Relaxing after long hard day

The Highlife Grandee is a sight for sore eyes after a long hard day of work or fun with minimal maintenance requirements. The salt system is great for the skin, less chlorine smell and easier to maintain than a chlorine system.

Life changing, amazing Hot Tub!

We recently purchase the Grandee from our local Tampa Bay dealer and I can truly say its been life changing! My husband was in a car accident years ago and he also works on his feet a lot, cuasing lots of back pain. He uses our Hot Springs Spa daily and sometimes even twice a day before he goes to work. The jets are very theraputic for him and have given him relief. We've also had friends come over to use it who are blown away by it and all exclaim how this hot tub is like nothing they've ever experienced. I rest easier knowing we are using a salt sytem that is much better for us than the traditional chlorine options. We couldn't be happier that we choose Hot Springs for our spa and their customer service is amazing too!

Great Tub for soaking and back massage

We just got the 2023 model delivered pros. It’s a great looking tub clean details or lines with less valves than the 2021 model.
The Cons are the 2020 model. You could turn on pump number one and get a foot massage jet and turn on the second pump and get both foot mass jets the new tub for 2023. You have to turn on pump number two to get any foot massage jets. (bad change to the new model ! )
The other Con is the same as the 2021 model the green and or blue status light on the front of the tub is way too bright and no way to dim it or shut it off at night. we have to cover it with a rug or take the front pan off and unplug it, which really sucks for such an expensive tub!
The other Cohen is the same as the 2021 model. His own system is not Wi-Fi is Bluetooth only! You cannot be hooked up to your Google or Alexa! You have to have an old cell phone or someway to Bluetooth music to it, as in Pandora or Apple Music, etc.

We are new to owning a hot tub. Our experience with Hot Tubs by HotSprings in Eatontown NJ was excellent. They took time to show us all the models available without any pressure to buy. In the end we went with a Grandee. They set up our tub and took time so show us all of its features. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We love this hot tub. We only have one recommendation that you should be able to have a separate charging base for the controller. We do not like getting in and stepping over it same with getting out. If it was off to the side it may be a little better. But if I could keep it in the house charged to turn it on clean cycle it would be great. The water is simple to take care of.

My wife and I are very happy with the hot tub, it is our break from everyday activities, its just our time to relax. Maintenance of the tub with the salt feature has been very easy. The user documentation could be better but not a real problem. Getting in and out of the tub in the beginning was a little bit of a challenge for my wife being 75 years old and 4'11" person even with the steps, but after a few days it was not a problem once she figured it out. The adjustments to increase or decease the force of the jets works well.

I should have bought one of these spas from Hot Spring years ago! The quality, ease of water care and jets are absolutely fantastic. Myself and my family use it every day(sometimes multiple times) and we are in heaven every time we are in the spa. Hard to get much better then when it is cold out in the winter and steam is rising off the spa, and we are looking at the stars!
