Great Spa with one small issue

We chose our spa because of its small size as its perfect for 2 people and easy to dump and refill because it holds less water than most. We love it so far but had the skimmer basket dislodge; the silicone did not hold it. So….we’ve drained it for the winter (leaving) and had the Spa Tech reattach it with more silicone. Hoping for best in the Spring on our return 🤞

Only two of is with small patio and this spa is amazing. Super easy to clean and keep up. Never a worry. Check the water once a week and that’s it. The frog system installed was made
For people like me. Set it up and forget it. Just use and enjoy.

Comfort and service outstanding. The Snake River Hot Springs Spas crew has been fantastic in attention to details.
The only issue is a noise made by a defective cover on a jet. Awaiting replacement.

We are very happy using our TX 2 person spa it is very relaxing and rejuvenating to our elderly bones. So far chemical cartridges make it easy and convenient to care for. It was wonderful to find the perfect size for our small lanai.

My wife and I are 60+ years old and working hard full-time. The need for an enjoyable hot stimulating Spa session is evident at the end of the day and on weekends. The ease of use/upkeep adds to the Value of our overall experience. Do yourself a favor and look into getting one for yourselves!

Love this to just relax in but very helpful for the joints and muscles. After a good workout at the gym it is nice to hop in the hot tub for 20 minutes then shower and you are good to go.

This is my 2nd HotSpring Spa and I am glad I stayed with the brand. Two person TX model is quiet, efficient with powerful jets and easy controls. I am very satisfied and would recommend.

Hot Spot TX was a disappointment

This unit fits nicely in a small space & is easy to get in and out of for an older person. The frog system makes it really easy to care for the water. I was very disappointed that the jets are so weak. I went from a 90's era Sovereign the and the jets in the TX are only about half as strong. I thought I was getting the same jets as all the spas, but my older one was way better quality.

Enjoying strong jets is a great way to unwind in a hot tub. The Hot Spot TX is a smaller spa and operates differently than the Sovereign spa you previously owned.

If you're looking for a spa with strong jets in the future, I recommend checking out the Highlife line.

For now, you can enhance the pressure on the seat you're using by closing all the diverters for the seats you're not using.

Great Installation & Setup

We had our TX installed today and it came off without a hitch. Kevin & his team were consummate professionals and made the whole process seamless. We especially appreciated the time he took to carefully explain in detail how to operate and maintain our spa, adding numerous practical insights on daily operation and maintenance. We'll do a follow-up review in a couple of months after we've had a chance to use our new Spa.

Can't buy new cover!

The spa has worked ok, but now it's time to get a new cover for it. The local dealer says Hot Spring won't let him order a cover, leaving us no option to replace the cover other than some very difficult to deal with cover makers a long ways away from us. Why can't you just order a new cover from Hot Spring for a Hot Spring Spa???

Purchased TX July from Clearwater, Centre Hall, PA in July. Company was incredible service and hot tub is fantastic. I might be referred to as a Hot Tub fanatic as I get in hot tub every morning and frequently in evening. Firm believer in water therapy for physical and mental wellbeing. My gratitude to Clearwater for their prompt service, their reliable information, and their general professional approach to their product and service. Many happy days in the hot tub.

our hot tub is easy to maintain, and easy to clean. The purification system seems to work well. However the tub for its size is extremely expensive to run, and top is hard to remove and reinstall. And probably not the best insulation. The motor is loud, and vibrates. The SUNDANCE was my preferred choice but almost 3,000 more.

We bought a floor model and its been running okay, except for one valve. pretty good for 2 years.

We're glad to hear that you have found your HotSpot to be easy to maintain. However, we are concerned that you’ve had other struggles and we’d like to help.

Hot tub covers can be cumbersome. Luckily we do have options available to help. A cover lifter makes covering and uncovering your spa simple and eliminate that heavy lifting. You mentioned as well that you were having trouble with one of your valves. I want to be sure that your spa is working at its best for you. I’ll reach out to you privately so that we can get more information on what’s going on with the valve and help to troubleshoot.

Love the TX!!

This is the 5th spa that I have owned and is the best to date! We downsized to this fabulous small spa which is perfect for me as I am the only person who enjoys this therapy. I'm a retired 5'2'' female and the TX fits me perfectly , delivering great therapy with the Moto Massage for my back and the seat with a full back massage. Foot jets top off the experience.
The water is crystal clear with no effort using the Frog In Line system! It is always fresh and ready for my soak.
The small size is wonderfully energy efficient.
I can't say enough about my purchase...I highly recommend this product!
