We've only had the spa for a few days. So, this review is probably premature. Hopefully, we get another opportunity in a few months. At that time all the 'good' ratings could become 'excellent', The spa seems great so far. Our old spa was larger and seemed to hold more water. So, there's some getting used to going on right now. All the jets seems to have the perfect amount of power. Love the waterfall and the lights. Still have to get the right chemical mix. We're not there just yet.

My hot spring experience

I enjoyed working with Jerry at Tampa bay spas. I found this dealer to be knowledgable and upfront. I received my spa, it was installed seamlessly and we are currently enjoying it on day 3. I can say the quality is superb and I am happy we chose hot spring for our needs!

I recently purchased the Ace Water system I love the way the water feels. This was the best purchase that a owner of a Hot Springs Hot can make. The way the water feels when you are in is fabulous. The ease of water care is so easy. There is alot less of taking care of the water and more time enjoying your hot tub. I would highly recommend a Hot Springs to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

We just got and used ours for the first time on Friday, July 1st..we are delighted with it...sat in it Saturday after a game of tennis and it helped ease the tired muscles... We feel we made a great choice for our needs!

my wife and I are happily married for 31 years on September 1st she has been asking for a hot tub for as long as I can remember and she always said if I don't get one you need to sell your Harley well, never sold the bike but finally realized life is short and she deserved to have her hot tub and I am sure I am going to enjoy it as well. someone once said hey pop you gotta spend some of your money (say it with an Italian accent) and so I did and god willing will be married another 31 plus years if your on the fence to buy a hot tub do it you wont regret it life is short so Enjoy

Worth every penny. The Hot Spring dealer (Chris) is the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful dealer we have met. The Flair is the perfect size and the ease of care is great. We spend at least 5 nights a week soaking, relaxing and spending quality time together. When the time come to upgrade and replace we will be back to Hot Spring.

Worst Hot Tub EVER!

We have owned, trusted and loved 3 Hot Spring Hot Tubs over the years. Our Dealer suggested we try the Limelight Flair its first year out. We were retiring and needed a smaller more economical hot tub. Our Limelight Flair has been a total nightmare with continued issues over the extensive lighting system. The lights continuously break, leak and need to be replaced at great expense. We have traded our other hot tubs in at a good trade in rate and purchased new ones. I do not think this is possible with a Limelight and do not know if we can afford to replace it on our now fixed income. Depressing...

We just installed our HotSpring hot tub and love it! It is high quality and all the staff we have talked with have been very helpful and accommodating. Andy Rhoades sold us the hot tub and gave us his direct number, telling us that we can contact him with any questions we had. Andy has been stupendous in helping us- he not only anticipates our questions and needs, we can ask him over and over again the same question and he is patient and not only answers ours questions but teaches us about how to care for our tub. I feel like I can call him whenever I need. The other staff. Dan and Dave, are also helpful.
This is a big investment, and we feel like we got a very high quality product with people who stand behind their product by their help and actions. We get calls from them just checking in to make sure things are working and to see if we have any questions.
We never had buyers remorse, but rather buyers excitement!

We purchased this hot tub in 2011. The heater cracked, the pumps broke and the ground wire was not connected to anything...resulting in a whole lot of issues with electrolysis. Our dealer was just about useless--would not return our calls. My husband actually bought the parts and replaced them himself. Not two months after we replaced the heater it cracked again...poor workmanship. The ACE system never worked properly and the dealership was absolutely no help at all. Going to purchase a new hot tub soon and you can bet it won't be one from Hot Spring Spa.

After years of wishing and hoping we finally invested in our first hot tub from Hotspring. I spent months of research and we finally settled on the Flair from the Limelight collection. We have not had it long enough to give a fair review on the energy efficiency, but it is without a doubt a well built and comfortable hot tub. Our Dealer made it easy to have it installed on our patio and had us up and running the same day. Well worth the investment for the relaxation and outdoor enjoyment we expect from it!

First hot tub purchase

The hot tub experience has been great so far. However, comfort wise, the lounge chair in the Flair was not built for my size. I'm short- 5'2" and I can't really enjoy all the jets in the lounger b/c I'm not tall enough.
However, for my first hot tub experience I love being able to step out into my own backyard to enjoy the water, jets, and view. The other downside I've seen thus far has been with my ignorance. I let some friend's kids use the hot tub in shorts and t shirts.....didn't realize the foam from the laundry detergent would manifest. I tried scooping it out, reshocking the water, and eventually went to my dealer and purchased an anti foam product. I went away on business for a week and came back to the hot tub water smelling horrible, foam still present, and eventually just drained it. I won't ever let that happen again! Otherwise, very happy. Every day I can get in my hot tub is a great day!

From helping us choose a hot tub, to delivery and setup, the whole process with our dealer was simple. The tub is beautiful and everything we've hoped it would be. I wish we would have walked in the doors years ago to consider purchasing one. Our bodies would have appreciated it.... Anyway, I'd write more, but I have a hot tub waiting for me to soak in it. I recently purchased the Flair Spa and I absolutely love it! The spa soothes all my aches and pains at the end of the day!
Maintenance is very easy and the spa is engineered to help you maintain it and keep the water clean, sanitized and enjoyable. I have been a spa owner for 19 years and this is the best spa I have ever owned!
