After saying I would buy a spa for years, I finally found the perfect one. I LOVE my Relay spa. The lounge seat is awesome and it is very spacious. I have actually fit 7 of my closest friends in with me (8 total)! Very comfortably fits 4-5. The water care is something that is a bit challenging. The Frog app doesn't really interpret the test strip colors well and I even struggle to do so. Seems like every time I want to use the spa, something is off so there is always something to add and time to wait (so it takes some planning before using it). I also didn't realize how expensive the chemicals would be. All that being said, I'm very happy to have my spa. The cover assist makes it super easy to uncover and cover it back up. Great delivery and set up- super easy.

Relaxing spa with plenty of jets.

I have owned several hot tubs over the years and this is by far the best. With dual pumps, we can run all the jets at once and there is plenty of room for the family to relax and enjoy the experience. It has been low maintenance and the electricity usage is low. I would recommend HotSpring spas!

Great Spa and great value

I have had my spa since November 2023 and use it every day! I have the relay model and love the lounger space and also love the adjustable jets. I'm using the inline frog water system and have found it to be great for most of the maintenance needs. I'm struggling a bit to keep the chlorine level up (water has had a tint of green from algae or metals in our water). I'm confident I will figure it out but would suggest maybe a better water Maintenace video or an orientation spa setup from the retailer purchased. I have zero regrets on this purchased, which took me over a year to do my research on the one I wanted.

I had an old old spa and was in the market to replace it. I went to Renee spa and the excellent sale person helped me pick out the Renay spa. It has been nothing but excellent. Even the maintenance personnel who installed it explain everything to me. I have been using it almost every day. Family came in town and not they want to go back to Oklahoma and try to fine the same one for their use. T hank for such a great product.

I love my hot tub! The layout is perfect, it's very comfortable and relaxing. I looked at others, but the Relay seemed to fit best. I like the lights and pressure of all the jets which are adjustable. Using the chemicals is a breeze and my hot tub is always crystal clean.

It might not have all the bells and whistles but it works great. Spas in general require some vigilance on water conditions but this spa helps us relax and soothe our sore muscles.

I love the spa with the "lounge". Each position gives a different experience of jet massage and I find myself moving from seat to seat depending on what aches or knots are going on. Setup and delivery and instructions were great from the dealer, and I enjoy it every day. It is my first spa and couldn't be happier. The HotSpring Spa did come with a scratch but the company quickly made that right under warranty. It sounds like a sizeable investment but it is worth every penny as much as a gym membership over time. I love the free stairs that came with it and getting in and out even at 66 is not an issue. Beautiful and has an easy care design. Go for it!

The Relay is in the entry level spas for HotSpring, but I find it to be an excellent spa. My wife and I love the jets and love the recliner. The led mood lighting is fun. We don't need all the extras like speakers and 24x7 circulation. I find it easy to maintain with the Frog system and removable and cleanable filter and draining and refilling is easy.

I really enjoy my new HotSpring Rely.
I found it surprisingly easy to maintain and enjoy joy relaxing in the tub nearly every evening.
I think part of the energy efficiency is making a tub designed to be 340 gallons and not 500 gallons. As a result, the tub was not as deep as expected. It made the experience different from previous hot tub experiences. I have gotten use to it and don't mind much at all.

My new tub

This is my second hot tub. Had a used one (2005 Master Spa) that lasted almost 8 years before it started having electrical problems. Could not wait to replace the old one. Did my research and shopping. This tub filled all the squares and more. I know how to maintain & this tub should last until I am unable to enjoy. Amini personnel have been terrific, from sales, setup, part ordering and service.

We hate this spa and wish we would have stuck with our old brand. It’s uncomfortable, and the jets are all wrong. I’d pay a thousand dollars to have it removed if I could afford to replace it with my old spa. This is the costliest mistake we’ve ever made.
