First-Timer Spa Owner here and loving the SX! It has been so easy to use with the chemicals and cleaning and I can’t believe I waited so long to purchase one! It is the perfect size and the pearl seating is stunning! Highly recommend!

I forgot how wonderful a hot tub was... I researched this product and manufactures for some time. I felt like I did my due diligence in selecting my need vs. value vs. quality. We are extremely pleased with this model...and we're never turning back. It has helped my arthritis pain and has certainly been helpful in weather changes.

This is my 3rd Hot Springs hot tub spa, would never consider anything else!

I recently relocated to North Carolina from Florida. After being a Hot Springs hot tub user for over 25 years, one of the first things on the agenda for my new home here was to get a hot tub. I was very happy to find a Hot Springs showroom within a few miles from my home. Working with the sales representative, Kayla made my dream a reality quickly. I choose a model that was in stock, which facilitated delivery and set up without too much wait. The tub maintenance is easy using the Mineral Spa Silver cartridges once every 4 months and weekly testing keeps the water fresh and clean. What do I love best about my Hot Springs tub, and why I will always choose this brand of spa, are the amazing powerful jets. They melt my tension, sooth my weary body, and help me sleep better. Yes! I could not be happier with my new Hot Springs spa.

Great Hot Tub

This is the 2nd hot tub we purchased from Hot Springs. Our first one was 12 years old. Even though it was in good working order we decided we wanted a newer more modern looking hot tub. We received great customer service and the installers were fantastic! They were very polite and knowledgeable. They went thru all of the settings with us and reviewed the manual with us as well.

My wife and I have enjoyed spa life for over 30 years. After moving to a new house, we decided on a Hot Springs SX spa and it has been perfect for us. The size and design are exactly what we wanted in a spa and we use it year round.
We did have an issue under warranty and Hot Springs/Watkins was way past helpful and responsive to getting the problem resolved.

We replaced a 20 year old larger spa with this smaller one. I love the new jets and Frog system. It is easy to take care of and just the right size for me and my husband.

We loved our former HotSpring spa that we had for decades with minimal issues. When we moved, we purchased the Hot Spot SX since it's just the two of us and we didn't need a large spa. So disapointed in the quality...or should I say "lack of quality"? Within about a month, it had a leak which they repaired. The display failed about 5 minutes after the one year warranty (and a replacement is not available without an expensive upgrade), the heater pump has failed twice. The price of the HotSpring spas are no longer worth the quality received.

Overall, I really like the spa. The back moto jet failed a month after the warranty expired. That was disappointing. I can replace for $180 myself. Just anoying since my previous Sovereign spa did the same thing.

We really like our SX spa. It’s the perfect size for the two of us. It’s relaxing and easy to use. We each have our favorite seat and like to soak 4-5 times a week. I wish all three seats had headrests pillows instead of just for two. The only downfall for me (not my spouse) is that my skin is sensitive and I tend to get a hot tub rash. I’m not sure why? The chemistry is good and I always shower when I get out so I can’t figure out why I’m getting a rash?

It took some arm twisting to get my husband to agree. I have arthritis pretty bad and I knew how much the spa would help me. I use it almost every night. Every time we are in it together (not often, it's not his thing) I say to him "you have to admit, this was the best purchase EVER!" He just smiles at me! He knows it's true!!! BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!!!

I had the opportunity to remove the front cover of my spa while investigating options to level my newly installed hotup and found mice had entered through gaps in the bottom framing, chewed the insulation, and made a mess. I vacuumed up the mess and added "mint-scented" rodent deterrent inside the cabinet. Now the air around my spa is very minty.
I love my spa (but not the increase in my monthly winter power bill) and only wish the factory had mouse-proofed the base before it was shipped.

I love my new Hot Springs spa! As an avid walker, I relax after my morning walk and before my work day. Then at night, I unwind before I go to bed. It’s so therapeutic! For those not sure about investing in a spa, your health will thank you many times over!
