Easy to set up, pretty much fill & enjoy!😊The design of the spa gives many different seating options,(did I mention the lounger?), love the customizable jets! I'm really glad I chose a Stride! It's so easy to use, the control panel is easily laid out and fast to navigate. The water care is simple for a newbie like me, the inline sanitizing system is great and easy to read. Definitely look into getting one, financing was easy and affordable.This spa has changed my life! I'm less stressed and even lowered my blood pressure!

Kinda wish the two seats, other than the lounger, were a little higher. The stride is a little lower profile than our last spa and for people getting older, having higher seats may be helpful. Other than that, we love it and it is mega-relaxing!!!

I love having a spa at home. Getting off work to soak and stretch away the stress of the day makes me feel like royalty daily. The low maintenance needs are an extra bonus. I have been able to keep my spa like new without any help for a year now but I love having the option to set up maintenance if I need it. HotSprings in Eugene has great customer service which is an added bonus.

I purchased the spa from Capitol Hot Tubs in Virginia. I was very happy with everyone that I dealt with from picking out the right spa, delivery and service department.

The tub itself is nice for 2 people. It does not have all the bells and whistles but you really just want a nice quality spa that is going to last. I added the ozone system which is a nice feature plus using the frog smart chlor it is very easy to maintain. I would defiantly recommend this spa to any of my friends.

I hope to keep this spa as long as I had my other one. So far I am really enjoying it.

Hot tub was defective when delivered. Leaked water and mold on inside of cover. After waiting 6 month the tub was replaced under warranty. Not the cover. Water chemistry was much easier in my previous Hot Spring model and cheaper. Little small for two adults. Overall not happy. Dealer where it was bought was difficult to communicate with.

This is our second Hot Springs.
The first tub was complete quality and lasted for many years.
This is our second Hot Springs. We use it daily for hydro therapy and find it a lifesaver.
The local representative is friendly, knowledgeable and one of the many reasons we stay with the Hot Springs brand!!

Absolutely love my spa. This models is not very deep in the positions are more reclining. It works for me because it gets my neck really well. Aches and pains I’ve had for years are almost nonexistent, and my wife and I are spending quality time relaxing. It’s a win win

Hot springs makes a great hot tub, but it needs to be able to get hotter

This is our second hot springs, hot tub that we have owned. They are well made and we consider this a very well made product. The only issue is that the water does not heat up as hot as we would like it on this model I know 104 is the regulation temperature but it needs to be able to go up another degree or two in our opinion, the water cools off quite quickly and doesn’t seem as hot as our last one.

Some like it HOT

Are you running on 115v plug in ? My HotSpring also loses temp as I run it on 115v, which is perfectly normal. The heater cannot run when the jets are on high when wired this way. I start @ 103F and by the time I get out is down to 100-101F, even on a cold New England night. If you wire your tub 230v, your tub will easily maintain the set temp, not cool off, and cook you like a lobster. If you ARE wired 230v and this is happening, it could be that a jumper or switch on the control board was left in the wrong position when either your electrician or your dealer converted the tub to 230v operation for you. This jumper restricts the heater from coming on when the jets are on high, like when factory wired for 115v. A technician can check this as when the pump is on high speed, there will be NO voltage to the heater, even though you are wired 230v. Hope this helps! And remember, the spa is restricted to a maximum of 104F for your safety. ;-)
