IQ SYSTEM NEEDS WORK

The tub physically works well. The jets are very adjustable and provide various options when using the tub. The screen is easy to read and operate. My biggest concern is the Freshwater IQ System. It does not jive with the test strips. It wants much lower ph and chlorine than what the strips call for. If I follow what the tub suggests the water becomes yellow and cloudy. The only way I have had clean water is to get it tested and follow those recommendations. The salt system keeps saying to turn the level down but it’s at its lowest setting and can’t lower any more. Constantly wants to lower ph every day. Even when not using the tub. I know the IQ is a new feature and I don’t think they have it working quite right. Follow the test strips if you want clear water as I don’t think the tub is smart enough yet.

Hot Springs is the BEST!

Our previous Hot Springs spa was 22 years old and was still operational but we wanted a new spa with salt. WOW, salt is the only way to go! So much easier to maintain than our 22 year old spa.
Looking forward to another 22 years of pure relaxation!

Our Flash was up and running in a few hours. Still getting used to controlling water quality, but it’s trial and error. Spa works great. Jets are powerful and relaxing. Very happy with our purchase.

We haven't used the spa yet, so I can update our review later, but as of now I felt it was important to post a review based on the color. In the showroom we picked gray based on the other spa's in the room. We were told it would match the steps that would come with it. It got delivered and at first I didn't think it was the right color, but I didn't complain, I thought it may just be seeing it for the first time in the sun. It took us a couple days to actually take the steps out of the box and when I placed them next to the top I was shocked at the difference. We are in the process of building a new deck and I was buying furniture based on having a matching gray pool and a new gray hot tub. I even used the app to compare the AR version and color and it really shows how tan the "coastal gray" is, especially the lid. I would really really advise not selling this as a gray tub at all. It's disappointing to spend so much and feel like you have no options. The dealer is checking into the steps for us so maybe those will eventually match, but ideally we want the tub to be the color of the steps we got.

Enjoying our spa!

We are very happy that we finally invested in a hot tub. It has been a great way to end the day. It has helped with my back issues and improved our sleep. So far, maintaining the saltwater system has been fairly easy.

Just had our new Hot Spring Flash spa delivered. We are beyond happy with our salesman Austin and the entire delivery team. They removed our old spa, and set up the new. They worked hard, were extremely friendly and courteous.

I highly recommend HotSprings for your Hot Tub purchase. I have owned a Jacuzzi j355 before, which was very nice. I truly prefer my salt system Flash HotSprings Hot Tub. It very easy to maintain. I love the light indercators on the outside of the unit. It shows electric is on, temperature and salt is good. I purcased my hot tub from Tampa Bay Spas and Hot Tubs (813)654-9300. They were extremely friendly and professional.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a top-of-the-line product such as the Hot Spring spa. My wife and I did a lot of research comparing
most of the top brands. Quality and longevity were the main concerns.
Nobody wants a spa that literally becomes a money pit. The Hot Spring Spas had great review on the websites as well as from our friends. Our local spa dealer had a great deal that sealed the deal. We are enjoying our spa experience.

2nd hot spring spa

When I bought my mountain cabin it included an older Hot Spring spa. We had many years of pleasure with it, particularly enjoying sitting in our spa during a snowstorm after skiing. As it aged and needed repairs I chose to invest in another spa. I had such good luck with the first one I chose to go with Hot Springs again. My dealer was very helpful with the purchase and refering me to electricians and installers I can't imagine going to any other dealer. I am overwhelmingly happy with my new spa and my grandchildren are big fans of the spa as well

This hot tub has been amazing for our family. We have in our family that use it se real times a week. We love the service and customer service provided on this whole process. We love the easy care and maintenance of this hot tub. Kids love the lights and we are able to Bluetooth to it and play music. Best money spent and glad we bought from Hot Springs Spa in Kansas. Also have not noticed an increase electric bill after install either. It is very efficient.

Luxurious spa but still requires attention and effort

We had our Flash spa installed in August, about 7 months ago. It’s a wonderful experience to relax in the tub. I absolutely love it. That said, getting the salt system to work and keeping the chemical levels regulated has been confusing at times. Back in October - November the electronic salt system reader was saying the salt was too high. Eventually it shut down its own salt system in November. I talked to the dealer contact and he had me drain and refill the tub to get the water at proper chemical levels. Turned out my phosphates were way too high and that set off a chain reaction of other chemicals being off. The water was not actually too salty, but the electronic salt system interprets certain chemicals as salt. There is not a lot of information out there to figure these things out. I am learning as I go and I advise everyone to communicate with the spa dealership for various testing strips and maintenance procedures as things get working. Now that the chemicals are regulated at the correct levels, it is more fun and less work. The spa is a wonderful space to talk and relax with family, especially on cool weather nights. Also it’s been great to unwind and let my stress melt away. I am grateful to be a HotSpring owner and appreciate the dealership (Scioto Valley) for helping me out when I needed support.

We've owned a Hot Spring Flash spa since 11/23 and absolutely love it!
It didn't take us long to figure out how to take loving care of our new member of the family. The biggest problem is finding enough time to spend in the Flash.
I highly recommend a Hot Spring spa!
