New Hot Tub

We have had our new hot tub for just about 6 weeks now and we LOVE it. It has been easy to care for and has brought a lot of enjoyment and relaxation to our family. We look forward to many hours spent in the hot tub and tons of memories made over the years to come!

I want to marry my spa

This spa was not my idea initially but now that I've had it for a few months I am completely in love. Those moments of peace every night before going to bed...feeling like I am taking care of myself and truly sleeping better. Great Choice

I owned a hot tub years ago and when I wanted another one for our new house. I asked my friends with jot tube for recommendations. The answer was clear, go for Hot Springs. Pick the model you prefer but Hot Springs is the brand for quality and reliability. Three months in and I’m very happy with my choice. The showroom experience, communication up to delivery and readying the tub for use were stress free.

Happy Hot Springs customer since 1981. After doing 40 years retail management with lifting and long hours, my back took a beating. This was an upgrade replacement. Adam answered all my questions and the spa was delivered in just a couple of days. Over many years, I have invited several friends over for a test soak and they became happy satisfied customers. Each new model comes out with new features and improvements. I rate Spas Etc and Hot Springs a twelve on a ten scale.

Optimum small area spa

We have a small area for which I wanted a spa, and the Beam model fit the bill perfectly. It is always hot and ready nearly instantaneously. The autosalt system works perfectly, and the water chemistry seems to stay very stable. It's perfect and we love it!

Beam - Noisy Ozonator and poor filtration

Bought the Beam, second HS Spa (Grandee is the first) Was told by service rep that the constant gurgling when the jets are off is the result of how the circulation pump works with the Ozonator and cant be changed. So much for a quiet moment looking at stars while in my hot tub. My Grandee with an ozonator makes no noise!

As far as filtration, appears only one of the two filters has any significant suction, and that is not sufficient to filter the tub. I find all sorts of minor debris in the main tub that does not get pulled to and caught in the filter. Additionally, when I looked in the filter compartment where I added chems, the chems were sitting on top of the filters, undistributed due to low level of circulation in the filter box! Oh, yeah, and the filter box door sticks a bit which probably also reduces the effectiveness of the system. Overall, doesn't seem to be the best engineered hot tub Hot Springs has put out...

While the Grandee and Beam are different series of spas and have different filtration sets up's some of the issues you talk about can be resolved.

Not what I expected

I just purchased the beam with the saltwater system. It's given me nothing but trouble and I definitely don't feel like it was worth the $, especially the extra ozone thing. Service people have been out twice and I got it in DECEMBER........ loved who I purchased it from (Erick) just overall the hot tub itself has been a hassle, the salt system isn't working which caused my filters to go out. I've only been in twice.

Our Beam is wonderful in the wintertime. A replacement for your 18 year old Hot Springs spa. I is energy efficient and well made. Looks so nice on our deck. Love the new light options. Such a great way to soak away the day's cares!

So Happy to Have a HotSpring Spa Again!

I had a HotSpring Prodigy at my last house for 13 years and was absolutely in love with it. I’m sure that I used it at least 300 days a year and often multiple times a day. When I moved to my current house it was the thing I missed the most. We’ve now had our new Beam spa for a little over 2 months and it’s even better than I remembered! I love all of the different seat and jet configurations and the FreshWater salt system is fantastic! Water maintenance with my previous spa was really easy, but this is pretty much set and forget, and the soft salt water feels great and has no chlorine smell whatsoever. Winter is coming in New England, and I can’t imagine a better way to enjoy it than relaxing in our new spa under a starry sky or after a snowstorm! We also added an outdoor shower this summer (which sadly is now closed for the winter) that makes our backyard oasis complete. Looking forward to many enjoyable years ahead!

Got my tub hooked up 2 days ago after waiting over a year for it. The tub keeps tripping the breaker and won’t reset… called our dealer and they only have 1 person that does servicing and they are on vacation for 2 weeks. The GM was no help- kept saying he didn’t know anything and we would have to wait for the tech to return. It shouldn’t be this hard to use a hot tub! I am almost to the point where I want to send it back and switch to another brand. Instead of relieving my stress - it is making it go through the roof!!
Oh, and the electrician was kind enough to help us and it is not an electrical problem!

I have wanted a hot tub for a long time. I am enjoying our Beam so much! I’m glad we chose the smaller spa with lower sides. It is easy to get in and out of and don’t need steps. I am 5’4”. I also don’t sit so low I’m up to my neck in water. This spa is beautiful, comfortable and sooo relaxing. The lighting and waterfall is wonderful as well. The Hot Spring Beam is everything I hoped it would be. There was also a military discount which I appreciate a great deal. Love our hot Spring Spa!!!
