works.
