The salt water system is tricky at first to get balanced but once it is dialed in it is very easy to maintain. Love the fact that it only requires water to be changed once a year. Great investment!

Everything is fine with the tub except that I can’t get the water/ chemicals balance right. I have the salt treatment and it shuts off on its own.

I am so happy with my purchase of a Hot Springs Spa!
It has been my experience that I indeed am using it for relaxation and working out the kinks in my muscles as I swim Dailey for 30 minutes before I get in my spa.

We were up in the air about purchasing a spa for our new lanai but made provisions for one. Upon finding the Flair model, we were very excited. Quick delivery and setup and we were off. We found out that the tax could be removed with prescription and I quickly got one with my back issues.
Since having it for a couple months, the therapeutic nature of the spa has help with reducing some pains. My wife loves it and looking forward to the cool winter nights in Florida!!
We feel we made an excellent purchase and just need to figure out the science of the water.

We never knew what we were missing. We pondered getting a hot tub for many months. We checked all the brands and styles from EVERY manufacturer. Hot Spring Flair checked every box. It is plenty big, super comfortable and so therapeutic. The jets are super strong and many of them are adjustable. The lights are very customizable on color and brightness. The best part is the maintenance. Water chemistry has been so minimal and easy. Simply follow the directions and you will be so happy. It has been the best purchase we have made.

We have only had the Spa for about 4 months. It has everything we need. Beautiful interior with many jets, big and small and adjustable. Led lights inside and out. Water feature for relaxation! My back is always a mess. The spa has been helping a ton. Its the best investment I have made for my body besides the gym. The family loves it as well. We live in Pa and can't wait for the first winter snow sitting in the spa just relaxing and taking in the beautiful nature. I should not have waited so long to get one!

Previously I never wanted a hot tub. We recently started talking about it and I totally decided to rethink things. Our tub is really great. it's a great wind down on a Friday night.. or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...
Just yesterday I worked doing yard work all day, mowing grass, moving things, building things. Was feeling pretty worn when I finished up. Jumped in tub for a while and felt great. Not only that but feeling not after effects of work the following day.
We enjoy our spa so much. We can't wait for cool fall evenings or any for that matter.
Really glad I changed my mind.

A Good Hot Tub Choice

So far I have really enjoyed my Hot Tub, though with it being summer I haven't been able to use it as much because of the heat. I am impressed with how easy it is to maintain the water chemistry which was a big drawback to a previous tub I've owned. It was pricy, but it appears to be built well and does a great job.

When I had a hot tub, I used it especially in the summer heat! I set it to the lowest temp it would go; 83 degrees, which is like a heated pool that is refreshing! I would actually float on a hammock float in my hot tub! Getting another hot tub soon!

Life changing purchase for us

This spa is like therapy for us. Instead of sitting in front of TV in the evening, we are enjoying a cold beverage together in our new spa and sharing bits of the day's happenings and our children. We are so happy with our purchase.

We have a saltwater pool but I was unaware a saltwater spa exsisted , till we went to the Recreational warehouse , its easier to maintain , less odor and easier on the skin then our old spa , couldnt be happeir with our purchase of the HotSpring Flair SW, its great after a day out on the boat and beach to relax and let the jets do their "magic"

We love our flair, hot springs spa. We go in it every day and it really helps to relax your muscles and give us peace of mind. It is easy to care for. I had a different hot tub that I bought in 2005. The jets in the Flair are so much stronger & help me so much more! Once you get the chemicals set up in the beginning, it's easy to take care of it. I love it, & I'm very happy I bought it!

One of the jets was broken when I got the spa. There was a leaked caused when they fixed that. There was insulation all over my yard when they finally fixed that, there were broken panels after that I asked for a new spa since all this is under warranty and basically we paid for a new spa and have never had it due to all the repairs ignored on that! I feel I have a compromised spa now!

Since my automobile accident, my spa has helped me immensely in my recovery with pain and soreness mitigation ! The heat and message feel awesome around my injuries and help me relax to get to sleep at night! I would definitely recommend these spa’s to anyone!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, to browsing with the salesman, to receiving our hot tub, to the set up and tutorial then finally to our first soak in it, the experience was 100% enjoyable. We received the spa we ordered faster than expected. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend both the brand and the seller.

I tend to learn best through hands-on experience. Manuals are important, but they often cover more than I need to know.
That said, getting started with our new Flair hot tub was very easy to do. I used the manual whenever there was something I couldn't figure out on my own. Between it and the lighted control panel, I had everything I needed to get started, and everything I need to know as I progressed.
The Flair is well-designed. We have have used it almost every day for the last six months with utterly no problems.
