I replaced my 2 year old Jetsetter with this tub. The lighting is so much nicer and the different jet configuration in each seat is really nice. I only wish I could find a tub that fit shorter people a little better.

Perfect size and shape!

The seats are the perfect depth for my leg exercise regimen, the depth of the spa and positions of the filter compartment and inside step are perfect for my arm exercises.
This is the 18th year I've had a Hot Springs spa. My Beam replaced my Prodigy that began leaking after 17 years. At 18 it was leaking very bad and not cost effective to repair. Thankfully I only had to wait 6 wks for my Beam delivery.
The total price from Blue Oasis Spa in Winchester, Va. unlike other dealers we checked, INCLUDED a salt water system, steps, delivery, set up, AND removal of my Prodigy. Dave made sure all was working well and we understood the operation and maintenance protocols.
This was the first year they sold Hot Springs' spas. Even so, they were well versed in the company's spas. All my queries have been answered with successful results.

Love it so far. Little nervous setting it up. Think I have it pretty figured out but still have a few questions. I have a Beam, and I wish the Jets had a high and low setting. Every thing else suits me fine.

This is my third spa and by far the best and most efficient, Easy care and always hot and ready even in northern Nevada, It's cool now but it will get warmer.I love the power of the jets. Way better than the 2 previous spas.
Led lighting is way cool.
We / I use it daily unless it gets too windy, anything over 20 mph.
Absolutely love it.
Would highly reccomend.

There’s not a single day that I regret purchasing the Beam. My husband and I use it almost every night, and the nights we don’t I can definitely tell! My muscles get tight and I have a harder time sleeping than the nights when I soak before bed. I love the interior and exterior lighting. The jets are just right. The seats are comfortable for me even at 5’1” and just as comfortable for my 6’ tall husband. The water is easy to care for and keep clean. It’s a hefty purchase upfront, but it pays for itself every day. Every night after a long day on my feet, I’ll sink down in it and say “this is the best investment we’ve made” and it really is! I used to think these reviews were corny until I experienced it myself.

We've had two Highlife Series before and loved them. The Beam is a great hot tub with premium features, at a price you can't get in other brands of hot tubs. Easy to use, keeps the water sparkling clean, great message and can't tell any increase in electric usage even in CA.

We recently purchased our 1st Spa, the HotSpring Beam, as a gift to ourselves upon our retirement! What we realized is that we should not have waited until retirement to make this purchase. We thought that with our busy lives, a spa would be just another thing on our plate to care for wondered if we would use it as much as we should to make it worth the investment. We have been using the spa almost daily since our purchase. We are amazed at how relaxed we feel after spending time in the spa and how much better we sleep at night! Two luxuries that we definitely could have benefited from while working! We went with the salt system tub as I have very sensitive and dry skin. We love the ease of care with the salt system in addition to the fact that it is gentle on our skin. We can't say enough about the customer care that we have received! Since this was our first experience, we had many questions. We were assured with each phone call that they would have us enjoying our spa in no time....and they did! My advice, don't wait to buy a Hot Spring Spa. The health benefits, both mental and physical, are worth the investment!

This tub has been fantastic, we have had it now for just over 3 months and use it almost every night. The care has been simple an easy (I previously owned a spa about 15 years ago, that was a nightmare to maintain). The controls and added Bluetooth have been fantastic! holds the temp wonderfully!

There is nothing quite as California as soaking in a hot tub underneath the starry sky. Soaking aching muscles in super clean, hot water is a true joy. It's not only relaxing, it's therapeutic. We should all be so lucky.

So far I have had nothing but positive experiences with my Limelight Beam. Mine is convertable but I have it running off 230 from the panel. Delivery was free and they were flexible with the unique location I wanted the tub. It is extremely comfortable and there is an impressive amount of interior usable space for a tub with a relatively small footprint. Should have done this earlier!
