Almost sorry I purchased this.

I am not new to spas. I owned one for seventeen years and had a very good experience with it. I have a very mild skin disorder, so I thought a salt water spa would help me. I went to American Sales near my home and talked with the sales people about the salt water spa. Well, did I ever fall for the pitch about how easy it was to maintain. Not so. Spa was delivered in March of 2021. All I have had was trouble after trouble. This spa did not make chlorine as I was told it would and when I called for help, I was not even called back with solutions. I am going through salt cartridges at an alarming rate, one every three to four weeks. These things are expensive. In fact , there is a broken corner piece that was noted by a service tech which is still not addressed. This is from April. I have contacted spa services several times and have yet to be contacted back. What do I need to do to get some sort of service?? I would like answers. Winter is coming here soon and I am not going to play spa maintenance this winter, it gets too cold for daily water sports. I don't usually do reviews, but how can I not do this? I am not getting what I paid for.

I feel your pain with the freshwater system. It doesn't work and I feel Watkins knows this and still keeps selling them. My cartridges also dont last. I have been told to put bleach in. told my salt isn't at the correct level...my water was bad...blah blah blah. I have changed water....purchased water....the list is endless.

The tub, along with the setting around it has allowed for relax time as including being outdoors when we typically would not be able to be outdoors, for example, evenings and winter. Jay

We love our spa! We get amazing customer service from our local dealer and this has overall been a great experience for us. The spa is so relaxing and easy to maintain. If you’re on the fence, DO IT!!

We love it. It's so much easier to care for and keep up with than originally thought, and we use it almost every night. I haven't used them much, but the customer service is just as great, answering any questions we have and giving great advice on its care. This is an excellent tub!

Salt water system is wonderful and soft on skin. Enjoy the foot jets at the end of a long work day! Enough seating for 7 comfortably! Love the lights! User friendly touch screen controls.

Foremost, I just love my FLASH spa. PROS: Salt system keeps spa clean. Love not adding chlorine. Quality tub from Hot Springs. Haven't noticed any increase in my electric bill. Gordon was amazing during the sales process; kept me updated on delivery status of tub; showed great care in its proper delivery and installation. Wish I had video recorded the installer's instructions on how to run the spa! CONS: FLASH model doesn't comfortably fit 7 adults, as advertised. Rather it sits 3-4 comfortably. The heater and filters take-up 2 full seats. The installers slightly nicked my house upon installation; despite promises to fix the damage and follow-up phone calls from me, they never came back to fix the damage. As newbies to a hot tub, we had some missteps in keeping the water balanced for the first couple months. Admittedly pure buyer error. Yet, they wanted to charge me to do a house call. I feel that buyers should get at least 1 free house call.

Great hot tub. Comfortable and very relaxing. Had one issue with water temperature not maintaining, turned out to be theater, they were very responsive and fix it quickly. I highly recommend this hot tub.

Best Hot Tub Ever

We decided to purchase a stand alone hot tub instead of incorporating one with our pool and are so happy we did. Not only does this allow us to enjoy it year round, but the hot tub from Hot Spring Spas is absolutely beautiful. It is so easy to keep clean and the water stays pristine with little to no effort at all. There is nothing better than relaxing in the Hot Springs hot tub after a long day.

We love our spa. We use it 5 times a week, except in July! The temperature is always perfect. The chemicals are a challenge at times, foam is also an issue, but we’ve worked through it. The frog system works quite well. The jets are strong and we only leave them on for a few minutes. Then we just sit in the hot water. It’s truly relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Great purchase and I wish I bought one sooner!

I had a thermostat before. Tried this company after reviews and this hot tub we hate. The wood paneling has come apart from
The hot tub on the sides. The staples are visible not that it has warped away and the quality is so poor. We have constant issues balancing the water with the salt system. It gets too high even set at level one and shuts off and the water becomes nasty. There is a few holes around the bottom for some reason that actually allowed rats in! They love warm hot tubs in winter so why leave these holes? The hot tub is 3 years old and the cover is already in crappy shape! The wood siding is warping and coming loose. Don’t waste your money! I will never do this again!!

We have had our Lime Light series Flash for 18 months and have had no issues with the tub or pumps. The only setback on this series and model is we can not purchase ceramic filters which makes buying filters rather expensive when changing out.

We've had our Hot Springs Flash spa for a year and a half now. We added the salt water version which is very easy to take care of. Checking the water once a week, it rarely needs any chemicals added to it. Best time of the year for the hot tub is coming up as Fall is starting.

A great hot tub for family and friends to enjoy

We have been so happy with our saltwater spa. It was easy to set up for a first-time spa owner, and it is easy to maintain. Once we figured out a maintenance schedule that worked for our usage we have thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoy the wide selection of jets and the lights on the inside and outside of the spa are a nice addition and add a touch of luxury and enjoyment to the spa experience! We installed it in our sunroom, so we can really enjoy it year round, and we find that it is very enjoyable in the winter when the days get cold outside. It's great to warm up after a cold day. Our friends come and use it and enjoy it too! We can't say enough about how much we enjoy using it. It's built from quality materials and looks like it is built to last. We just drained it for the first time and that was a snap and we were up and running again in a day's time. Highly recommend this spa if you're looking for something impressive and enjoyable.

I looked at all the other hot tub manufacturers and Hot Springs was the only salt water hot tub out there. I've had it over a year and just love it. Low maintenance and easy to care for. I am in it almost every night.
