Finally living the dream!

I’ve always wanted a spa and now I feel like I’m living the dream. The Relay is very comfortable with so many options and ways to personalize your experience. My kids love the waterfall feature and the jets are powerful. I never thought sleep could be so good. Not a night goes by with it t a soak. Love this spa!

The right price

When considering a hot tub we felt this hot tub fit our budget well. We wanted basic, well-made and easy to use. What we like is the simple control panel, the beautiful brown marbled interior and that it has worked perfectly. So far our only complaint is the plastic drain valve that drips and is extremely hard to access to turn on and off.

Amazingly Life Changing

Love the Relay Spa!

When the weather was warm I turned the temperature down to 98 and my 2 year old granddaughter loves to play in the water with me! I use the spa almost every night to relax before going to bed, I especially love it now with the weather getting colder. I can sit out in the tub under the moonlight and watch the night sky and be warmed up for the rest of the night. I have the frog ease system so the maintenance is pretty easy.
I love it!!

The spa is great, we use it regularly and the build quality is wonderful. The only issue we have is that the frog @ease sanitation system has a larger learning curve than we were told, slight green tint to the water even with testing regularly.

Everything from the service and setup to operation makes it worth getting. For water care add the ozone generator and wild chemical swings are a thing of the past. Other brands might have a few more features for same money but the quality and power are well worth the trade off.

Why did we wait so long?

We talked about getting a spa for 10 years.

The finishing touch to our new deck is our spa.
The jets feel great after a long day, it really is relaxing.

Looking forward to the cooler and colder weather to get more spa time.

My business at times can be very stressful and I also have some back problems. Since my purchase, I’ve used my hot tub almost every single night. From melting away my stress, to relieving my back pain, I cannot say enough good things about Hot Springs hot tubs! It hits in all of the right spots, the controls are easy to use, the temperature holds steady and it’s very easy on the upkeep. Cody Reilly went above and beyond in order to get us a hot tub. He was very professional and we felt very confident with our purchase. The delivery was easy and the set up crew was very careful and attentive. Cody and Hot Tub Johnny were able to answer all of our questions and get us through our initial air lock problem. We were back up and running in no time. We are very happy with our decision and will be telling others where to go to get their own hot tub. Thank you Cody and crew!

Good price for this quality spa. The spa seems to use alot of bromine and the inside the tub filter takes up room and doesn't look appealing but this spa runs great, has many jets and they are adjustable for flow.

No air purge provision?

First time draining and refilling my new hot tub and pump 2 air locks. Tried all the “tricks” and nothing. I can’t believe nobody has thought to install an air bleed provision on the pump. Now I have to pay someone to fix it after less than a year and that will take at least a week just to get them to schedule me. I’m not pleased.

Sorry to hear that you have had some difficulty in refilling your spa. I am glad you are sharing your spa pain point. This is a good topic to share with the spa community. As it turns out, it is recommended that a spa be filled through the filter compartment. That will allow the spa to fill the plumbing first, pushing air through the lines as it fills.
Additionally, our new Relay has lines designed to prevent an airlock.

Following the recommended fill-up process will prevent air lock frustrations.

The Relay is a great middle of the road tub price wise and feature wise. The lounger seat is the bomb when everything hurts ! 4 adults fit comfortably and there are plenty of jets for everyone!
