Have had the spa for a bit over a year now. Still Very happy even though smaller then my last spa. User suggestions: The control panel should have a clock in it seems simple enough. The Filters should be on rollers so they Rotate in the Filter box around the towers which would make them more efficient. The Equipment door Panel should be easier to take off and put back on for maintenance. The recirculation return in the spa should be relocated like in the grandee is silly just by the Seat and hot on the legs.
ONE Light in the SPA went Bad and does not work.

I bought a salt water hot tub and have added more chlorine per gallon than anyone ever should. There is not service after the sale as we have drained and refilled this tub 2 times and likely need to daily drain. No one in family is actually using this tub as cannot stand how poor this system is. - Buyer be ware with this product and this companies customer service!

This hot tub is everything I thought it would be, and more.
I had only looked a a hot tub as one dimensional, but owning has brought out the full range of enjoyment. The first facet is to ease sore muscles after a day of yard work. My wife finds The hot tub as a great place for water aerobics. And then there is the entertaining when family and friends are over. And my favorite is at night under a starry sky (and even is the rain).

4 for quality because we removed the bed for another seat. But there is only 1 jet in that location. The crew was awesome with installation but we lost a day due to a bad connection with the board. They did come back out the next day and was an easy fix.Overall very happy and the tub came in a month early!

saltwater feature not working properly

With my local dealer we are still trying to figure out why the saltwater cartridge fails and stops working after 6 weeks (goes down to red/zero) when it is supposed to last 4 months. This has happened 3 times since we purchased in February. We should only be on cartridge #2 but we are on cartridge #4. (replaced 4 times) The cartridge is expensive to replace so has been frustrating.

i have had the tub for four months and i still don't have stable water. i have followed all the instructions provided by the dealer and hot springs. the salt cartridge failed after two months. i do use the tub but do not like the fact that most of the liquid in the tub is chemicals instead of water. now after four months i have to drain the tub and refill then go through this crazy process to get a balanced tub water. i also have to replace the salt cartridge AGAIN, yipee.

The spa is great until I started noticing the brown rust looking spots all on the bottom of the inside of the spa. On the seats and foolwell these little rust spots started happening. Turns out even the smallest little pebbles that get drug in on your feet cause this. Now instead of enjoying my spa I am consistently rubbing these spots off with vitamin C tablets (the only thing that seems to get them off...

I’ve been wanting a hot tub for years...we finally made the purchase early into the Covid shut down, and we couldn’t be happier. Our spa is classy looking, easy to run, and so nice for our three young kids and my husband and I. Our favorite thing to do is sit in it with a glass of wine and look up at the stars at night...as our temps get cooler in Michigan, it’s even better in the spa. We are figuring out the chemicals (we have the salt system) but it’s really pretty easy. The only thing I’d do differently is take the auto-cover size into consideration when placing the tub initially...we didn’t account for the extra two feet of clearance for it, so our tub is taking up more room on our deck than we anticipated. Our issue, not the tub’s! Highly recommend. We have the Flash.

Salt Water Cartridges has a big flaw

Initially, we loved the spa. However, within the first two months, we had our first issue with the saltwater cartridge stopped working (flashing yellow light > deactivate salt system). The dealer replaced the cartridge without an issue. Within a month later, the same problem repeats itself. This time, the dealer told me to clean the cartridge with PH Down and water (1 to 3 ratio) - no help. After a few weeks, the 2nd cartridge also failed. Less than four months since the hot tub was installed, I had three failed cartridges. The dealer replaced one of the three and refusing to replace the other two. I paid extra for the salt system, and I cannot even enjoy it. Something is deeply flawed with the cartridges, and I did not expect to change it three times in four months when it is rated to last four months.

After receiving my neighbor's suggestion to invest in a HotSpring spa after they tried 2 other mfrs previously, I am glad I did. Got lucky that I purchased it when I did due to the Covid-related demand for spas that developed. Impressed with quality manufacturing and can't say enough good things about our local dealer Artesian Pools and Spas here in Pennsylvania! Never even went to a competing brand to compare--which is usually not how I make a larger ticket purchase! My favorite time is to relax under the stars late at night. This will be a purchase you won't regret.

We have had our flash for two years now, we have had light logo failure, day one, foot jets fall off, diverter valve failure, pillows discolouring( not water tested regularly where purchased) but the on going issue is jets failing in one seat every three months.(breaking). Hot springs please I just want this jet issue fixed. Thank you.

Love the Spa - 2nd one from Hotsprings spa owner for over 25 years
There are a few things I would change about the Engineering however, an exceptionally good value.
Have had a few items that will need a repair soon. One of the lights went out, and the clips on the weir broke.
The poly step was a poor choice for an Outside Spa in the sun because it retains Heat.
Overall, very happy with the Spa and will buy another Hotsprings spa next time get one.
