2023 Flash w/ salt system and cover lifter
All in all, the tub is great. Looks great and after the initial learning curve, pretty straight forward to maintain. We opted for the salt system to ease in maintenance as well as skin comfort. There is plenty of room for us and the few others that we invite over.

It has been the best decision we’ve made for our well-being especially in the cold winter months of Michigan! There is a bit of a learning curve when dealing with the saltwater system, but overall has been fairly easy.

Trying to get the salt and chlorine levels right is a bit of a chore. System pad can get a bit complicated too. Forget which buttons to push to help maintain system. Otherwise great spa. maintains the temperature consistently and is comfortable to sit in

My First Spa Ever, and it was a Great Decision!

We have never owned a Hot Tub/Spa, and as we are getting older our bodies are becoming a bit more fatigued after a workout or round of golf. Being the perfectionist I am, I began to research the many types and brands of spas on the market. The Hot Spring brand was a clear winner for quality and customer satisfaction. The salt water system also made a lot of sense, as we are very busy and active and wanted a low maintenance product. We have had the spa for about 8 months now and have enjoyed all the benefits one looks for in a spa. We made the right choice!

We were very excited to find the ideal spa for our needs and budget. After scouring the internet and looking at several places in person we landed with Hot Springs Spas. The quality products coupled with the wonderful and local (for us) sales and support staff, the decision became easy. The spa is rather easy to maintain with the salt system, and we find ourselves enjoying a soak every night.

Love the Flash hot tub. Powerful jets, great LED lighting and fairly easy to maintain. Only complaint, and it’s a small one, I wish the front panel to access the inside of the tub had heavy duty latches or something along those lines. The screws to keep it on just don’t seem strong enough and it’s a little cumbersome to take on and off. Just wish it was a better attachment system. Otherwise, a bit pricey but would buy again. Also, wish there was a Bluetooth app to control the temp and monitor/change the temp.

We’ve already had a jet falling out and concerned this may be a problem with the jets. We replaced our old spa because of jets falling out and thought this brand would be better.
They offered to come and install a new one …But they want us to drain and then refill the tub! And they won’t pay for new chemicals and rebalancing the spa. Pretty poor service when the spa is “brand new”.

When my wife and I began to evaluate the purchase of a hot tub, I admit we were reluctant at first. But after we decided to move forward with the purchase, we could not be happier! My family and I use the hot tub every single day, which is great for family time as well as physical rehabilitation. If I had to do it over again. I would I highly recommend the purchase of a hot spring spa to everybody who is considering one!

I have had the flash for 2 months now and so far my wife and I are very pleased. I find the corner seats can give a good deep massage when turned up. Salt system took a little bit to get adjusted properly but seems to work well. One small issue was with front cover panel screws pulling out but were repaired promptly by dealer.
