So much maintenance!

We purchased a relay during this pandemic to enjoy some much needed relaxation (4 young kids, remote schooling, 2 working parents). The maintenance has been so frequent and time consuming that I wish we never made the purchase. We use the tub twice a week but recently haven't even been able to do that because I am constantly needing to adjust chemicals and clean filter. I have called the dealer many times and had kind assistance but if I was aware of this type of maintenance, we would not have purchased. Our neighbor has a Saratoga tub and is shocked at how much we have to maintain our tub. So disappointed.

Oh yikes! I'm sorry to hear the maintenance of your spa is taking away from you being able to enjoy it. You mentioned working with the local dealer, but you can also give us a call at Customer Service to find if there are any adjustments that can be made. Use it every night

It was worth the wait!!!
We ordered a Hotsprings relay back in June of 2020. With the pandemic, we didn’t receive it until mid October. However it was worth the wait. We use it every night, even when it gets down to the 30’s (we live in New England).
The spa itself is of great quality. Just hope it stays that way, but so far so good. Absolutely no complaints.
The only thing I advise is to factor in a substantial cost for the setup for under it, like set pavers, patio what have you.

Amazing hot tub!

I ordered this spa back in June and just got it delivered to my house last week. It was worth the wait! I've been in it twice a day since I got it. I've read a few reviews that jets kept falling off but I have not experienced that. Everything works great and keeps the temperature fine. I just wish I didn't wait so long to decide to purchase one.

Really Happy with my purchased!

I use my Relay at least 5 days a week. I really love it. I didn't see so far any change in my electrical bill in two months since I own the relay. Only thing that should be modify is the head pillows. You can turn the side but still no comfortable. Other minor thing the side panels slide down twice so far. I have to lifted and tie the plastic corners. But over all experience. I love it. Is relaxing and make my day and night better.

Great spa but confusing water care instructions

Great spa with lots of Powerful jets
But water care instructions are disorganized and confusing
Relay has frog system plus optional ozonator plus freshwater branded silver ion ( what is this for)...
Instruction book is unclear and dealer hasn’t helped either
I am inclined to just use chlorine sanitizer with ozonator fir oxidation
Dealer tech coming out next week to confirm the ozonator is working plus demo the spa. I wasn’t aware that some zeta could be rotated to turn off!
When in the sales cycle is the dealer supposed to demo the features of the spa when at delivery time there is no water In the spa to show how things function

Nice spa but quality questionable

This is my first spa and we are really enjoying it. Easy to use and keep clean. The only problem is the chrome rings around the jets keep falling off and the black inserts for the jets also keep falling out. Just ended up leaving them off. Doesn’t look great and can’t change direction of the jets but easier than fishing them out of the spa all the time.

Great hot tub

I bought this Hot Tub for Therapeutic reasons, and find that you don't need more jet nozzles than necessary when you rotate between the seats to get all the muscles. The ease of use with the chemicals and EZ lift cover make it very easy to use and maintain. The original installation kit came with a bad breaker slowing up the install process and my only other problem is having to put back into place the jet spout covers that pop off during use. It's an easy snap back on so it's not that bad of a problem. Overall the spa and customer service has been outstanding.

I wish we would have invested in a hot tub earlier. This has been so great tor relaxation, wind down at the end of a day, and family time. You have focussed, relaxing time together without distractions or electronics. Nothing beats the sounds of nature, watching the stars with the ones you love all while relaxing in a warm Mountain Hot Tub spa. As close as you can get to Heaven on Earth!

Hot Springs replaced a previous Relay due to a leak that couldn't be fixed. The old tub was 15 months old. Hot Springs, (Heather) was so helpful it blew our minds! When she called to advise they were going to replace the previous tub, she advised that they could be at the house the next day for installation. The installers were on time, efficient, and friendly on a 93 degree day. The service received in this case is unmatched! Thank you Heather!
