Love, love, love our spa! First time spa owners. Easy to maintain once you get familiar with it. Wanted salt water option and so glad we did. Just change the cartridge every four months and it works like a charm. Would recommend it to anyone!

Family Enjoying New Hot Tub

Had an old leaking hot tub from another company on the property when I moved in. After several years of fighting leaks and electrical problems, I took the plunge and purchased a new Hot Spring Limelight Collection - Flair model. I am following instructions for water care. Maintenance is simple. Unit looks nice in my rear yard. Kept the unit running all winter - family enjoyed it when weather in NJ allowed. Looking forward to a first full summer with the unit!

We’ve had our Flair for about six months and have loved every minute of it. Best purchase ever! We enjoy the hot tub at least five times a week. The jets are very powerful and the water has been easy to maintain (salt water system.)

Enjoying our spa

We have retired and built a new home. It was missing a hot tub. Bought a new Flair and my wife and I enjoy relaxing in it at least three times a week. Our grandkids enjoy each time they come to visit us.

We love it. Use it multiple times a week. I haven’t noticed a difference in our power bill, and the chemicals are super easy with the salt water system.

A great hot tub

We purchased the hot tub a few months into the pandemic and it was the best purchase we made. We sit in it every night and the configuration of the jets in the various seats hit all the pain spots we have from a hard day of work.

We love our new hot tub! It is so relaxing and rejuvenating after a long hard day of work or play. This is our 2nd Hot Springs spa and we love the brand. Also, love the service we have received from our dealer, Branson Pool and Spas. We have had only a few small issues that they have taken care of for us with great service.

After spending an evening relaxing with friends (in their Hot Springs Spa) we decided it was out turn to purchase one. It was installed December 22, 2020 and we have enjoyed it almost EVERY DAY! Relatively simple to maintain and the local support team is phenomenal.

My spa is like a vacation every day

Recently retired and looked for a spa on my back patio. After much research we bought a HotSpring spa. We use it just about every day. Spa is very well built. Comfortable with 5 seats and a lounge. It has more jets than Orlando Airport. With all of the light variations it's like being in a night club. Maintenance is easy, very well designed.
Great to relax the old muscles after a round of golf with the jets full on. But maybe the best is at night with the jets on low and watching the stars go by.
HotSpring spa was and is a great choice.

The Hot Springs Spa come in so many size and style configurations that we were easily able to choose the best size for us and to set it in place to take advantage of our views in the backyard. It takes a bit of tutoring to confirm the Ph water levels and the most efficient manner to keep the spa clean and ready to go without flashing lights that indicate errors, but once that becomes a routine the spa experience is great!
We enjoy our spa and use it a few times a week at the least....so nice!

Glad we paid a little more for a quality hot tub

We struggled a little with paying more for a hot tub when you could buy a similar size elsewhere, but the customer service we have received and low maintenance of our spa has made it well worth the extra money and after having it more than one year, it still looks almost new and the only issue has been with the Salt cell replacement cartridges that are manufactured by a third party, but the company has sent out replacements for no charge when they do not last the 3-4 months like they should. Overall a very nice tub!

The only reason why I gave the ease of water care a 3 Star rating verses a 5 is that we’ve had some phantom issues that has been causing the salt cartridge to run through a little faster than it should. We will be consulting the folks at Georgia Spa this weekend as to why this might be happening. I’m hoping we can get it squared away soon.
