If I had to do it over, I don’t know if I would still buy this

The small jet heads constantly fall off, the panels don’t stay up on the sides always, and now the center nozzles of the jet heads are starting to pop out. I was told this is the highest quality hot tub maker around, but I don’t know if I can recommend it so far. I like using it, but if I’m already seeing things fall apart 2 months in, what is this going to look like in 2 years? I mentioned the jet heads not staying on to the dealer and they said they’d get someone out, but so far nothing. This week I think I’m going to look into if I can return this still . I also can’t tell if there is enough power in the filter housing to pull water through it and use the filter well. Seems to plug up quick.

We bought our Relay for relaxation. Wow!!! Sales staff was great, knowledgeable and kept us informed since Covid 19 messed up everybody's orders. When ours came in, the install crew was great. Install was fast and they showed me all the tips and tricks of ownership.
As of today, I am in the tub everyday I'm not on duty. I have not felt or slept better.

Spa costs more to operate via energy costs than we anticipated
Also the water chemicals are hard to dial in. Still getting green water problems

Really enjoying my hot tub love that every seat has different jets. My wife and I roatate around the tub for the best experience. My too kids also love to get in and relax with us. Age 8 and 2. This was a great purchase love spending time in the tub every night!

I Love my spa and am in it almost daily!
I had an issue with the Frog chlorine system, (not keeping the chlorine in balance) my dealer said it works really well or it doesn’t.. so I am just using the crystals currently and have removed the Frog chlorine cartridge.. no problems now!! I love it!! In fact my parents were coming to use mine and loved it so much that I bought a smaller one for them!! And they love theirs too!!

Spectacular Tub!

I previously owned a 110 volt plug-in spa from another manufacturer...and didn't spend that much more to upgrade to the Hot Spring Relay. Great tub - very comfortable, includes a lounge, all kinds of very adjustable and therapeutic jets, is surprisingly energy-efficient, and, especially with an ozonator, EXTREMELY easy to maintain! I highly recommend the Relay!

Relaxing and comfortable tub. Fits well in our landscape affording beautiful views of the countryside.
If anything could be improved, it would be the noise from the pumps when they are running at top speed.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I went in with the intent to purchase and James was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had about the Hot springs models of spas. The different options for financing were good and it was easy to apply for. The delivery went great thanks to Sean he made it quick and easy. Overall all the guys from purchase to delivery were amazing and I would definitely would purchase another spa from these guys.
