I've been able to enjoy the spa about 5 times so far. It is in a second home in the mountains. It is super comfortable, and with being there every two weeks, the chemical maintenance has been pretty easy. TIme will tell about energy efficiency, but we have been below freezing for several days, and we have installed an insulation barrier for when we aren't there.
But I watched an amazing sunset last night, with wind chill of below 20, and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Within the first month of owning my hot tub I had hand surgery. I got in the hot tub anyway, and credit it with having provided relief from the ache and pain of my recovery. I’m in it at least 5 days a week and feel like it was a smart purchase given my extensive arthritis.

We purchased the Stride months ago and just had it delivered. I’m disappointed because it’s extremely uncomfortable and the lounger and seats are impossible to use for its intended purpose because we float out of the seats. We came into this making it very clear we knew nothing about the spas. They seemed very knowledgeable at the store. Cost was not an issue. Had we been told “hey this one may not be the best option because of your height, this lounger, floating is going to be an issue” etc….we would have chosen a different model. Now I don’t know what to do

Jets that provide a soothing massage is the goal. However, I hear what you are saying - laying in the water while jets massage can move you. While not all bodies have the same experience, some will find that they float a bit in their spa. Some spa owners have found that using a weighted swim belt helps them to stay in place in the lounger and lessen the floating they experience.
There are some benefits to the buoyance that you feel in a hot tub. Floating in the warm water of your spa takes the weight off your tired muscles and joints, allowing you to experience relief from the normal force of gravity.

This hot tub is just the right size for the two of us to relax, sip a beverage, and share our day. Looks great on our patio and does not take up too much space, but more than enough for a couple to enjoy. Maintenance is easy and quick leaving more time to enjoy the spa.

It’s just my husband and I. Both of us have back issues so this is perfect for us. The height allows us to swing legs over to enter or exit. Since I’m 5’3” I just bought an easy rider single step with rubber grip. I got the handle bar added to it because it helps to have something to hold just in case. Works great to hold robes or towels as a bonus. Has a blue light at the end of the bar with a switch but we usually set the light on the hot tub so we don’t need to use the light on the bar. Love the jets. Easy to care for. Just test water and use the right additives for the water. My husband is almost 6’ so he likes the lounger a lot. I’m a little too short to fully enjoy the lounger without sinking lol.

we had decided when the pool was going to opt for a hot tub instead - it was limited during the "covid" times, but were lucky when we came across this model from hot springs. set up and maintaining it is a breeze. my wife really enjoys kicking back in the evenings to relax - also perfect this year for taking care of a few recoveries - back and post workouts. this year we are going to try it in the winter - we will see how that goes - it has been a great decision for us - and cannot say enough good things about it!

We absolutely love our spa. It’s very easy to get in and out of. The ease of taking care of it is wonderful. Just put the cartridges in and you are good to go. We have had many compliments on the stylish design.

I love that it is comfortable and still small enough to fit through my doors. I wanted a basement installation. The water care system uses cartridges and is easy to change and maintain. LED lighting is always cool and a plus. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of random surges I sometime get. Since the first week I had it I get surges on high speed as if something is blocked, but it only lasts a few minutes.
