We are very happy with the spa. Almost daily use and we are very satisfied with the ease of use of maintenance. The jets do a fantastic job of massaging your body. Ease of use of the different lighting and jets.

We are still discovering what to do with our filters and water maintenance. It seems like it should be easier. We’ve had 2 error codes so far and we don’t use it very often.

From the moment Florida Pool and Spa warehouse in Leesburg, FL showed up at our home it was all smiles!
They gave us more than a hot tub ! They are sharp, smart and know their stuff. We learned that this Hot Springs Spa brought us into a family community interested in making our purchase and wellbeing #1.
In a few hours we made new friends and we were soaking in our new beautiful Spa.

Live the spa as we use it for comfort and relaxation 3-4 times per week. Style design and operation are awesome and simple. Unfortunately we made the decision to go with the salt system due to the fact it was represented to be less maintenance and the better option with us traveling 2-3 times per year. Unfortunately the company we purchased from and signed to service regularly cannot get the salt water system to balance and function properly and we end up with a mega bubble bath of foam every time we get in. Just not enjoyable. So back to the regular maintenance of chlorine. What a disappointment with the purchase of this awesome spa.

Love this hot tub. After over 8 years still works great. Had to replace a plug on the bottom after 4 years and the heater after 7 but the shell, lights and jets are as good as new. Had some blistering on the pillows that got more sun.

We had our Flair model installed in March 2024 and have been using daily since. We use the fresh water salt system, which makes the routine maintenance very easy and only small amounts of chemicals required. We installed a pergola over the tub to help with sun exposure here in the southwest. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add a quality hot tub to their outdoor space.

Honestly, I didn’t want a hot tub, Doctor told me this would probably help my joints after my cancer treatment of two years. So reluctantly, I got one I use it twice a day. I must say I do enjoy it. I have the freshwater salt system, I keep testing the water and I take it to my local spa outlet and everything’s fine. Just a little bit phosphate are high maybe the test strips read a little different then my local spa store.I have to admit. I’m the guy that said no I don’t want taken care of a machine . But here I am with the hot tub. I sit in every day, mostly twice a day.

Poor Materials - Terrible customer service

Disappointed in my Hot Springs Flair. Within three years I have had to warranty the cover because it cracked terribly bad, the recirculating pump had to be replaced, and now the metal rings around some of the jets are rusting and bleeding everywhere. Hot Springs says no warranty because it is a chemical issue, although it selectively only rusted some of the jets.
I will eventually replace this tub but it won't be with another Hot Springs one.

We love using our spa. Especially on cool nights. We rang in the new year in the spa while sipping champagne and watching the neighborhood fireworks!
It’s design and construction are of a high quality. Maintaining it is fairly simple. It even has lighted emblems on the front alerting you if the chemical balance or the salt system needs attention.
We enjoyed experimenting with the multiple light color options. We feel like we are on vacation every time we use it.

I feel that I ordered the perfect spa and is super easy to maintain. Unfortunately I was not happy with the company that installed my spa.

Florida spa and pool is where I purchased my spa a few months ago. When installing my spa they destroyed the wiring that was installed the previous day. They taped up the wiring and called it a day. I tried to reach the owner without a response. The sales person was notified and her hands are tied unfortunately
When I called regarding the wiring issue all I requested was a letter that they would take care of any electrical issue's in the future . Crickets unfortunately.
I love the spa and is super easy to maintain. The water is always crystal clear with minimal effort.

Overall the unit is nice. It stays clean and the Salt System was worth the extra money.
The cabinet is not great. The front door is a nightmare to try and install and the cheap plastic clips on the back broke on me right away. The dealer had to come up and show me how to work around it and said they all break. The door is warped which makes it even more of a challenge to put on. So while the shell and the components are good, the cabinet has major quality issues.

I have owned hot spring spas for 25 years and know they are the highest quality with the best service and always available parts
—that is all huge in importance if you plan to keep it a while. The salt system is incredibly easy and well worth it.
