Just got our flash delivered and it’s amazing. Great jets in all seating the dual filters make water care a breeze. For the price you can’t beat the flash.

WE JUST RELAXED IN OUR NEW SPA FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT. SO WE ARE JUST LEARNING THE INS/OUTS OF EVERYTHING. SO FAR WE ARE LOVING IT.

I have never been so exited to spend money! This was one of the best purchases my husband and I have ever spent! With back issues, this spa enables me to relax after a hard day of work and sleep a full night. I am amazed by this spa.

I was pleasantly surprised when I did a wet test and it totally shifted our attention to the Hot Spring brand. The flash has been great for the whole family. I really like the large foot well and the step in and out seat.

Thank you HotSpring for helping my family come together and take some time to relax and talk. We are a family of 5 and life gets busy at times. Now that we have our hot tub we are enjoying our time together as a family. It’s kind of like a mini vacation in our back yard.

This was a replacement hot tub for me. Im so happy with my purchase. I added the ace salt system to my new tub what a nice feature.
We use it 3-4 days a week sometimes more!!

I’ve had my spa for 4 years and I just notice I have dry rot on one side of the tub and I was just informed by the dealer that this is not covered under warranty. I was looking to upgrade my tub but since hot springs feels that dry rot on a hot tub that’s only four years is not covered under there warranty, I will take my business to another company.

I am sorry to hear that your spa is in need of service. It looks like you are already working with one of our service reps. She is in contact with Warranty to see what options might be available.
Hot Spring Spas frames are constructed with pressure treated wood. Not knowing the details of the spa. I can tell you that wood rot typically comes from sitting in water for a prolonged period of time, even with pressure treated wood.
We will continue to be in contact and hope to find a resolution soon.

We recently replaced a 13 year old Hot Spring Vanguard model, with a new Flash model from the Limelight collection. What an easy decision! We love our new tub!! Thanks to Sheri and her team at our local store in Dayton, OH for making the purchase experience an easy one!!

I have been wanting to buy a Hot Springs Spa for 20 years and.we finally just purchased one! Yay! What a beautiful tub! Easy to maintain we got the saltwater system with ours. I like the fact that I don’t smell like chlorine when I get out of the tub! It feels amazing after a tough day of work,to just sink down into a nice warm hot tub to take the daily stress away! I highly recommended this hot tub! The dealer was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Delivery was on time and instructions were easy to follow! Everyone should own a Hot Springs Spa! Happy Bubbling!

2018 Limelight Flash

Absolutely loving our Limelight Flash from Hotspring Spas of Kansas City. We love the new design of the Limelight Series, especially the exterior lighting although I do wish it had lighting on all 4 corners and along the base as opposed to just the 2 front corners. The large step/bench at the entry point of the tub was also a big selling point for us. With the design of the Flash and many other Limelight tubs you actually have several spots where you can set down a drink, phone, baby monitor, etc.... I'm not sure if this was intentional or not but is definitely something that adds to the functionality of the Limelight series over others. Like anything, you can always find something that you would have done differently or wish you could change but, overall we are extremely satisfied with the tub and the service from Hot Spring Spas of Kansas City.
