I selected the ACE system since it was supposed to be easier to maintain the proper chemical levels. My experience has been far from that: within a two week time period, the chlorine levels will bounce from 0 to 10, while I using the spa 2-4 times.
The Venturi jets when turned on, create so many bubbles, the water is extremely cloudy, not the case with my prior spa that used Silk balance.

Should have bought this a long time ago. This tub is easy to use and maintain. Our friends have commented how pretty the tub is. Can't really describe how it feels at the end of a long day or after a heavy work out. Have only had one minor problem which was taken care of by our seller rather quickly. Would recommend this product and company highly.

Such a great way to either start or end my day--a soak in my spa. I cannot keep from saying aloud, "ahhhh...", as I enter it each time. My husband and I rotate through the seats/jets, positioning ourselves to massage various body parts. It's wonderful! Well worth the money and upkeep. The light feature is beautiful, too. We are very satisfied.

We had issues with the lights on our hot tub.I contacted hot springs and they were very helpful in getting the lights repaired. The lights have worked perfectly since and we are enjoying our hot tub. I would highly recommend buying a hot springs spa. Very reputable company. Excellent customer service

Had 2 hot tubs before this one. First was a Soft Tub, which was in service 10+ years and enjoyed it. The second was ThermaSpa, just replace after 11+ years. Could not believe how much better the HotSpring tub is. There is not a bad seat. Each is different addressing different parts of the body. The controls for the different sections really do make a noticeable difference when you turn them off and on in different combinations. The quality difference is definitely noticeable.
One other thing is when they delivered the tube set it right where we wanted it. With others you have to have some of your closest friends to do placement.

I purchased this tub in 2013 and have had no problems at all. Learning to keep the water balanced was a chore but now it is easy to maintain.

This system is so lovely. I enjoy it and my conscience is clearer because I am not using chemicals and its environmentally friendly. The same water purified with salt with little energy expended. I feel better about the luxury of owning a hot tub spa. It soothes the mind, body and soul. The best purches EVER!

Our family thought about buying a hot tub for several years. It has been a very good purchase! The Ace water system has been easy to start-up. It is very relaxing and peaceful! The kids are loving it just as much as the adults!

The dealer was easyto go with as he has confidence in hotspring spas.the spa was professionally sold delivered installed and train on as you would expect. Everything works perfectly!
