We were unsure about which brand to purchase but, let me say that we have NOT AT ALL BEEN DISAPPOINTED. It has been a God send for our old broken down bodies. I would and have recommend it to everyone we know.

we have owned several spas and always enjoyed them, but it seemed like there was always something missing. This Hot Springs spa does everything we could ask for. Great design, great power, great placement of the jets, easy to use controls. Ours has a chaise in it and i can get a great water massage. It also has a great sound system with sub woofer! The store did a wonderful job with installation. Couldn't be happier!

We have had Hot Spring hot tubs in the past and they last a long time. This hot tub seats 5 and is very comfortable. Enjoy the comfort of each seat with how the jets work at each position. We got a salt water system for the first time and I believe it is easy to maintain.

We couldn’t possibly love our spa more than we do! We have used it every single day since we got it in October 2020. My husband is a Farrier so using the spa in the morning before he goes to the barns keeps him loose and limber. We hardly noticed any increase in our electric bill, maybe 15-20$ a month. The salt water system can be tricky, but once you figure it out, it’s all good. Because we use it so much we’ve had to change the water every 3 or so months, but who cares!! This is our second hot springs spa in two separate homes, in both cases we designed and built a lanai specifically for our tub. You will NEVER regret spending the money on a hot springs spa!

Purchased 10 months ago and haves used it almost every night since. Comfortable, easy to use, great lights and jets positioned in the perfect locations, Everybody loves it, wife, grandkids, even the dog!

We purchased a Flair Hot Springs Tub this fall, we couldn't be happier with it! The salt system and water care took a little bit to figure out, but now it is SO easy and the tub is just a lifesaver! My husband has a bad back and I have trouble in my hips, the tub is just what the doctor ordered. I didn't think I would be a "light" person, but the tub lights just add an extra layer of relaxation on top of an already awesome tub! Before we bought the tub, we were concerned that it would be too "big" for us, especially the lounger, as we are both under 5'8. It turns out there was not need to worry! It fits us just great!

Our Sovereign lasted 19 years. Like this model a little better this time around. We looked at all brands and came back to Hot Springs.We ordered ours right before Covid hit. Flat out BEST quality hot tub you can buy. You get what you pay for:-)

I had promised myself a Hot Tub when I retired and got moved. Along comes the Pandemic 6 months later and everything is behind!! But, put my deposit down and when it came it, Ta Da my baby was delivered and set up with no issues. I chose the Salt Water spa and so glad I did, so easy to take care of and no chemical smell when I get out.
So glad I splurged on myself!!

We absolutely love our Flair. Great energy efficiency. Our old tub would add $50-$75 per month on the electric bill, this flair barely adds $17-$30 depending on how cold it is outside. Still figuring out the silver ion and salt working together correctly. Seems to go through the silver ion quicker than 3 months and of course you can only get it at the dealer. Other than that, we use the tub 4-5 times a week and even when we go on vacation, we look forward to coming home to get in the tub. Easy to use, great size, and the salt water is much nicer on your skin the bromine or chlorine tubs of the past. Love the colored lights inside and out. One of my favorite features is the light on the outside that tells you at a glance that everything is good or not.

Between the quality and the comfort the hot springs hot tub gives, I couldnt be more happy with the results. The ease of use with the filters, the jet options, among many others, this makes a great hot tub for any 2-6 person family.

We love our Flair Salt Water hot tub. We try to use it every day, and it has helped with neck and shoulder pain. The only downside is the filters need constant attention even though they are new. But we still love our investment!

We purchased our spa from GA Spa and we love it. Own it for about yr.
Our only complaint was we were promised the blue tooth
Connection. And when we asked about it we were told we did not pay for it. But our sales rep promised it to us.

After looking at all different brands, it became apparent very quickly that Hot Springs was definitely the way to go based upon quality, performance, and reputation. Having that said we now needed to decide on what series. The Limelight was the best choice for us because I really wanted the small continuous circulation pump and the salt water system. It was also right where are budget allowed. We are a family of 5 and felt the Flair model was just right. I’m 6’3” and love the lounger. People under 5’5” may not feel the same about it though. The jets are powerful and offer a variety of soothing relief. The waterfall is a nice accent and the color changing lights are simply awesome at night. The tub has no problem maintaining temperature and I am going to say it is efficient because I have not seen any drastic spike in my electric bill. There is only one thing I would change... the first pump is 2 speed and the second is single speed. They should both be 2 speed so that you can have both pumps on low. Other than that, we absolutely love it! We even had friends run out and get one after trying ours. Our dealer, HealthMate Hot Tubs, was also very good to deal with and has been there after the sale for all of our needs and questions. Go buy one and you surely won’t be disappointed!

My spa is a salt system. It makes upkeep so easy. Only drain it 1 time a year. Easy to clean the filters. There is a light that comes on every 10 days to remind you to test the water. The salt system feels great on your skin and no smelly chlorine. You will love a Hit Springs Spa.
