Best Investment Ever!

I am so happy that we decided to purchase the Flash from HotSpring! After seriously considering cheaper models we made the decision to go with a hot tub that had every thing we desired such as (salt water, ozone, etc.) It hasn't disappointed us yet! It is low maintenance and water care is easy. One of the nicest things is that we don't smell like chlorine after using it! I highly recommend this spa! We put a lot of thought and effort into placing the spa exactly where we wanted it so we can enjoy the beautiful views of the forest. If you are on the fence about purchasing one, take my advice and do it! Thank you HotSpring!

Dream Come True!!

Our family has been wanting a Spa for years and we now finally have one. The HotSpring Limelight Flash is a perfect fit for out family of 5. It has actually made our family closer. Our three teenage boys will actually put down their screens and join us in the spa. We will actually have conversations. Who would of thought? The kids now have a reason to invite their friends over, which we love. It is also very relaxing and ready to go when we need. It has been therapeutic for the random aches and pains from playing sports. It's also fun to turn off all the lights at night and view the sky from the spa. We have seen many shooting stars, full moons, and beautiful sunsets. This HotSpring Spa has been one of the best investments in our home and family we have made thus far.

First Hot Tub Owner

We were in the market for a hot tub to help with some back issues. Both my wife and I work in the public sector and felt a hot tub would be a great add on to the deck space in our backyard. We shopped and did a fair amount of homework and landed on the HotSprings due to the saltwater system. The buying experience was good. Our sales guy Jason was very knowledgeable in the tub and was not at all pushy. We ordered, and it took several weeks to arrive. We were given a list of electricians in the area, but chose one that we had. The Spa arrived, and a crane lifted it over our house and on the deck. The installers were great. Respectful and nice.It seemed they were not provided all the tools they needed as they borrowed some of mine.The tub was installed, but not running due to the electrical company was not there. I was given instructions, but it was hard that the tub wasn't working. Please note I have owned two pools in the past and know the general idea and still felt overwhelmed. The tub was hooked up a week later. I followed the start up. The tub was not heating up. I made multiple calls to the dealer and the salesman even came out and had no luck getting it to heat up. A service tech came out the following day and found that something at the factory wasn't connected. They sent the wrong cover and steps at delivery. The tub had a scratch on the side, corner and base. One of the three were fixed. I could not get the tub balanced and had to drain and refill twice. I was given some money off and a cleaning package from the dealer, but later found the "cleaning package" was them coming out using your chemicals. That made no sense to me at all.Overall, the tub is nice. I have broken jet that I have to fix. I'm more disappointed in the entire process then anything. You would think when buying the "best" you would get the best. I have had no follow up from the dealer to check on the issues. I don't think I would buy another HotSprings....

Chlorine Level Issues

I like the tub except for two items. 1. The one seat position (to the right of the filter compartment as you face the control panel on the tub from outside the tub) has a single XL directional jet. That jet does not have enough pressure/flow. It is almost worthless. 2. After the initial installation, I could not maintain the chlorine level even when no one used the tub. Tech came out and we drained and refilled the tub and now it seems to be maintaining the chlorine level. The tech's theory is that the lines may get contaminated with something between leaving the factory in Mexico and delivery as the tub is sealed in plastic and any water in the lines could develop mold/bacteria. Since the refill it appears to be holding the levels better. He also said that many customers who got the new salt system in their new tubs where having the same issues. There was also talk of using liquid chlorine only and not the granular variety. Seems a fix needs to be implemented to prevent this.

Looking to Upgrade

There are two things I look for in a Spa. The Quality and the Service from the dealer. We purchased the flash in April 2018, before a year was up, two of the 4 jets on the front left broke. After just year of owning the spa, all 4 of the jets on the top left broke. My dealer, Ohio Pools (Canton, OH) are excellent. They contacted Hot Springs, warrantied the parts and had parts ready in a day.

