We love our tub, cleaning and sanitation is very easy and efficient, only issue was at start up when the ozone injection tee was installed backwards.

hot springs spas are the best brand of spas period, I have owned several others and nothing like a hot springs spa, they are well crafted, excellent quality, and this being my second one I can say they are wonderful.

We love our hot tub - great quality and works well. Only thing I wish some of the seats were longer/bigger. I am 6ft 3 inches and some of the seats could be bigger. Easy to take care of and wonderful on the cooler months.

We love the fresh salt water system. It takes very little maintenance once you get it set up. We use the hot tub at least once, and sometimes twice a day

HotSpring spas are not the cheapest spas you can buy, but the service and long term useability you get by going with them far outweigh buying something "less than" from a discount retailer.
Everything -- from our initial conversation, to set up and delivery, to ongoing service and advice calls as needed has been exemplary. Cannot suggest the company enough and have already recommended them to several neighbors looking to possibly take their first steps into the spa world!

Since my auto accident left me with a lot of back and legs pain there is not much relief! Your jacuzzi provides me with much needed relief from chronic pain by relaxing my back and leg muscles! Best Buy I ever made!

Love the Flair and use it every day, even when the temperature is below freezing! I wear a sock hat to keep my head warm! Ours is located just outside our walkout basement door with a wonderful view of the lake! We chose the salt water system and could not be happier with the ease of maintenance and the lack of chlorine on our skin! Wish we had bought this years ago!

Daily, we look forward to spending a few minutes in our spa each evening. Living in the northeast, we've found the Spa warms your bones from the inside out. You stay warm hours after using the hot tub. We also feel that it has improved our sleep at night.

I am glad I bought my hot tub now and use it two to three times a day. There is a bit of a learning curve on keeping the chlorine level regulated. I don’t use the lights much but like all of the other features.
