Have owned for 5 weeks. had to drain/refil after 3 weeks and now 2 weeks later water is cloudy again. Chemical balance has been fine, but filter doesn't seem to work well. Water, chemical cost and time required to maintain are all more than expected.
HOWEVER, still love the tub and find it very relaxing. Best place for coffee in the morning or to end a long day.

We purchased this tub to replace our Caldera Hawaiian Utopia that we had for 19 years, what a disappointment this tub is. We are use to controls on both sides of the hot tub, which the Rhythm does not have, so when you are sitting in one area, comfortable, you didn’t have to move, now we have to get up and look over the edge of the tub to change the jet controls, if we’re not sitting next to them. Also you have to go through the whole cycle instead of just turning off the jet settings one at a time. The pillows are not ergonomically correct and leave us with a neck ache, there very hard also! The LED lights are very high up on the sides of the tub and are not submerged unless a few people are in the tub, and even on dim they are too bright! We can’t seem to control the temperature, we set it for 102 degrees and it never stays there, it usually goes back to 101 degrees. Also the waterfall is only on when the jets come on, we thought it was on a separate switch to turn on and off, so you could hear the waterfall only, you don’t ever really get the calming effect of the waterfall. Also the tub can be somewhat slippery when getting in, our other tub was more grainy and there was no slipping. The nice feature about the hot tub, is it is very quiet and the frog system works great. Unfortunately our Caldera Hot tub was like a Cadillac compared to the Rhythm.

Hopefully you can possibly change some of the issues I have described, because a value model hot tub should be just as satisfying as a luxury model hot tub. We have decided to exchange the Rhythm Hot Springs hot tub for the Caldera Salinas, I think we will be more satisfied.

Where is the Circ Pump?

I own 3 Hot Springs Hot Tubs at various properties and this last one installed Fall of 2020 is a disaster for me. It is located on a 3rd floor deck over top of the Master Bedroom in a High End Rental. At the store they did not warn me that when the heater goes on the Jet Pump goes on (in other words this model does not have a silent circulation pump like my other units) at low speed. It does not matter low or high speed it sounds like a freight train in all the bedrooms below especially the master. So at night when the heater turns on you feel and hear that big motor. They have some sort of work around to turn it off at night but then the Hot Tub is cold in the morning or if the occupants want to take a late night tub they override this feature and you will have the heater and Jet pumps going on and off all night. You can manually turn it down but then you have to remember to turn it back up - Its a true mess and I wish I would have never bought this thing. Already renters have complained. The Hot Tub store in Frisco CO says "well you bought the cheap one", but in truth this wonderful feature of cheapening the hot tub by not having the circ pump was not disclosed at all and now I have a hot tub that we all hate and want to get rid of. It was a waste of $$.

We took delivery of our Rhythm in October, and have been using it 3+ times per week. Best "fun" purchase we've made in years! I am a first time spa owner, and it took me a couple of weeks to figure out the chemicals and had a couple of missteps with chlorine vs. non-chlorine shock, but now that's pretty straightforward. We are in MN and it's pretty cold, but our Electric bill has not changed much. Looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We love our new hot tub overall. We’ve had it for around 6 weeks now.
Love the look — more modern and fresh looking than other brands. Love the size, the seating and the arrangement of jets. Love the lighting, the cover lifter and even the matching stairs.
What we don’t love has been the water maintenance. We realize it can be different depending on where you live and the quality of your local water. That said, it has been a challenge for us to balance the water levels. And even when the test strips showed ideal balance, we had an episode where the water turned green. It took us a full week of messing around with chemicals to clear up. It has been stressful. Hopefully we will be better in time. We were just told it would take 5 min of maintenance per week. So far that has not been the case.

Have owned it for 2 months. This was a relatively expensive tub so we had high hopes. Side panel is already warped badly exposing the interior of the cabinet to the elements. Dealer says it will be 45 weeks to replace the defective side panel. Yes, 45 WEEKS! We are losing almost an entire year of the cabinet warranty to have a part that failed in 30 days replaced. We have friends who paid far less for a tub elsewhere without a single issue. We are seriously questioning the quality of our purchase now. Makes us wonder how bad it will be in a year, 3 years, 5 years....etc. guess time will tell. Now our spa looks like garbage and it is only 2 months old.

This is our first spa and we are extremely pleased with the ease of the control panel and the ability to keep the water minerals/pH, etc. at an acceptable level. The @ease in-line system with the mineral and chlorine cartridges are really easy to use. After delivery, the water heated up quite fast, from 75 degrees to 102 degrees in just five hours. The water temperature does not fluctuate and stays at the correct level. Highly recommend this model. The cover that was included is very durable and easy to open and close with the lifter. Our dealer, Georgia Spa Co. in Athens, GA was great from initial sales to delivery and set-up.

We are happy with the overall purchase but there are some items that could be improved. The individual jet covers pop out randomly with the water pressure and the cover mechanism is scratching the cover, it may need to be adjusted. Never owned a hot tub and we are getting familiar with all the settings which takes time but so far enjoying the experience very much.

Replaced Saratoga 18 year old with HotSprings. Seems good so far. Some screws on outside panels do not seem to am want to go back in after replacing panels.

I have had this spa for 4 months the sides don't stay up and the jets are coming off. The jet clips are not broken they just will not stay on the tub. I called customer service never got a call back and the local dealer will not come look at it. It has been very frustrating. You pay good money for a new tub and you don't expect to have so many problems in the first couple months.
