Happy Hot Spring Spa Owner!

We've thought about it for a couple years and finally purchased a Hot Spring hot tub in June. Had an existing one in a house we bought about 10 years ago, it was a 17-year old Hot Spring model that was still working, so that was quite a testimony to the brand.
I have muscle aches and pains and bad circulation in one leg and our Flash model has helped both of those issues! We use it 3-4 times a week, and love that each of our six seats had a different "feel" with the jets. Our favorite feature is the foot massage jets in the center of the base... they're awesome! We almost bought a model with a lounge seat, then realized it took up a lot of room and changed our mind, and that was the right decision. The Flash has plenty of room, my wife and I both love it!

Spectacular in every aspect

First, the salesperson was very helpful and has continued supporting by answering all questions and providing advice on balancing chemicals and care.
Next, the saltwater spa is very therapeutic without all the hazardous chemical fumes and residue left on body and swimsuits.
Finally, the spa has brought much joy and bonding experiences to both family and friends. The thing I love the most is indulging at night when it’s snowing. It relaxes my aching muscles and joints and helps me sleep like a baby!

Needed a spa that could be left alone for 4-5 weeks
Looked at every spa I could within 100 miles seven different dealers I researched web sites and Facebook groups. I other words I did my research with wet testing when available
So glad I chose Hot. Spring
Just got back from 6 weeks away and everything tested perfect

We bought this with the intention we could monitor with an app, this has not worked since we got it a couple months ago the owner of hot springs has not responded and it appears this glitch cannot be repaired so he does not call me back. I love the hot tub but the lack of contact is very frustrating.

We are so happy with our Flash spa. It is very easy to maintain and holds its temperature great. Each seat has a different jet configuration which provides a nice variety. We can also have a decent sized group of people in and everyone is comfortable.

We love the spa but have had a very difficult time controlling the chemical levels even with the Smart IQ. And have had very little help from the dealer where we purchased the spa. Have moved to online Hot Spring assistance. Hoping it will improve.

Bubbles in the spa can be caused by detergents from swimsuits or an excess of biomatter. To help reduce the chance of bubbles, we recommend rinsing out your swimsuits without soap and rinsing off before entering the spa. This will help wash away hair and body products that may leach into the spa water. Keeping your filters clean using a filter cleaner will also help remove body oils.

Loving the spa life!

We've had our spa for about a month now and love taking a soak to relax in the evenings. Aching muscles are feeling better and the salt water system feels great on the skin without the heavy chlorine smell. So far, water maintenance has been easy. Very happy with our purchase!

I love the Salt System

I had a spa some years ago and as it aged and needed constant maintenance I had it removed. I missed the spa experience so purchased my Hot Spring spa a few months ago. I could not be more happy with it. The Salt System is phenomenal. My water is always ready to go with little to no attention. Highly recommend

Freshwater IQ fristrations

Owned for 2 months and the freshwater IQ hasnt worked a single day. Frustrating for an $800 toy. Software flashes, dealer out repeatedly. No resolution in sight.

Otherwise, tub is great but this tainted everything unfortunately.