My only mistake, was not purchasing the Salt Water System. Now I am looking to upgrade to either the Vanguard NXT or the Grandee NXT. After reading all the negative reviews on the Grandee NXT, I will stick with the Vanguard NXT decision. The Grandee NXT has multiple horror stories with the remote. Although the Vanguard and the Grandee probably use the same remote control, I will stay with the Vanguard NXT decision.

Still no comparison to any other spa. Hot Spring's Customer Service and Dealers are exceptional.

Great Tub for the money!

Buying experience from dealer to door was great. Our Flash hot tub looks great and feels like a message with all the jets! Adding chemicals can be a little confusing until you get the hang of it. Dealer is coming to our house to teach us. Cover is great.

Great Hot Tub

After much researching for both a hot tub brand, model and dealer we chose the Hot Spring Flash model and Mermaid Pool, Spa and Patio dealer in Anderson, IN. We use this spa almost every night. It is a very good looking spa that requires very little maintenance. I can't say enough about the dealer. If you live in the central Indiana area ask for Evan at Mermaid. This dealer offers excellent pricing and service and Evan will spend as much time with you as you need. I also recommend a test soak in order to determine the right fit for you.

I have had many Hot Tubs in the past, they are all good at what they do, but then I bought a Hot Springs from Adrienna! Over the top customer service, knowledgeable, found just the tub I was needing, even continues the service long after the purchase. I have sent text on Sunday's, and Adrienna answers in no time. The tub has every feature I could every want! The light show is better then some of the concerts I've attended, and the refreshed feeling I get from the tub is like nothing else! Set-up was a breeze, and the adding of chemicals is laid out in an easy to understand brochure the store made. More then a salesperson, me and my family have truly made a friend in the Hot Tub industry. Only place I will go for my Hot Springs Hot Tub needs!

Absolutely no regrets

You know those days where you feel like "Urggh", those hard days at work when you just want to come home and relax, those days that maybe you just need a "pick-me-up"? Well since we bought our Hot Springs 'Flash' Tub, those days can now be fixed with a relaxing soak, where the world stops, your thoughts are gathered, and we can prepare ourselves for the following day.
We love our Hot Springs Hot Tub, couldn't recommend it enough, to which we have friends who have recently purchased their own Hot Springs little gem.
The Hot Springs 'Flash' 7 person Tub is easy to operate, soooo comfy and relaxing, the jets giving you the ultimate Hot Tub massage, and to be fair, cleaning it isn't half as difficult as we thought with water maintenance a breeze.
Any regrets? . . . Certainly not!
Would I replace it with a newer Hot Springs model in the future? . . . Without a shadow of doubt!!

Great overall larger spa

Limelight Flash- Fantastic!

This is our 2nd Hotspring Spa purchased from the same dealer. Our last one was for the most part trouble free and lasted 14 years. We looked at other manufacturers products but in the end decided to stick with Hotspring. We are very happy with our purchase they have made so many improvements. Although this hot tub is 30 gallons less than our last one and the same size at 7'X7' is feels bigger. The reason is that the walls of the tub a slimmer and sleeker which provides more room in the tub. We purchased on memorial day weekend and were given the free upgrade to the Freshwater salt system. I love it. Easier to maintain, no chemical smell, smooth as silk water and very clean. This tub has way more jets than our previous and is much more powerful. I have had to dial some of the jets back a bit at times as it is so strong. we get rave reviews about the lighting system as well from friends. Everyone flocks to our tropical oasis. Also like the dual filters much better than the single one we had. My only complaint if I had one is that they should have latched door panels to access the spa controls. It still is a pain to remove the door but at least now there are only 4 bolts (our prior tub had 12 I believe. Quality seems great and overall we are very happy with this tub and manufacturer.

Spa Problems

Have had our Hot Springs tub for two weeks now and already two of the jet nozzles have come off and need to be replaced. This was after the tub tub as delivered and when unwrapped had dirt and water in it. Not what we expected. Love the tub but expected
