Happy Hot Spring Spa Owner!

We've thought about it for a couple years and finally purchased a Hot Spring hot tub in June. Had an existing one in a house we bought about 10 years ago, it was a 17-year old Hot Spring model that was still working, so that was quite a testimony to the brand.
I have muscle aches and pains and bad circulation in one leg and our Flash model has helped both of those issues! We use it 3-4 times a week, and love that each of our six seats had a different "feel" with the jets. Our favorite feature is the foot massage jets in the center of the base... they're awesome! We almost bought a model with a lounge seat, then realized it took up a lot of room and changed our mind, and that was the right decision. The Flash has plenty of room, my wife and I both love it!

We bought this with the intention we could monitor with an app, this has not worked since we got it a couple months ago the owner of hot springs has not responded and it appears this glitch cannot be repaired so he does not call me back. I love the hot tub but the lack of contact is very frustrating.

We are so happy with our Flash spa. It is very easy to maintain and holds its temperature great. Each seat has a different jet configuration which provides a nice variety. We can also have a decent sized group of people in and everyone is comfortable.

We love the spa but have had a very difficult time controlling the chemical levels even with the Smart IQ. And have had very little help from the dealer where we purchased the spa. Have moved to online Hot Spring assistance. Hoping it will improve.

Bubbles in the spa can be caused by detergents from swimsuits or an excess of biomatter. To help reduce the chance of bubbles, we recommend rinsing out your swimsuits without soap and rinsing off before entering the spa. This will help wash away hair and body products that may leach into the spa water. Keeping your filters clean using a filter cleaner will also help remove body oils.

Loving the spa life!

We've had our spa for about a month now and love taking a soak to relax in the evenings. Aching muscles are feeling better and the salt water system feels great on the skin without the heavy chlorine smell. So far, water maintenance has been easy. Very happy with our purchase!

I love the Salt System

I had a spa some years ago and as it aged and needed constant maintenance I had it removed. I missed the spa experience so purchased my Hot Spring spa a few months ago. I could not be more happy with it. The Salt System is phenomenal. My water is always ready to go with little to no attention. Highly recommend

Freshwater IQ fristrations

Owned for 2 months and the freshwater IQ hasnt worked a single day. Frustrating for an $800 toy. Software flashes, dealer out repeatedly. No resolution in sight.

Otherwise, tub is great but this tainted everything unfortunately.

Great Spa

Luv everything about my hotsprings spa except for support after the sale from the hotsprings dealer. Absolutely no follow up, check in or any communication from them on how we are managing the salt water system or any other questions about the spa! Managing the water is highly temperamental and sensitive to the chemicals we purchased with the spa. the instruction on how and what to use on-line are generic and do not provide enough specific info on salt water management. This is my biggest complaint. They simply just want to sell you a spa and then....nothing.

Outstanding product and dealer support

This is the 4th hot tub I have owned in 20 years and by far the best experience I have had. The local dealer was professional and followed up with all my needs and asks throughout the sales and post delivery and installation process. The overall qualify of the product is suburb and by far much better quality than previous owned brands. 1st time owning a saltwater system, but so far It appears to manage the water chemistry much better and is easier to use thank I thought. The operational cost of the salt system may be a bit higher when did the math, but if the water chemistry is easier and more constant it's worth the investment. The salt water is softer water and easier on your skin and has less of a chemical smell which is a big win for me. I wish the warranty was a bit better, but if the qualify holds up than I'm good with it, but HotSpring should consider expanding their warranty to support the quality of their product.

Purchased Flash from Leisure Pool and Spa

We recently purchased a Hot Spring Flash from Leisure Pool and Spa. The company was excellent in that the project included construction of a foundation to raise the spa a bit above our deck, a total rebuild of the deck because it had rotted out after 40 years of wonderful service, and installation of our Flash.
Marco was the project manager and did a masterful job. He kept close tabs on progress and issues, was very attentive to our needs and was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our experience with Leisure Pool and Spa. Thank you all.
