We had an older model of the Hotspot Relay at our previous home and liked it. So, when we built a new house, we decided to go with the new version of the Relay. We always liked the seating layout of this model, and the newer version has improved on a number of things over our old 2012 model. The jets are strong, the seats are comfortable, and the new water care system makes caring for it nice and easy.
Definitely worth the investment. I sleep so much better after a soak each evening.

HotSpring Relay Spa

Love the construction of the spa and the mechanical workings. Purchased a spa in 2001 from Sabine Pools in Lake Charles and was very pleased with quality and service so I purchased another through Sabine Pools in Lafayette. I have had extreme issues with keeping water quality due to some kind of grease in the water which you can see accumulated on the sides in the picture. This occurred within 3 days of initial startup of the spa. I feel it had some kind of coating or something that has caused this issue. The customer service at the Lafayette location has bent over backwards trying to help rectify this situation, but after working with this since August and now I am in October it is definitely frustrating. Numerous system flushes, draining tub, and wiping the entire tub down before starting over has taken the joy out of using the tub. I want to stress again that the customer service here in Lafayette has been awesome to me working to try to fix the issue

Great Hot Tub - we love it except for one thing

We purchased a Relay tun in 2024 and we love it. Great value for the money, easy to use and maintain.
One issue - the inside clips for the front panel were installed misaligned at the factory and so the front panel says, does not sit on the bottom lip it is supposed to rest on, is crooked, and looks like garbage.
We have asked Pocono Spa and Hot Tub several times to fix this - and in 2 months- we aren't getting anywhere with them.
Please fix my Hot tub panel!!!!!!!

We absolutely LOVE our new Hot Tub. It's amazing. We have been in it every single evening since we got it. Can't wait until the weather turns cooler and colder to really enjoy it in the fall/winter months. The dealer we bought it from has been fantastic as well. Super pleased all the way around!

A luxury to own even in the hot Georgia summer

Our unit arrived with the lights not working, but our dealer quickly dispatched a service tech who discovered a wire inside the cabinet became unplugged. Other than that, it has been much less maintenance than I expected. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the electric bill seems hardly impacted so far. I imagine this will change in the winter, but so far I’m very pleased.

Last week the team from Casselberry FL Hot Springs delivered and set up our new spa and we couldn’t be happier! The delivery guys were on time, knowledgeable and so accommodating while waiting for us to correct a problem with the power connection. The techs were super!

This is my second HotSpring Relay Hydrotherapy spa and I just love what it brings to my day and to my body!!!! There is nothing like it and I love them so much I have 2! One in San Diego and 1 in Pensacola!!! A must to regenerate your body and have an amazing night's sleep also!

I had a 8’ x 8’ spa. After 20 years of enjoying the spa, it finally died. After seven years of just sitting there and collecting rainwater, I finally decided to demo the tub out and replace it with a Relay ISpa. Everything about it is light years better than the old spa. … jet action, lighting, waterfall feature and the lounge seat is amazing.
The one frustration, because the spa cover lift mechanism couldn’t be assembled to the spa I therefore have store credit. After asking 2-3 times, I still don’t know the value of this credit.

Paige and Em were wonderful, every step of the way, during my research phase, my showroom walk through, answering all of my questions and more. They gave me a fantastic price and even some accessories were included and the process was smooth and they were committed and thorough. So far it's been a good spa. I wish t here was a little more attention to ease of movement when inside the spa. I feel there could be some area where some kind of gripping could have been placed. Also, wish we didn't lose a corner to the bobbing filter. However, overall we are enjoying the spa and haven't had any issues after 4 months

Excellent aftercare service

During a bank holiday I had a big issue getting the chemical levels right, I rang Hotspring and spoke with Ray. He was amazing, there was nothing this chap didn't know. He answered all my numerous questions and more, sent useful emails and even a follow-up call a week later to check all was OK. I can't speak highly enough about this company and particularly Ray. My family enjoy the luxury of a salt water system and are grateful that we made this purchase
