We purchased our Flair just about 2 months ago. We love it! Its very comfortable, has adjustable jets that feel wonderful and is easy to maintain. We had great customer service at purchase and delivery. My only concern and reason for rating of four stars vs five is that the silver *rings* that are around our jets are popping off already. We've had three so far. And two of the jet nozzles have come off as well. We contacted our dealer and I'm sure they will fix them. But it seems that less than two months of moderate use, we should not be seeing this type of issue already. It makes me question how many more will eventually fall off.

Great therapy at last with Flair

Let's start at the beginning, Prescott Spa's. Great show room and variety of top quality models to choose from. Knowledgeable staff to help you make a NON regrettable purchase. We purchased the Flair. Delivery was done by two amazing, courteous and professional techs. Now the Flair is providing great full body therapy as you make the rounds of the different arranged seating. It is very quite unlike our previous spa. Excellent features. Would certainly recommend the hand rail added feature for us not so young types.

Frustrated but still loving my Flair

I purchased my spa three months ago and it's changed my life dramatically in that my pain in my back has decreased by 80% which is amazing. I no longer take 800-1600 mg of Ibuprofen daily to relieve my pain. However, there's been an ongoing problem with the water quality/clarity/foaming problems that have us very frustrated. The dealer that we purchased our spa from is amazing and I would recommend this spa/manufacturer/dealer to everyone in a heartbeat, so don't get me wrong. I'm just very frustrated. They have come out to drain/treat/refill our spa three times and within weeks the problem is there again. I was just told that the manufacturer will be replacing our spa with a new one. I don't want to deter anyone from buying this spa, we love it. The size, quality, appearance, performance are all stellar but our particular spa has problems. I want everyone to know that this manufacturer is wonderful, they do not turn their backs on their customers. So, if you're looking for a spa, these are the people to go to.

It has a seat for all body sizes: tall to short, large to small. My favorite part are the neck jets. Working in front of a computer all day makes my muscle stiff. The jets ease the tension. I used to get tension headaches before the hot tub, now I rarely get them. Love it!

There's nothing better to relax your body and soul than a Hot Springs hot tub! My family and I love ours! It brings enjoyment and pleasure in so many ways. It also helps relieve body aches from medical ailments, such as I have. The maintenance with the ACE saltwater is a breeze and inexpensive compared to many. Also, the saltwater leaves your skin and clothing very nice. I tell everyone it's the best purchase I've ever made! To say it brings me happiness is an understatement!

We bought out limelight flair and had problems with the lights within the first year. That was covered under warranty. Since then we started noticing silver metal balls at the bottom of the tub and found that some of the jet heads have broken off.

We use the hot tub a couple of times a week with only three people. It is inside a 3 season room so it is very well cared for.

Next the lights started to go out. About half were working for a while and then no lights at all. Truthfully the LED lights was one of the differentiators for me when we bought the tub.

The latest issue is that the hot tub keep shutting down and the power light is flashing. We have replaced both filters and still have the problem. The spa will only run for 5 minutes and then shuts off until the power is reset.

I cannot recommend this spa since we are having all of these issues even though the tub is not that old ( 5 years ). We have friends with other brands and they have not had any troubles.
