Great spa, I was expecting the spa to have a few bugs. but not with the Hot Spring, Filled with water, followed directions, turned on power, No problems. for once something really met and exceeded our expectations. Great product.

Lights are huge problem!

I have the same problem as another reviewer! My lights are a problem! One night they worked beautifully, the next they just didn't turn on at all! Had a tech come look. Didn't fix it. They stopped working of course a month after my warranty and still don't work! Big disappointment for such an expensive hot tub!! I wish I could just return the item.

Great . . . When it works

When our limelight flair works we absolutely love it. However, once it quit working we have had a lot of difficulty getting it fixed. There is only one company that has been allowed to service it. We called them in April. It's September and it's still not fixed. We paid them to diagnose and 30 mins of service. They said it was the control panel. After about 2 months they replaced the control panel, but then said it was actually the control head also. We ordered a new control head, but could not get them to come out and put it in despite calling 1-2 times a week for about 5 weeks. I finally ordered a replacement control head myself and put it in on my own. However, it still turns itself off shortly after turning off the jets and we still have no idea what is going on with the lights other than they won't work.
As I said, when it worked, we loved it. However, at this point I'm tired of throwing money into this money pit and done dealing with the local company. I feel my only option is to replace it with a brand from another company who will do a better job of fixing issues when they arise.
To anyone thinking about getting one, the spa itself is great when it works, just be sure to do your homework regarding your repair options for when you need them.

Malfunctioning lghts

We purchased the limelight flair a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with the lights since the day we bought it. We have replaced all 30 lights many times and still have problems. There is a defect in this product which causes water to enter the lights and then they no longer work or break.( I find many plastic light covers on the bottom of the hot tub. We now have a problem were all the lights only work in blue and white. The other colors either flicker or only a few work.It will cost over 1,000 dollars to fix the problem. If you want to have a repairman out a couple of tomes a year and spend hundreds of dollars every year then buy this tub. I am ready to trash this hot tub and buy a different brand. Very frustrating and expensive. I have read online that a lot of owners seem to have this problem with the lights. The lights are pretty when they work,but unfortunately it is not often enough. I regret buying this hot tub

light problem

Mine has the exact same light problem!! I had a tech come out but he didn't know what was wrong so the lights STILL DON'T WORK. I bought my tub 4 years ago. They worked only up to one month AFTER my warranty expired! Ugh.

We love our new spa. It feels great at the end of a busy day. Getting into that nice warm water with all the jets massaging those aching muscles is wonderful. The only problem thus far is with the dead rests. They continually come lose.

We studied the Internet for ages to get the right hot tub .looked liked hot spring was the best on there so checked them out in Cambridge uk . Excellent staff and very helpful . We tried there hot tub and was hooked . So ordered one there and then . What an excellent product and very well made . Easy to keep maintained . Use it about 4 times a week . Highly recommended.

Thought, researched, and discussed for over a month. Finally, took the plunge. Glad we did. Received shortly after July 4th holiday. Enjoy the soak and quality time with my spouse. Truly is a "relationship builder". Retailer, Lake Air Pool Supply, did an outstanding job of delivery and set up.

Problems with ACE salt system in Flair

Help! We had no problems with this system the first few months, but the last couple of months, we are adding chlorine every other day. We called sales and service, but he has not scheduled an appointment to check yet. We bought a floor model just last fall - it is a 2011. Are there known issues with this system? Please advise.

I was hesitant to purchase the spa do to the price. However, although I've only owned it for five days.....I LOVE IT!! I have been in it every night.
Not sure about the ease of water care as of yet, I'm just learning so I hope there is readily available support. I'm really happy I decided on the bigger spa as I initially wanted the Jet Setter.

This is our second HotSpring spa... the first one was a Tiger River Spa and we had it 11 years before taking the plunge (no pun intended) with a Limelight Flair with the ACE system. Soooo reliable and easy maintenance.

Power of the jets with the two pumps is outstanding! In everyday operation, spa is extremely quiet. Cleaning and replacement of filter is a breeze. Highly recommend the cover cradle with 2 shocks, makes lifting so easy.

Great addition to our patio. We looked at many, many, many models / brands, and nothing really compared to the Hot Springs brand. Energy efficiency was my number one must have, and it definitely delivers. I have seen maybe a $10 / month increase in my electric bill. Overall, a very happy girl! Just walk out of my bedroom patio door and hop in for some R&R. Can't get any better than that.

Great Hot Springs Spa

We had our Hot Springs Spa installed in April of this year, and we have had it for about a month now. This is the second spa we have owned. This is by far the nicest spa we have ever used. It is effortless to maintain, the water quality is perfect after a month of daily use and what a wonderful relaxing experience. The LED lighting is very nice and has many different settings possible, and the various combinations of jets and speeds gives you lots of possibilities for all kinds of massage. Finally the upright lift cover is so simple to take on and off. We really enjoyt that feature. We are truly enjoying our new spa and will surely enjoy it for many years to come.

We owned an older Hotspring back in the early 1990's and loved it. When we moved to another town we left it behind (bad mistake). After looking at a number of spas, the Hotspring Flair caught our eye. It has great seating/jet arrangements along with many different jet operational options, e.g., jet flow arrangement control for a particular seat/lounge, adjustable jet pressure, and air flow control. We have arthritis and this spa eases our pains for a while and makes sleeping easier. The Flair will seat three very comfortable and five very packed in. If your family has only two bathers, this spa would lend for a luxurious experience with several options for seating.

First week of ownership and having issue with getting the water just right.. I have very hard water and that may be the issue. Great tub and I am sure once I figure out the details it will be even better.
