The main pump started leaking one year after purchase.It has taken the authorized dealer nearly 4 months to even attempt a repair. I am still waiting. A temporary pump has been installed one week ago.
The authorized dealer is Oakwood Pool and Spa in Enid Oklahoma. They can be very rude , no call back, no notification when they finally do come out. will not stop and speak with owners. They have their children working for them and they have no people skills. I am very disappointed in the the product and the dealer.

Just got our Hot springs hot tub and are very happy with it. Very relaxing, love the quality of the hot tub and love playing music through the built in speakers. Very quality sound!
I also like the choice of lights, plenty of adjustable jets and water fall!!

For the cost and the actual Hydro Therapy I use this Spa I could not be happier. Using the Spa as hydro therapy kept me from having a knee replacement two years sooner. Now that the arthritis is,an issue I use the Tub on a regular basis to quell some of the arthritis pain.

The water stays clear and without any musty smells that occurred with our last hot tub (most likely because we used a bromine based cleaning regiment). The water care is routine and not difficult to follow. My only frown is the seating is a little too ramrod straight, not relaxed and slightly tipped back for a few seats other than just the long seat. It would be more natural, especially when I want to keep my shoulder (injury) under water I have to sink down with no back support.
Very happy the system alerted us via the light that a power surge had thrown the breaker off!

I really enjoy my spa, just found out it's great in summer too. Set temp at 93 degrees, it was 99 degrees outside, after staying in spa for about 30" I got out and was chilly. Wonderfully chilled, then after getting hot again, jumped back in, did this all afternoon!! Everyone knows the advantages in the winter, but how great a summer experience it can be too.

It was with great nervousness that I took the plunge and purchased my flair. I am so glad I did! The workmanship is superb, the reliability is fantastic, and the ease of care is very simple. It drains and fills quickly and only takes an evening to warm back up. The pumps are powerful we don't even run them half the time. This was by far the best investment I have ever made!

We love our Flair hot tub. This is our 2nd Hot Spring hot tub. It was an adjustment taking care of the water in the new one...but we won out. It is a bit deep for me and I float out of some of the seats, but I find a foot hold and it's great. In this hot weather we turn down the temperature and it is awesome to climb in and cool down. No Regrets.

I bought my HotSpring spa on the advice of a friend who had previously sold them. I paid more but I couldn't be happier about my purchase. I've had it five years and it has been a dream. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and the tub gives me 30 minutes or so of relief. I use it daily and it has never let me down. Plus, it uses very little energy and still looks new! So happy I listened to my friend.

The jets are perfect for me as I teach and attend yoga class's often and the contour's of the bed side of the spa is incredibly comforting. The power jets are extremely hi-powered and great for sore knees and ankles.

Best purchase ever! My husband & I have very stressful jobs so we unwind by relaxing in our HotSpring Spa before bed.. Sitting in the spa melts away the stress of the day. My only regret is not purchasing one sooner !

My wife and I owned a Hot Springs Spa years ago and sadly left it with the house when we sold it. We enjoyed the spa then with all its features and reliability that 10 years later when we decided we could live no longer without a tub we looked again to hot springs. There are less expensive brands out there but the Hot Springs line has proven dependability and durability. The flair is the perfect size for us and the LED lighting allows us to change the lighting at a whim to suit our moods. The attached easy lift lid is a feature that my wife appreciates the most. Over all a great investment.

I bought my Flair 5 years ago. It is truly beautiful, but the lamps worked for approx 1 year whereafter I (and the retailer) have changed the lamps several times, a part inside the tub once but unfortunately the lamps still do not function more than a month or so. I understand that this is a problem with the tub but still very frustrating, Propably the newer tubs have a better system but I am stuck with a non-functioning system of which I am reminded every time I go into the tub and watch those 20 or so non-light lamps

I had a SOVEREIGN hot tub for over ten years with next to no issues so I had no questions but to look at another Hotsprings tub when looking to replace it. Although I like the layout of the Flair tub, in the first week the chrome rings around the jets were falling off and I was finding pieces of silicon in the tub that was used to hold the rings in place. The dealer was more then happy to come take a look and try to correct the issue but being winter I decided to wait until spring since they said they would have to drain the tub, not what I wanted to do in the middle of winter with a brand new tub. At this point ten different rings have come off most of them repeatedly. Today I went out to find the tub almost empty and water pouring out from underneath it. Not the happiest customer waiting for the dealer to return my call on a hot tub less than four months old with a plumbing leak!! Hopefully Hotspings customer service is better then their quality and allow the dealer to take the tub back!

Watkins did resolve the matter of the chrome rings last year; draining the spa is not required. My husband purchased the LimeLight Flair in the winter or 2008/2009 to help with his knees. We have enjoyed using the hot tub. BUT the lights have been a hugh issue. The light were replaced under warranty and was told that fixed the issue with the lights. A few lights went out within a few months after being replaced and then one night they would not work at all. Over the last year we have replaced several parts, but none fixed the problem. We had the repairman come out, who called the company. The company's response was that ALL the lights would need to be replaced and maybe a few more parts the may have been "fried" by the light issue. The repairman did not recommend replacing the light due to the cost and suggested we just use the hot tub as is. (without lights) This hot tub has always been in a weather protected area in our shop, so it has never been exposed to the weather. So here I am sitting in the dark in my LimeLIGHT again!
