Loving the regular massages

Our Hot Spring has been great for massages and relaxing and de-stressing. The kids love it too and sleep great whenever they do use it. Pretty straightforward water care with the salt system. Definitely recommend!

Well worth the wait

We ordered our Flash during the supply chain issues due to the pandemic, so we had to wait for delivery. It was worth waiting for, that's for sure. No better feeling than getting in the hot tub after a long day. I was surprised at how easy it is to maintain the tub and how few chemicals we need to add because of the saltwater system. I highly recommend getting a Hot Spring hot tub for whatever ails you.

Love my hot springs flash

This hot tub is amazing! I’m a disabled vet and suffer from back issues which throws my entire body out of wack. I can say waking up and going to my spa definitely loosens me up and gets me ready to go about my day. The jets are powerful and can take me off the seats if turned up enough so with that said I feel like I get a deep massage plus the hot water…. Win Win if you ask me. Wait!!! Can’t forget the lights!! At night the lights are beautiful and offer a additional soothing therapy to the whole spa experience. Ok I’m done

First salt water spa, third spa I've owned.
Salt water is definitely different.
While trying to set up and get water values correct, the selling dealer was ZERO help.

Ok, now that I’ve got your attention….I want to tell you how amazing my Limelight Flash hot tub is. The tub is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. As amazing as the tub is, the purchasing experience and setup was easily as comparable. But, the service for set up and any needs after purchase far surpassed the amazing experience up to that point. I cannot sing the praises of Conner Piras at the Franklin, TN location enough. He is beyond knowledgeable and has the heart of a teacher and mentor. As to date, 6 months in, Conner has by far exceeded my expectations. I’d you’re in the market for a hot tub, go to the Franklin location and see Conner….you will be glad you did and will be well taken of.

We, especially my wife, have waited years to own a spa. When we had our patio rebuilt we made plans to add a spa. What a wonderful purchase we made. We have missed fewer than a handful of days soaking over more than a two month period. We have enjoyed the relaxing and rejuvenating feeling brought about using our spa. We would be remiss if we failed to mention the personable, helpful experience of shopping for our tub. Y B Tubless in Lewiston, Idaho, and the owners, Dave and Wanda made shopping fun, relaxed and most importantly less intimidating for first time owners. We highly recommend Hot Spring Spas and the buying experience at Y B Tubless.

We can’t count the number of hours we’ve spent relaxing and massaging away tired muscles compliments of the perfect arrangement of jets and other features especially with our newest model, the Flash. This is our fourth hot tub and our second Hot Springs brand one. Whereas we have enjoyed them all, the Hot Springs products have been the best quality so far. In our opinion, the dealer and their ability to service the customer is even more important than the brand. With that being said, Macon Spa and Woodstoves has been outstanding! Delivery was on time and very professional. A couple of weeks after install, we noticed a leak from a cracked PVC pipe that appeared to be caused during transport. The dealer came out within 2 days and had it repaired. We can't say enough good things about Warren and his team so far.

Great purchase and quality

Had the spa for 4 months and so far we love it. We are new to spa ownership and it took me awhile to learn how to manage the water, but now i have a hang of it. Love the look of the spa. Although it was pricey - i feel like i got a lot of features for the $ we spent. I appreciate the support of our local store who will do free water testing and will answer questions whenever i need help. Having that as a go-to option has been invaluable and made me happy i didn't purchase a different spa from a random store. my only complaint is i wish that it had calf jets! really - those would be awesome. but the strength of the jets in this tub and the variety of seating is great. i thought about getting a flair, but we thought the flash offered more room for our family of 5. it was the right choice. i feel like the lounger would have taken up too much space and limited our comfort when we were all in the tub.

Quality, warranty & salt system subpar

I intentionally waited almost a year to post this review because I wanted to be accurate.
The bottom skirting part of the tub is painted black and faded within the first 2 months and was instructed that was not covered by warranty yet it's prominently displayed.
I'm over 50 years old and have had swimming pools and hot tubs since I was in my 20s so I know how to keep water and balance and the important of consistently monitoring and adjusting. The saltwater system is extremely finicky and you'll burn through very expensive cartridges quickly. Additionally salt water systems foam very easily.
Local authorized dealer not very good either.
Gave up on trying to get support because I would either be ghosted or told things that never came to fruition.
I would not buy this brand again nor would I deal with the authorized dealer near me.

I purchased a HotSprings hot tub because a have a family member that had one. She claimed hers was very low maintenance and energy efficient. When I went to the local store I was happy to see they sold HotSprings, and yes it was more money but I was willing to pay more to not have to deal with adding chlorine every day. Well, I've had my HotSprings since September (it's currently November) and it has yet to produce chlorine. I've tried just about everything that the internet or user manual has told me to do. My recent troubleshooting tip (recommended by the store) was to check the phosphate levels. It appears my water is on the high side for phosphates so I'm attempting to bring those within normal range. However, if this doesn't work I'm not sure what to do next. I was told it could be because I'm overusing it. So now my wife is the only one using it (to reduce the usage) until I can get the chemicals right and have it produce chlorine. Overall I like the tub but I'm just irritated that I cannot get the water chemistry right.

I get all levels balanced in my salt water tub and the next day it’s not, it’s just me and my wife that uses the hot tub!
I’m testing every other day too find the chlorine level’s are low and PH dropping some!
