We visited a number of showrooms and I did extensive research but ultimately went with HotSpring / Pulse not only for the overall look and feel of the Hot Tub but I really appreciated the sales associates who took their time in two different locations to educate me throughout the process. That 1st class buying experience continued into delivery, as well as with the follow up valet service, and with a small product defect I had to get fixed. Everyone in the process has been very helpful and accommodating which continues to validate our decision. When it comes to luxury purchases like this, It's not just about what product you buy, just as important is the customer experience that comes with it that often puts one company above the other... HotSprings definitely delivered a great customer experience from start to finish and with it comes a first class product as well.

Nice Comfortable Spa with NO Support from the Retailer

We purchased this spa for our home & spa that was lost in the Marshall Mesa Fire. Having Never owned a Salt water based spa and with no onsite support from the retailer, we are left trying to figure out how to take care of this spa. They will do a phone interview but refuse to have someone actually show us how to use and take care of our spa.
We now have a salt system that says replace cartridge, but it only lasted two months not four. We replaced and now the system is in the red and we have no idea what to do. All spas I have owned in the past are normal chemical spas and I have never had an issue. Buyer beware if you don't know how to care for a salt water system spa and don't have a retailer that will teach you onsite, it's not as easy as they make it seem.

Pulse Hot Tub -Leaks

Pulse Hot Tub has leaked since installed 9 23 23.
Had multiple visits to try and fix issue, and now we are waiting on replacement hot tub. It is now 11 30 23 and still no replacement, just telling me that it is on its way.

Not all what it’s cracked up to be

We purchased this spa recently. Had discoloration on the shell salt system cannot produce enough to make chlorine even though we had well water we were told that this will still work fine and it has not we find ourselves happening to add chlorine every time we get in on a saltwater, hot tub losing a lot of water also and company cannot find any leaks. It’s unfortunate investing so much money compared to other hot tubs and it’s under performing right now. This was our first experience with the hot tub. We own a swimming pool and never had difficulties balancing chemicals, but this one is a head scratcher.

Thank you for your review. Water care can take some time, but it shouldn't be so frustrating. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Managing the water for a hot tub differs from managing water for a pool. The major difference is that the water in a hot tub is heated, which causes the chemicals to react differently. Additionally, using a salt system requires specific guidelines to be followed.

We looked for the best salt water hot tub on the market and we found it with Hot Springs! They have the best warranty in the business! The salt water hot tub is very easy to maintain, we use it daily! The salt water is great for your skin as well, it very relaxing and soothing!

Loving our Spa

Pulse spa has been a great purchase. Quality is fantastic. We are very active family and this has helped tremendously with muscle aches and soreness. Also a great way for family and friends to spend time together. Salt water tub has been super easy to maintain and feels great on the skin.

Gary and Ginger at Magic City Hot Tubs were amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make sure my spa was perfect. Truly amazing customer service.

We looked at less expensive spas from other places (like wholesale clubs) but we are so happy we decided to work with Atlantic Spas and that we ended up with our HotSpring Pulse! The value, including quality of materials, features and again the support we still get from our local dealer is outstanding! I highly recommend HotSpring and in fact i just referred my friend and his wife to our dealer because they want to buy the same spa we have.

Great spa for our family

We really enjoy our Pulse. It’s been easy to maintain and we use it about 5 times per week. We especially like the foot jets which are amazing. I do wish it had jets that target the calf muscles, but that’s just nitpicking. We like to have friends over and it seats 4 adults very comfortably. It can obviously seat 6, but is a little cramped at that capacity, definitely doable though.

Overall I would highly recommend the Pulse or any Hot Spring spa, really. The construction is great and I feel that with proper care and maintenance it will last us a very long time. Our kids love it too!

First hot tub and can't get enough!

I've wanted a hot tub for as long as I can remember. After we got our pool, it was next on my list. It's a little bit trickier to manage, at least for me, coming from a pool. The quantity of stuff you need to put in is way less, so that took me a bit to figure out. My only complaint is about the Freshwater system (salt system). It doesn't seem like it can keep up like my pool does. Still learning how to adjust it properly, but almost got it perfect. The kids love it more than me I think, and so do their friends. The best part is a soak at night right before bed, you will never sleep better!
