My Prism spa is a game changer. I am an active adult, age 58, and try and maintain my health as best as I can manage. Time has taken its toll on my lower back as well as my joints and I can’t tell you how rejuvenating this spa has been for me. It is a game changer and has helped me maintain my active life style. From the moment I made the decision to purchase, the gentlemen who came to install the unit, and any subsequent requests and/or questions, this is a top notch organization. Again, one of the best decisions I have made. I should have pulled the trigger sooner. Thank you Hot Springs….

We just purchased our second Spa from Hot Springs in Eatontown. Having a Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning business of our own, i can say without hesitation, this company is a really great one. They stand behind their work and equipment and have always made good on their promise. The employees are all not just good at what they do, but very friendly and professional. Truly a pleasure dealing with this company. Not high pressure sales professionals. Their products speak for themselves and staff was very informative and helpful.

Love this spa! From the ease of purchase and delivery to the care of the spa! We also got the cold water spa package for year round use in Arizona. This spa fits 7 comfortably . This was definitely worth the money!

Prism - Love the size and jets

I decided on the largest Hot Springs spa (over a Grandee) due to the extra size, making it large enough to float and soak up sun. Like a mini pool. The different jets are amazing, especially the volcano, feet and calves, and numerous swirly ones. I had a Grandee for over 25 years and don't miss the moto massage which needed replacement every few years. What I do miss is the better energy efficiency. Should have paid more attention to that during the purchase. I also prefer the old slightly rougher type plastic vs. what's used now...very slippery and no place to step when exiting the spa. I'm hoping the quality and longevity of my Prism meets previous spa experience. i often recommend Hot Springs to friends and they are sold once trying it out!.

My wife and I really debated getting a hot tub do to the cost and maintenence but since purchasing our hotspring tub we've never looked back! It's been such a blessing to spend time in it with our kids and relax at home once they're in bed. The maintenance is minimal once you get the hang of it and the benefits far outweigh the extra work. We feel like royalty.

We installed our spa in November and have been using it almost every day! Each seat offers a different concentration and benefits and we find ourselves using a few seats everytime we are in. The spa controls are easy to use and understand…we have the wifi app as well which makes it easier to track water conditions, temperature, and even control of jets when from your device while you are in the hot tub. The maintenance is very easy and convenient with a combo of internal built water tests as well as the test strips. Love the salt system especially as it really regulates the chlorine effortlessly. All in all we are tremendously happy with our purchase and are enjoying the relaxation and benefits it offers. Lastly the speakers were a great add with great sound quality and placement so you can hear even while the jets are on. Highly recommend!

HOT SPRING MODEL GLEAM

We purchased a Hot Spring top of the line model Gleam back in 2014 that Hot Spring has since discontinued. I don’t blame them since there is a manufacturing defect in this model. The tub that houses the filter has an ongoing leak issue. The filter tub is NOT replaceable and was manufactured too thin as every tech that has repaired the tub has commented, causing cracks and leaks. The dealer has been as helpful as possible repairing the tub twice with epoxy patches during the warranty period. After the warranty ended the filter tub sprung two more leaks, in July 2023 and again in December 2023 costing us $1,440 in epoxy patch repairs from the dealer. The problem is ongoing due to the poor design and construction of the filter tub. Hot Spring should step up and permanently fix this manufacturing flaw.

We love everything about our spa and use it even more than we imagined we would. It’s very easy to keep clean. We opted for the salt water option so need to stay on top of the chemicals a bit more but it’s not much of a hassle if you test it regularly.

This is our 2nd Hot Springs hot tub. We bought our 1st one in NJ, and now moved to Myrtle Beach SC, and bought a much bigger one, and we are very happy with it so far. This has a LOT of room for a lot of people in it at one time. The ease of the water care is way better than the first one we had in NJ. Hot Springs makes a very solid hot tub, and we have recommended them to MANY people we know.

Spa itself is fantastic

Love love love the spa, from setting it up to actual use. Benefits are the changes it does to my aching body. My spouse passed away earlier this year so the relaxation relief I get is tremendous for my overall mental health. It may be lonely not to share this with my spouse but it encourages me more to remember the great life we shared. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support from my spouse.
