We love this spa! It's so comfortable, easy to use and looks really nice, too. We really appreciate the functionality of the cover lifter, too. It has the right amount of jets including foot jets. The lighting is beautiful. We purchased Hot Springs for the quality, value, reputation and knowing down the road there will be parts available if needed. Very happy we made this purchase

We originally were going to purchase a cheaper spa in both price and quality…so happy we didn’t. The quality of Our Flash model is what drew our attention and has made us confident that we chose the best spa for us. We know the quality of the craftsmanship will provide us years of worry free hot tub time and our vendor will stand with us if there is an unexpected hiccup along the way. Would totally recommend Hot Springs to anyone and everyone.

I'm so glad we chose to go with HotSpring Spas & Pools for our first hot tub purchase! Dawn was very helpful with answering all of our questions and narrowing it down to the perfect hot tub to fit our needs. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Gabe and Blythe did an amazing job of delivery and setup. Both made setup a breeze and clearly explained the maintenance procedure. They were professional and friendly. A first-time hot tub owners, my wife and I are thrilled with our Hot Springs Flash spa. The quality construction, ease of operation, and straight-forward maintenance far exceed our expectations. Our installation crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and informative. We are enjoying the relaxation and muscle relief provided by our spa on nearly a daily basis. We're LOVING our HotSpring Spa!

This is our first time owning a hot tub, and we live in the Midwest. During the summer months, it's been a delightful way to spend an afternoon or an evening, and we look forward to quality time in our HotSpring Spa in the fall, winter, and spring. It has been easier than we thought it would be to regulate the chemicals of the Salt Water System Spa. If we keep up with the simple maintenance, the water is always crystal clear and inviting. We have not noticed any increase in our electric bill, which hopefully means the unit is very energy efficient. The seating (for 7) is great, and we find ourselves moving from place to place each evening to enjoy the different jet configurations. All-in-all, we are thrilled with our purchase!

For the price of the hot tub it better be great. Have had it now 3 months and it's working very smoothly. First salt system we've had and it's definitely a learning curve on how to regulate salt. We owned are last Hot Springs spa for 18 years so that's why we bought from them again.

Great Hot Tub, but could use a few exterior improvements.

Love the salt water system! The clarity and softness of the water has been very therapeutic on our skin. The quality of the tub, jets, pumps, and control panel is top of the line compared to other tubs I researched.
The spa is 3 weeks old, and the black paint on the wood base is peeling off. I'm concerned the wood base will quickly deteriorate. Hoping it's pressure treated lumber?
Also, the front access panel is warping, as the hooks on the inside do not engage when you line up the screw holes on the end of the panel. This leaves the middle of the panel unconnected and is now bowing outward due to the heat and humidity.

We love our new spa. They came out set it up and explained everything to us. I have had hot tubs in the past but by far this one is far superior. Also the water care is so easy with the salt water system. I have hardly had to add any chemicals to keep water where it needs to be.

My wife and I are extremely happy with our Spa. Let me explain; in the past, we have had a jacuzzi in a swimming pool and independent.
This is not a jacuzzi. It is a medical Spa, and there is a big difference. For example, I believe there are over 45 jets, etc. The saltwater experience brings it to a completely different level, as does the size and comfort. We are very active with our lifestyle, and this helps us recover from our activities
The Spa is straightforward to take care of and has many features that help make each time we use it a great experience. We look forward to its usage for many years to come for ourselves and our family and friends.

Overall we've been fairly happy with it but it does have a few shortcomings and has not been as easy to maintain as I expected.
First, it has 2 jet pumps which is great. The 1st has a high and low setting which allows you to find tune how much water is pumped through the jets and how much noise it makes because it is fairly noisy on high. The 2nd jet pumps only has a high setting. Why is that? So you either get no water out of those jets or it's full blast. So we hardly ever use the 2nd pump.
Second, for this price level it really should have come with a wifi connection and an app to make adjustments to the settings and temperature. Even my washing machine has that.
Lastly, I've owned a salt water pool for 8 years and it's a breeze to maintain so I thought a salt water Spa would be as easy. Nope! It requires regular additions of chlorine to maintain the level even with the chlorine generator turned up to 9 (haven't tried 10). It only gets used about once a week so I don't think there's an unusually high chlorine demand. The salt level is just over the middle or the recommendes range so I don't think it's that. Maybe I got a bad generator cartridge? I guess I'll find out when it's time to change it.

This is our first hot tub purchase. We found Jason at Prisco and even though we arrived close to closing time, he stayed with us. He was patient and informative. We loved the experience and the delivery did not disappoint. Everything went smoothly and we have been in our tub daily. Terrific control of jets, ambience with lighting, and salt water system is lovely.

Received the hot tub and applied water. It leaked. Factory assembly error. They forgot to install gaskets. After one month of use, the sides fell off. Another factory assembly error. Total side needs to be replaced. Part has been on order for over 3 months. Was told it will take however long it takes. For the money I paid, I would have expected a unit that was built correct. Then I would have thought there would be an interest to correct the poor workmanship. I would not recommend this product. One unhappy customer.
