bought one from aloha pools jackson tn, has been nothing but a headache, they were happy to bring the spa out when it was purchased, now they claim we are to far for them to look at it for what we believe is warranty work, would love to complain to the company but the form/message won't go through . as long as they allow companies like aloha to sell their product stay away

We have been spa fans through rental properties and holidays for years. This is the first spa we’ve owned. We got the FreshWater salt system with it. Getting the water balanced was very easy. Maintenance has been even easier. We have used it everyday since it was delivered in October 2023. It has been amazing.
Only minor complaint, and thus the 4 rating on quality, is we had an LED light go bad already but our dealer is on schedule to replace it. Really not a big deal to us.
We look forward to many more years of enjoyment.

Deep seats, but not for skiers

We bought this sight-unseen from the local dealer because it fit the space after our 20-year old tub developed problems. It is quieter than our old tub, and my tall husband likes the long lounger and deep soaking seat. I find the lounger adequate to work my calves, but there is no jet you can get on your quad (thigh) muscles. Our old hot tub (a different brand) had a big jet on the side of the footwell that I used to really work my thighs; with this one you have to be a contortionist to maybe hit your thighs with a jet. The controls are not intuitive and you need the manual in your hand to figure out what controls where. Plus, some of the trim rings on the jets keep falling off and it developed a leak (which was repaired under warranty, but it still leaked.) If it hadn't taken a crane and a lot of $$ to get it in place, I would have sent it back.

I wanted something therapeutic for my wife as she has had back surgery and continues to have issues. I am starting to lower back pains and shatter my ackle many years ago. Soaking in our Hot Spa helps tremendously more than we could have hoped. I can’t say enough about the spa or the help from Socioto Valley in Hilliard, Oh helping us find the perfect Hot Spa.

We've been using our Flair Spa for a bit over 2 months. It's wonderfully relaxing. We really like the lounge seat. The jet controls are easy to use and help vary the flow. We typically use the spa once or twice a day.
Our system is a salt water system. It took about 2 weeks to get the chemicals balanced properly in the water. We had to partially drain the spa about about 3 weeks as the salt content got too high. The salt level rarely stay in the middle of the normal range it's always at the high end or normal and approaches the "yellow". We also have to keep the salt system output near "max" (9 or 10) to keep a steady chlorine level and not have to "shock" it every day or two. I expected the system to maintain the chlorine levels at a more moderate setting and not need as many shock events.
The spa is a very relaxing and we enjoy having it. It was a bit pricey but too much more than expected....especially with everything going up in price so much.

Best decision ever!! It is like having our pwn personnel resort in our back yard. We can enjoy a hydro massage any day we like in the comfort and privacy of our home. Bot my husband and I suffer from joint / back problems and this has been an absolute win. The spa itself is well built and incredibly easy to maintain. I was initially apprehensive about maintenance but the quality of this manufacture really speaks for itself. Set up was very intuitive, too. My only regret is not looking into a spa earlier.

Saltwater spas are so much simpler - than flying an airplane

I took careful notes of everything the installer told me about how to start-up and care for this saltwater spa. I read the start-up literature, and I downloaded the online manual. I got it reasonably okay, but the water was murky and made lots of foam. One guy in the store warned us not to use the spa because it was full of bacteria and we could get a nasty skin infection.
My wife has visited the store four times now, including this Tuesday when the doors were closed because of something written on a piece of paper taped to the door. She got the murkiness to go away, but the foam has made a comeback. We've changed the module that is supposed to last 4 months, but we've only had it two months.
They told us it would be "easy" once we "got the hang of it", but this is ridiculous. I have a Ph.D. in engineering and I know chemistry well, but this is not "easy to use". My wife has two Masters degrees and she has already done better than me, but we are still not getting the hang of it.
We met a lady who hires herself out to help people maintain their spas. We are considering hiring her. Add that to your cost of ownership, and do not believe for a minute when someone says "easy to use". Even among the people in the shop, only one guy really knows his business - and he may get called away for an emergency just when you drove all the way to his shop during normal business hours.

I'm retired. My wife has another 7 years to go. Nothing better than a good spa when you have arthritis or have to work on your feet on a concrete floor every day. A daily soak makes a world of difference.
