We use our hot tub after long bicycle rides. The massage jets hit tight muscles and prepare us for the next ride! Our spa time also encourages communication, giving times of love and laughter.

I travel a great deal for my job. After many long international flights, my wife picks me up at the airport. When we get home, the first thing I do is drag my luggage into the house. The next thing is that we both get into our Grandee spa! Perfect end to a long trip.

We love our new Grandee. It is spacious enough for our family of 4 to comfortably move around in. Once I got used to the water care routine I found it straight forward. The only negative about our tub is the Bluetooth speaker connection- it’s a multi step process that you have to repeat EVERY time you use the tub. The sound system itself is amazing though. The touch screen is not always sensitive to changes in volume for the sound system- a definite future fix I hope.
Otherwise, worth every penny! We are super happy with the investment.

Love our Hotspring Hot Tub

We use our tub several times a week and just love the comfort and warmth. I am a disabled Viet Nam veteran with severe back issues. This tub soothes and kneads the back after working on my core as recommended by my surgeon.

When it came time for a new tub , the only decision was what model to get. All the leading edge technology and dealer and tech support was extremely first class. The highly train technician was one in a million for his knowledge and he actually listened and not pushy. From start to finish it was a true masterpiece.
Why look any further? Definitely not a marketing driven company as compared to others.
Tell your friends and neighbours to start enjoying thier very own hotsprings tub. They will love you for it.

BAD! topsides control

I have had my "top of the line NTX Grandee" for just over a year, I have had to have the dealer out to fix it over and over. The wireless top side control fails frequently. I have also had a pump fail. I can not believe I have paid so much for some thing made in such poor quality. My dealer had done all that they can do in replacing the top side controls. They just keep failing. I contacted HotSpring and they said they would look into it and call me back they have not done so. I am taking a photo of this review because I doubt that it will be posted.

This replaced an old hot tub that previous owners left when they moved. That tub hot tons of issues and was a pain to deal with (when the one jet worked). Our current Hot Springs Spa is amazing!!! Friends comment all the time how clear the water is and we love the space we have for our family and friends.
And our local store in Lenexa, KS is fantastic. Keeps things simple, answers all my questions, and they all are very knowledgeable! I highly recommended them!!

After much research, we decided on a Hot Springs NXT. We have used it for the last 3 weeks. The kids love the lights, fountain and massage jets. They are short and we are going to get a couple of booster seats. The bluetooth speaker system is great! I love this hot tub!

This Hot Tub is something that you want to rush home to right away and jump right into. The Massage Chairs are Top Quality! This is the best Hot Tub on the Market... Living in Florida you want to purchase this Hot Tub due to not having any wood on the bottom of it for Termites!

Yeah, I am new to this Spa thing, but have owned several pools in my life. I really love the product, especially after being in the hot tubs my friends have. My HotSpring is way better in terms of fit to body and the controls seem easy enough to master.

We recently had our new Highlife NXT Grandee delivered and all we can say is WOW! We previously had a Grandee that was 9 years old, and unfortunately due to my absent mindedness it froze last winter...ugh. We missed having our tub so we purchased our new NXT Grandee. We included the TV, wireless Bluetooth, ACE water care system, premium speakers and subwoofer. We did not leave any option off this spa because our previous spa was also fully loaded with similar options. We are extremely pleased with our new spa. The style and appearance of the NXT is jaw dropping. I have compared it to looking at a BMW in your backyard! We are now back to tubbing every day. I have my coffee in the tub every morning as I watch the news, and in the evenings we watch sports or a good movie. Thank you Hot Springs for leading the industry in product quality, performance and energy conservation. Your products have made this family life time customers. Cheers!!
