We have had nothing but problems keeping the water clear. Spa does not generate chlorine on its own. Constant see saw battle to keep water balanced. Draining adding water. Spa water care a constant battle.

Very good quality spa. These spas cost more than other spas but I have owned a cheaper brand and the Hotspring Spas are a lot more durable and elegant.

We have had horrible experience since we got our spa in April.. horrible horrible customer service and support in fact the guy that is supposed to have helped us is very rude.. it's a lot of money to invest in something go with a company that values you we have had non-stop trouble and within the first 6 weeks the back of the spa fell apart

My wife and I are in our 70s , we never thought we would enjoy this as much as we do. So far it has been very easy to take care of, know problems, n.e. Spa has been there for a few small problems .

We have had our spa now for three months. It's fabulous!
The spa replaced an older spa. The Hotspring spa has far better jet action and is far quieter than our old spa. The features, especially the lighting and the salt system, are first rate.
We have the Saltwater Fresh System. It works great. Even when we maintained our old spa at an optimal level, it left a distinct chlorine smell. The Hotspring spa does not leave any residual smell. The water always smells fresh and clean.
Our dealer told us that it's important to follow the manual's instructions to the letter, and we did. The result is a perfectly balanced spa that is a joy to use. I did reach out to Watkins for some advice, and they were quick to offer some suggestions as to how to keep the water balanced.
Bottom line is that the spa is awesome and the salt system works as advertised, as long as you follow the instructions. We would never go back to an older technology spa.

Constant problem. Works for a day or two then flashing yellow light. Does not produce chlorine. I am constantly having to use chlorination.

Got our Limelight spa last summer, really like it.
Great powerful and well placed jets.
Quite easy but expensive to maintain good water quality, due to the fact that the fresh water cartridges simply dont last longer than maximum 6-7 weeks..All meassured water values well within specifications.

Amazing and relaxing! Nothing better than soaking in my flair and the end of a long day! It has a great variety of jet configurations, so my wife and I find all the seats to be very comfortable when trying to target those aches and pains.

I’ve had a Hot Spring spa Sovereign previously, and was very pleased with the quality Hot Spring represents. While I waited a long time to get it, I wouldn’t have considered going with another brand just because I could’ve gotten it sooner. I really like the lounge seats, but the lounge in my Flair, is too deep.... I had to buy a booster seat for it, or was trying to support myself, basically floating. Overall, very pleased with it!

Floating in the lounger is my wife’s concern also. Would the height of the person make a difference or do you feel that anyone would float

This is my 3rd Hot Springs (moved & replaced spa each time). It's easy to keep clean, replenish water, energy efficient and maintains heat. Powerful yet comfy jets! Controls are user friendly. The pups like to hang out next to spa, too.

Hot Springs Warranty

Overall we love the spa. It’s a salt water system. But 8 months into the spa the jets starting to get rust-like corrosion on them. We contacted the dealer that sold us the spa and they said it was a Hot Springs problem not theirs. The dealer was supposed to contact Hot Springs about replacing the jets. It has been 4 weeks and we have not heard from Aqualand Spa, the dealer, or Hot Springs. We thought these things had a warranty????? Guess we should have read the FINE PRINT!! I wouldn’t recommend this spa because customer service sucks! Simple as that!!

We perched the hot springs last year durning covid and really been enjoying it. I take the kids in it to play. Go at night with my husband. And really enjoyed sitting in it during a snow storm.

Working some days to near exhaustion it is great to come home put he jets on max and ease my aches and pains. The lounge chair is also a great feature to have as it really works your calves and the bottom of your feet.
