Was very disappointed to find out my warranty only covers parts and the dealer charges labor to install parts. The dealer really bragged on the unbelievable warranty on Hot Springs. I have a small leak and a discoloring on my skirt but I’m reluctant to call for fear of how much it’s going to cost. Not much of a warranty.

Scott and crew delivered our Spa on time and in a friendly and professional manner. We ran through the basic operations and wiring diagrams. I have it full and all hooked up and it is wonderful.

We really enjoy our hot tub. It was a little overwhelming at first trying to learn how to care for it but it’s gotten much easier. We use it 4-7 times s week.

First time buyer/user of hot tub. Have to admit it took me a while to figure out which chemicals were what, how to use them, and when. But, once I got the hang of it, I was able to maintain a schedule which suits my personal needs and which keeps my hot tub running proficiently.
As for the staff, I can't say enough good things about them. They were always available to answer any questions I had.
The "Pulse" is a wonderful hot tub which you will enjoy for a long time - I know I will!

We love our new Hot Springs hot tub! We are really enjoying it during the cooler weather! It’s always ready for us! Only issue was the shell was-slightly damaged some in the delivery process and there has been no resolution yet! Other than that it has been working perfectly!

Not the best filtration for the price. 2 filters only. Should have stepped up to the next level and gotten 5 filters. First month owned the tub has shut off for flow detection problem. Have to reset breaker. Also been fighting the salt system. Not as easy as they say to take care of. Any small slight issue with water readings and it won’t produce chlorine. Nice tub. Nice size. Nice lighting. Just seems about 4K over priced. But I paid the price.

I owned hot tubs for the last 20+ years. This is a nice spa. Some things are very good, others so so.
The best things are water flow, appearance, and jet locations and therapy.
Things I would improve. Opening spa cover, lights only on two corners and not three, menu system on the spa, built in stereo easy of controls and sound( not a good value at all)
Overall its a good spa but expensive. Support from dealer has been very good as had flaw in control panel when delivered. Looks great when lit up and seems to be good quality build. Certainly happy with it as its my third portable one and have a built one i really never use as usual. Use it year round. Really wanted remote unit but could not get the same jets that I wanted.

Brand new spa is nice but the cover is poor quality and after first rain it has a puddle on it. The foam core is inadequate and the vinyl is of lite gauge. The cover cradle does not go low enough and blocks the view

This is out first ever hot tub purchase. The quality of the materials and assembly are very good. We liked the efficiency of the small recirculating pump, we haven’t seen any electrical bills as of yet.

After about 12 years of wanting a hot tub, we finally took the plunge (pun intended), and we are thrilled that we finally did. Our entire family enjoys it, and it’s a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.
It’s pretty easy to operate and takes a bit to get used to the chemicals, but after a couple of weeks, it’s become pretty routine.

We purchased a Hotspring Limelight Pulse and we're very glad we did. We use it 4-5 times per week and it's great relaxing family time. The salt system is very nice and it is super easy to keep the water clean.

When deciding to purchase a spa, we did our homework and evaluated several of the top brands. Hot Spring spas stood out as the leader of the elite brands. The entire experience from purchasing the spa, to installation, to finally enjoying the spa every day was really amazing. We decided to purchase our spa with the ACE salt system which makes spa maintenance a breeze. I had many questions in the initial weeks of owning a spa but every question was answered patiently and professionally. The quality of the spa is unparalleled. The controls are easy to understand and the fit and finish is fantastic. The cover fits like a glove and really seals in the heat. My family and I went on a small three day vacation recently, during that time I turned the thermostat down very low so I wouldn’t heat the spa unnecessarily. After three days, the water temperature only dropped five degrees. Seeing that only reassured me further in knowing that I made the right decision.

My wife and I are in our 20’s and we decided to go ahead and purchase our first hot tub. We view this as an investment because this will last many, many years to come and it has health benefits. My wife had an accident several years ago, and this hot tub has made all the difference in the world. We have the salt water cell which makes the water feel soft, energy efficient (we do not notice a difference in our electricity bill) and is also close to maintenance free (just keeping it clean, keeping appropriate water levels). I would recommend a Hot Springs to anyone that is in or out of the market for one. I promise you won’t regret it. We use ours year around and we are thinking about getting the cold feature to make it a “cold tub”. Thanks, Hot Springs!

Purchased the pulse model approximately 20 months ago from a local dealer and have had continual problems with the tub. This is the sixth time they have been out to repair. Now the unit has been down for a week with a red screen/protection mode for the second time. Major concern is the pumps can not be run on high for more than 25 minutes without a burning smell. So since the purchase of the tub we have had to alternate between pump one and two just to stay in for longer periods of time. Retailer has been more then helpful with the repairs, but there is a growing concern of the quality and wether to keep the unit after its warranty has expired.

I wanted a pool, but after many debates and searching my husband won - we got a hot tub instead. It was such an easy set up, and i love the cover it is so easy for one person to use. My husband is 6'5 water is perfect level for him, the first tub we got from Sam's was too small water came up to mid chest. I would recommend this brand!
