We have owned the spot for two weeks and we go in first thing in the morning and again in the evening and as elderly it has made our body feel so much better. a beautiful spa great jet action and very relaxing. I regret putting off buying one for so long..

We have had a hot tub for the last 30 years and our old one (19 years old) started leaking so we decided to get a new tub. After shopping around we decided to purchase from HotSpring for two reasons. The hot tub quality and the good service and knowledge of our sales rep Heidie Healy in Longview, TX. We love our new hot tub!

We love our rhythm, hot tub. We’ve had it for several months and are quite pleased with it. It has worked well. There were some minor challenges with getting the chemistry right, but we finally got it nailed down. Be careful getting in and out of the hot tub It’s a bit slippery sometimes, a design suggestion would be to have nonslip in the main exit entrance area.

Overall the hot tub has functioned correctly although it is not exactly what I wanted. The thing I am most frustrated by is the lower quality materials and lack of repairs. Our hot tub was delivered in Nov 2023 and has been broken since we received it. When the installers were moving the hot tub and the were "rocking" it to get it to the right place you could hear something breaking. One of the side panels was broken in the process. They said they would order the part and it should come in within a few weeks. A month later I received a call stating that I needed to pick up the part and repair it myself. This is not satisfactory to me since I paid over $12,000 for a new hot tub and instead I received a broken one. As of today, Feb 24, 2024, the HotSpring Store in Billings still have not come to fix the panel they broke. Can you please repair this problem?

We live in a cold climate and we enjoy the hot tub year round, after a hard day of standing and working what we have done recently , is take our towels and we put them in the dryer and then., We insert them into a cooler bag and keep them warm , when we depart from the hot tub the towels are warm . When the temperatures are way below 32° It’s a great way to enjoy the hot tub ! Always thinking!!

Love the new spa. Water care is a breeze with the frog @ease system. Little to no work keeping it clean. Look forward to morning and evening soaks in my spa. Sales team is the best. Having the availability of trying the spa out really help sell the idea of owning a spa.

Overall good hot tub and excellent value. Within the first two weeks a few jets had to be immediately replaced because of a squealling sound. They may have come loose during transport. We use the hot tub in the winter (-35'C) and notice the water is quite cold when initial heat/circulation cycle kicks in and that was not noticed on our other tubs. Insulation on the outershell could improve. It seats are comfortable and there is lots of leg room. Happy so far and would recommend to family and friends.
