Not a tough decision...

I have bad arthritis in my joints. Getting a hot tub was a no-brainer, but we did our research and boy are we glad we found Hot Springs. It is not our first hot tub, but it is certainly a step up from our previous. Glad we did it...the quality is amazing.

Overpriced, too small and not enough jets.

We replaced a large Vita Spa hot tub, so I was accustomed to a lot more and much stronger jets. I was very disappointed that the salesman from AquaPro didn't clearly express the differences between what we had and what we could expect from the spa he was selling us. He also apparently wasn't experienced with replacing a unit that was "built in" as ours was, because we should've removed the old one to see what we were getting into before we ordered the new one. Nonetheless, I will use and enjoy my new spa and chalk this experience up to "lessons learned." Hopefully with our Hot Spring TX I'll get many years of use with minimal maintenance required.

The back massage is ruff and painful as I have a sensitive. I went with hot spring for the acrylic shell slick and smooth but the back massage is not made of and kinda feels like burning I hate it. I would use it more if it felt better.

Great Compact Spa

This is our 2nd TX. It’s a great looking spa and a nice improvement over our 2017 spa.
Looks good and is pretty comfortable for one or two people.

We love our spa. The people at Hot Springs in Eatontown were the best. A no pressure sale, very informative, and from sale to installation, to tutorial, they were spot on and did everything as per our agreement. The spa works beautifully, and is a welcome addition to our patio area.

The time had come for me to readjust my life.......from home and auto to hot tub! New state, smaller home and car......and the new TX from Preference Pools and Spas fits just perfectly! Wonderful customer service and a great product. It fits on my small deck just right and is sooo comfortable to be in. I love it!

quality excellent.
massaging jet doesn't work on low pump - is it supposed to?
also - other seat could have a pillow too! it's pretty easy to get in and out of. Lights are unimpressive -i realize it's a smaller spa but seems like they could do more. Overall it is wonderful!!

I wanted a small spa for primarily individual use to put on my patio. This spa was not only a great size but also a great price. So far I’ve had no problems with chemicals, and I love being able to have both the heater and jets running at the same time. Even in 10 degree weather temp stayed at 104-103 consistently while in use. Nice appearance on patio and easy to get on and off cover.

excellent small hot tub

This TX unit is perfect for me. I'm the only one in the family who likes a hot tub, so I wanted a small tub, yet one long enough to let me stretch out. I'm 6'4" and there is plenty of room to stretch out all the way.

The set up crew did an excellent job. They were courteous and very clean when they brought the tub through the house to the back yard.

The jets are not great and don't have much flexibility, but mostly I enjoy sitting out in the tub for 10-15 minutes before I go the bed. I prefer the quiet at night and don't usually have the jets on, so that works out well for me.

We purchased this spa as a replacement after losing everything in the Camp Fire. We are happy with the size & performance; it’s relatively easy to maintain although we don’t really understand the cartridge system. It’s sad that we don’t use the spa very often because it is a very nice unit.

We take great care to provide a relaxing spa experience. That includes safe, clean water to soak in. The spa filtration system allows for pristine water care.

The step you are referring to is a cool-down seat. This allows the bather to sit halfway in the spa.

We purchased the spa on June 14, 2023. Delivered on July 31, 2023. Never worked properly. Service people came out early September. (. I own another Hot Springs spa in another location) . They replaced the pump in October. Worked good for two weeks. Now trips at least once a day. Still not fixed as of November 20, 2023. This is not just bad it’s really bad. I want a new one that works for my $$$$.
